Extremely satisfied with the hotel, it's very luxurious, which is expected given the price, haha. The location is also excellent, very convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey.

Great location to go to London bridge and borough market. It is in east London.
New building so modern fittings.

My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool. All the staff were so polite and welcoming. My friend is particular about hygiene, and she was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel is.

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away.

However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out.
We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow.
Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was impeccable. The complimentary bottled water was delicious, reportedly a brand favored by royalty.

Oddly enough it's a nice place to come and have a coffee and relax for a while. Very friendly staff.

Great place to dine for a special occasion. Seats are very comfortable; food quality is good but the dishes are not particularly memorable. That being said, the staff managed large groups very well.

Well sited on the ground floor of the Gherkin with a ground level bar and restaurant area and further seating upstairs. Lively venue and popular with city workers. Can't vouch for the food but the coffee was ok.

I have really unpleasant experience in this store. I bought Christmas cupcake on 23th of Dec and the staff packed the one cupcake turned upside down on purpose!! Other cupcakes I bought were ok and there was no any movement! Never go this store.

Hummingbird is a hit and miss for me. Some of the cakes are delicious such as the pumpkin pie which I wholeheartedly recommend while as others, particularly carrot cake and cupcakes not so much. The service is on par though when it gets busy, it seems the staff doesn't know how to handle the situation well.

This place has really nice cakes but their service is pretty poor. There was only one server when I was there although there were clearly more staff in the place in the back, and it took about 10 minutes for me to get my cupcake and cup of tea. Also be aware there aren't any toilets here.
