Nice hostel, with friendly staff. Great location, close to tube, museums. Free breakfast, tea, sugar which is rare for London. They have kitchen to make you own meals. Rooms are not overcrowded. Nice open space with sofas. Linens could be better

Location is perfect!
Price was brilliant!
Only downside was no curtains on the bunkbeds and maybe a slightly strange gabble of people in my room…but great value for money

Value for money with free English breakfast and dinner (1st 30 pax to sign up which is usually doable). Room was bit cramped and needed airing once a while. Bathroom is tight and needs more ventilation.
Special mention to Simon (one of many volunteer staff) who cooks a great sunnyside up for breakfast. Close to a few free admission museums in London

Food is very basic. Nuggets and beans. You have to take your own linen down.

Not that great and caused delay while checkout.
Last moment told that guest need to get sheets and pillow covers to reception.
Also charges £10 refundable for key in cash.
Apply charges on card which is unreasonable.

The service was nice and professional. The receptionist was friendly and told necessary information I needed. The free dinner, free breakfast, and cleaning your dishes concept are amazing. Keeps people down to earth 🌎 Check in and check out were smooth. Will be back again.

My stay at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and tube station. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

I think this hotel is the best in the same price range.
Cause the atmosphere they have is open and friendly. I have stayed at some hotels in London, it was like an 8-bed dormitory. Most of them are like a prison. But here is not like that. So nice living room, dining and something.

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.
Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.
