Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Tofi checked us in and also out. She made us feel at home and like we could ask for anything we needed. Very kind. The maids were also very helpful and pleasant.

Great clean room. Breakfast was better than most. Overall this was an excellent choice that was priced below lesser options.

All the employees we ran into had a smile and a friendly hello. Tofu is awesome. Very professional helped my daughter with a surprise party for me. The rooms wereclean. Pool area clean. Was told the pipe was broken for the hot tub jets, hopefully they will get fixed soon. This is out done

The fan in the heater made a blistering racket every time it came on. Also there was a large spot on the carpet that needed a rug shampooer.

We have a new born that could sleep properly cuz the personas next to our room had loud music, keep running on the hallway and knocking on doors like crazy. And we reported but front desk didn’t do anything.

The washers over there are to old that only takes quarters and when you ask at the from desk for some quarters they usually don’t have which means if you don’t have quarters you can’t do your laundry. That is what happened to me last night

Room was clean. Staff was nice. There was a miscommunication 12/15 with house keeping and they thought I was checking out. They took my sodas out of the fridge and I didn’t realize until later when I got back to my room.

It was overall a good stay every staff i interacted with was nice. However, my sister and i booked the room to use the hot tub, which was a little underwhelming and kind of dirty. Also, my TV wouldn’t work or let me use any streaming applications because the TV wasn’t connected to the network which I couldn’t figure out. That was the only complaints I had for this day other than that everything else was great. Breakfast was good. I love that you can make your own waffle.

The only place that was open on christmas. Happy hour between 4-7pm gives you appetizers for half price, which is an awesome deal

Dinner was fantastic! Despite coming in close to closing for dinner food options, we were served with happy faces, and speed. Only downside to the meal was the portion size of the Bourbon Barrel Chicken, because a $13 meal should fill you to the brim. Cute waitress Briana 10/10 would eat there again if she served me!

Typical chain bar and restaurant. Food is okay, limited selection of beers on tap. Prices are above average except for happy hour appetizers. Service is average.

Heard about Jack Daniels Rib special on Thursdays for $15. Large delicious very tender fall off the bone meat without being buried in sauce. Fries and coleslaw also good with ribs. Went back with friends who also enjoyed ribs and beers on tap. Highly recommend for now to check it out.
