I had excellent nights sleep each and every night.
Staff especially the manageress on reception were extremely friendly.
Great breakfast buffet too.
The waiter at breakfast, lunch and dinner never stopped working...a very efficient guy.
Very good food menu generally.
Overall excellent staff which always leave an excellent impression.

The welcome at check in was not one of the best
My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina a little asleep did not treat us very well.
She turned out to be very lazy and not attached to her work
She didn't even give a smile to us

VICEVERSA the day shift receptionist miss Elena very kind and welcoming person and always with a smile on her face ..
she is very good at speaking English and Italian too

This hotel is perfectly located in the Arcadia district, the rooms are spacious and totally silent.

All good for the picky traveler. But there are two brutal sinus: turning off the water and a terrible buzzing and vibration. Probably from all the running of air conditioners, sakrale

I do not advise. Check-in from 12 hours and up to 12 have nowhere to go if a train came at 7 am . Lift-God forbid , wait for him,despite the fact that the hotel has 2 Elevator , have to walk. In the shower the water change itself from cold to hot. Dirty , trampled from shoes and carpets. Room service-can't come in one day,shampoo and shower gel were given one probe per stay 10 days. And the shock -COCKROACHES !!!!!!!!!!

Hotel complex "Arcadia" was renovated in 2013, the regular rooms are small, new furniture, plumbing, TV, Wi Fi throughout the hotel, complimentary shampoos and gels. And now comes the cons. You can come to live and discover that the room has no tap water, no.... And at the reception no one know about it will not. Breakfast is extensive a lot of things like there, but much is not. For my Breakfast, there were no clean glasses, plates, ran out of sausage, compote, juice, coffee apparatus, water melon, melon, cheese, vegetables. I just read the signs..... But the chicken in some sauce was raw in places.... The hotel more than three I will not put..... You can live, but expectations had to order more....

From the sea 15 minutes away. From the centre - 10 minutes by bus. Comfortable, interesting and cozy. Next is a canteen of the University where you can have a hearty and inexpensive lunch.

In the room everything is clean and tidy. It is not clear that with warm water in early March, but the impression was pretty good. Reception, of course is lame.... Don't know the basic English, or to use about 50 thousand UAH for the entire reception and start to count them, when the guests at the reception.... but it's more info to guide.
