Location: Very good, it’s located near Victoria station
Room: quite old and very small than I think
Others: the room has only fan but no air condition or heater, so it’s make me very cold and cannot sleep all night, and when I want to take a bath in the morning, the water has only cold water no hot water, that’s very crazy for the whether like 3C in London.

This bed and breakfast is in a good location. There are shops and restaurants within a 2 minutes walk and Victoria coach and train station are under 10 minutes walk away. I had a single room which was fine for 1 night. It was clean. The room was too hot with no way of turning the radiator off. Breakfast was really poor. I was given toast and not even asked if I wanted brown or white bread. Other breakfast items were c4 different types of cereals and pots of yoghurt. That was it, can't even call it continental!!
Staff on reception were friendly.
Ok for 1 night but probably wouldn't stay longer as I didn't sleep well as the room was far too hot, even for someone like me that like heat.

The hotel's location is excellent and worth staying at, which is why I booked it for 6 consecutive nights. I've already left a positive review. Although the room is small, it's well-equipped and functional. Thumbs up! 👍

Friendly and helpful. Very clean yet compact. Comfortable beds and good towels. Breakfast was toast, cereals, and yogurt. Tea, coffee and juice. Plenty for the day. Just very busy and fast moving breakfast room bit small for the amount of people.

Great location if your heading to or from Victoria coach/train station.
Room was alittle dated but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. Staff very friendly.

convenient location, near the coach station, safe to walk from the metro at night.
The staffs are nice, simple breakfast with toasted bread and few choices of cereals, juice is available.
But the room is really hot during the heat wave, it’s quite unbearable…would prefer to stay in a hotel with ac🥲. But overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Great hotel for a pitstop after flying back to Stansted, as perfect location - around the corner from Victoria coach station! Amenities are a bit lackluster, the room is small, minimal breakfast and no shampoo or body wash provided for the shower but was a clean and comfortable stay, would recommend.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

We Ubered over here and were treated to fantastic, fresh fish & chips. Do visit if possible. Will return on my next visit to London.

Service was okay. Nothing to brag about. The sausage was delicious as well as fish. Ketchup tastes watered down and sweet. Very odd. Felt uncomfortable to stay and eat. If we ate here again I would get it to go.

Best fish and chips in London it says on board outside the restaurant. I know others that are slightly better but I love Seafresh. It's a smart fish restaurant with lots of choice of very fresh fish. On the handful of occasions that I have dined here the service has always been excellent. Staff visit table several times to see if everything is alright. I tend to just have a leisurely main course and staff never make you feel like they need table. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is popular with groups.
