It is a wonderful, cozy hotel with an excellent location — just a short walk from the railway station, which is especially convenient when traveling with luggage or children.
If you are staying with kids, I highly recommend booking a room with a third bed. It is genuinely comfortable and well thought out, not just a nominal extra bed as is often the case in hotels.
The staff are polite, attentive, and always willing to help, which creates a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. It feels rather basic for a hotel of this standard, and more variety and better quality would be appreciated.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in Cambridge, especially for family trips.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was good, and museums and several colleges were all within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

The hotel and the hotel room was amazing. I booked an executive room with the balcony as I like to spend some time on there unfortunately the room next door Continuously smoking ******** out there so I was unable to use the balcony so I was very disgruntled.
I ordered a bottle of Fizz which stated £30 on the menu to find out the next day I’ll build 110 for it.

The front desk service was extremely poor, completely unworthy of a star-rated hotel. Breakfast was initially booked for the wrong date in the system. After I checked out, I was repeatedly emailed to pay, even though I had already paid. The food was also very average. For 2,000 yuan a night, there was nothing to recommend; the value for money was extremely low. Apart from being close to the train station, it had nothing to offer.

The hotel is very good. The staff are professional and kind. Breakfast is delicious and rich.we can walk to all sightseeing places from the hotel and go to train station about five minutes.room is large and convenient. Something in the room are classic and beautiful.

It is just opposite Cambridge Railway Station. The room is large and comfortable, and there is a strong academic atmosphere. You can take the bus to Cambridge or walk about 1km. There are several coffee shops and supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient for eating and drinking coffee.

The room is OK, the breakfast is good, the staff is nice, and the hotel is just across the road from the train station. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!
