Need to cancel a reservation at Westmark Anchorage . Does anyone now how to get through to them? 907-276-7676 hasn't worked since Sept 2025

Just writing this as I am booked here in the summer. I have been told that the hotel is being rennovated this winter, and is now owned by Carnival Cruise lines for its Holland America and Princess cruise lines. Can anybody incuding trip advisor confirm this. The telephone is active but no answer.

To be fair, this hotel is only open during “tourist season”, not year round…. That being said, this is a good place to sleep for the night, and move on. Sleep, shower, get free muffins and oranges, and move on.

Basic simple clean rooms with continental breakfast. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Alaska Railroad station.

The hotel is a bit history but clean and friendly. The location is good especially close to cruise ship convention center

Staying at the Westmark Anchorage was the low point of an absolutely amazing Alaskan vacation. The room was comfortable, great location downtown, the front desk service left a lot to be desired. Our room was on the third floor, facing the street. Traffic and noise from people all night long kept us awake the first two nights. We asked to be moved to a higher floor or a different area of the hotel and we were told that there were no rooms available. We asked for a fan to help with white noise. The first day we were told one was not available. The second day we were told one would be delivered to our room. It was not. Found a white noise app on line and used it. Finally got a fan on day three. We were there for four nights prior to the land portion of our cruise. Booked hotel through Holland America in order to be able to use transfers. The hotel is full every night with cruise line business. The front desk does not have to go above and beyond to keep guests comfortable/happy.

Great location in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Friendly and helpful staff. I believe owned by Holland America not sure if it's managed by HAL.
Did eat here. The rooms are reasonably clean but nothing special at all.

Because we forgot to bring our passports for age verification, we received name cards from their "head of security" in exchange for free beers when we come back. It took us ten more mins to walk in the freezing cold back to our hotel but the beer felt great after. Fantastic service, sincere and appreciative. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone though I come from a far far away place.

Ordered fish and chips and burger, quality is good and portions are massive to an Asian. Place is crowded but not overly noisy, perfect for a hideout from the cold

Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehouse franchise has sure gone downhill. The pizza place can take you 20-30 minutes just to get an order in. They've always been slow, but now they just don't care. Went to Humpy's 2 weeks ago ordered a lettuce wrap burger with a side salad. Got a mound of fries. I sent it back while eating the burger. They said they'd be right back. Never happened. Still left a tip.

Today I gave them one more chance when I got a rewards certificate for $10 in the mail. Ordered a Cobb salad. Finished and after letting my server know I was done. Watched her walk by 5 times without picking up my certificate and $10 bill so I could tip. I finally picked up my $10 bill, and left the certificate and enough cash to cover the difference. I normally tip well, but today they've lost any future business and earned the one penny tip that was left. Waiting 20 minutes to pay your bill, when the server knows you're done?... okay, Adios?

Loved this place , and their airport location as well. Service was great , we felt welcomed during our visit to Anchorage we went twice , its a local bar that makes you feel at home and the selection of beer was amazing. You must try the crab roll.

Came back for a visit about 20 years after my first one. Good food with lots of fresh fish and great selection of beer. Very friendly service.

A nice basic dive bar. Lots of beer choices on tap. Local is the theme. Lots of food choices at a reasonable price. I spoke to a local and the prices go considerably higher during the tourist season. All the more reason to visit in the winter! It is currently 14* and snowing. Cozy and warm drinking a brown ale locally brewed. Halibut chips and crabby patties available!

My boyfriend and I were originally downtown to eat at Haute's Grill. We were having one hell of a time finding on-street parking and ended up finding a spot a couple blocks away right in front of Sack's. What a spot!! We were completely impressed by the time we left. He had gotten the Australian Lamb (YUM) and I had the Wild Hog dinner with an Arugula Salad (YUM YUM!!)! The chef does an amazing job and the beautiful woman who served us really topped off our experience. Thank you!! ?

My wife and I had a fantastic time! The ambiance was great, the timing of the dinner was perfect, and our waitress was excellent. We are going to try to go once a month for all of their menus.

Lunch was not that good. Had the club with salad. Service was slow.
When I finally got the food, both the salad and dressing was warm like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. The sandwich was not that great. Worse of all the lettuce was soggy.
The fresh orange juice was the only good thing. 2 stars.

Oh my God! I wish I knew about them before!
What a pleasant Sunday Brunch!!! Everything was perfect: drink, ambiance, music, decor and, last but not least, the food! I had the Classic Benedict. Strongly suspect it was the best I've had in my whole life! Husband had the skillet and loved it too.
Staff was friendly and efficient! I'm definitely coming back!

We arrived late at night, and the desk service was really helpful and friendly. It's a quick drive from the airport, and then a quick drive to downtown Anchorage. We needed to pick up some odds and ends, and the hotel has a regional shuttle that will take you, free, to the local Walmart. The hotel is really well run..
