We were able to check in easily. However, the room I had booked they were out of, so I had a different room, no extra cost. There was also a deposit that was not mentioned when booking online.

do not book this hotel, otherwise your regret all the way in your trip. extremely dirty room. breakfast nearly providing nothing. the female at Front desk is not friendly. request airport shuttle on the day before, and she said ok, but at the dates when ready to depart, she informed me that there is no driver available. I have to go there myself. it makes me so hurry and nearly miss the flight, why not inform me in advance? so do not expect their airport shuttle

Worst hotel I ever lived. The noise of heater is even bigger than the air plane engine. And there is only one mode if you’re turn it off then the room will like a fridge.
The room is quite dirty Everywhere is black and yellow. No facility at all. I lived here for four nights, but nobody cleaned my room- although it says it will clean every three days. Not recommend at all.

A bit sceptical when I first read some of the negative reviews but I still go ahead with booking Ramada for its location. I found generally the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is also adequate.

The room was quite adequate and clean. However, we were promised a shuttle to the airport but the next morning were told there was no room for us so we called uber. A bit unsettling since we needed to be at the airport for a very early flight

Negative quality, miserable breakfast, no hygiene at all, negative and very expensive, not worth it, it's very bad

I was quite scared when I checked in on the first day because I saw the reviews online were not very good and it was indeed a bit noisy when I went to sleep at night. When I checked out, I found that the service staff were very thoughtful and patient, breaking the traditional view. In the end, I suggest that the homeless people around be cleared, otherwise it will affect my opinion of the hotel.

The location is OK, the service is average, the hygiene is not very good, there are homeless people camping outside the window, the train whistle is very loud at night and affects the sleep, which is a bit different from the price.

Window covering was torn/ damaged and did not completely cover window. A/C was roll
Around portable unit that leaked all over one side of room. No toilet paper hanger, cold water only at sink, bath tub precariously mounted with 1” gap all around base. Could not keep shower curtain closed and water all over floor. Long hair (much) on bathroom floor and assume same on main carpeted floor. Dirty windows, snack area empty and not available. Did not partake of breakfast as it did not look at all appetizing. At $244.00+ per night, very disappointing. TV remote falling apart.

Staff is totally rude, The better don’t serve breakfast because they don’t have nothing anyways everything is empty. You have to wait for coffee 10 to 15 minutes. All the foods were empty. This hotel is nothing but a cluster ****.. If you smart, you better move on and stay somewhere else. Worst experience I ever had and I travel a lot for $435 to find something better
