each unit is its own condo type unit. has its own washer and dryer. full kitchen. we loved it.

The room was reasonably comfortable and all on one level, however many of the one bedroom units are in the basement of a 4 unit building. This means the rooms are dark and going down a full flight of steep stairs is necessary to reach the downstairs unit. This was not disclosed in any of the information available upon booking and could be a deal killer for those seeking a single level unit with little or no stairs.
Furthermore the upstairs unit above this one has a shared door that allows all sounds and noises to heard. In our case a barking dog in the upper unit. Upon checkout we were told pets weren't allowed but we saw plenty of violations. Also the balcony of the upper unit is directly above the lower unit's. This could be a privacy issue for some.

Very nice staff. Room had everything you would need to make a great dinner. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

All the staff were super friendly. The bear paw clubhouse was one of a kind with all kinds of activities for kids and adults, complete with board games, pool tables, arcades, 2 pools and two hottubs, a basketball court and a miniature golf course. The clubhouse also serves ice cream, starbucks coffee and casual dining. Most clubhouses I have been to are sad and without attendants. Here you have nice staff keeping the place running with all kinds of activities too. There is a nice high end restaurant called the Oakmont on site that was really good too. To escape the heat of Tucson, we came up here and rented two one bedroom condos. We could not be happier with the amenities. We had already come here in Feb for Rodeo Break. There is no need to look elsewhere or to vacation elsewhere. It's got everything you need to relax and to keep the kids entertained. It is truly a one of a kind place. Will definitely come back here over and over.

Unfortunately we had a downstairs, north-facing 1 bedroom. For older adults, the steps were pretty steep.
The Unit was dark and small. We stayed 3 nights, but I imagine a week here might be depressing

Everything was clean and very spacious rooms with nice deck overlooking the pines. The bed could use a upgrade.

Very pretty resort. The staff was extremely friendly, and checked in via text periodically just to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The hot tub at the club house was refreshing after a long day hiking the national parks nearby. The room was very nice, with a full kitchen and we'll maintained. There were five deer in our front yard one day. We loved this resort so much that we came back. We were at the same place last week.

Could use more pans to cook and more plates. We are a family of 5 and don’t always want to run the dishwasher after a meal.

Stayed here with the family (kids and grand parents). Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. We booked a 2-bedroom suite which was basically connected 1-bedroom suites. Lots of rooms for everyone to spread out and not be in the way of each other.
Service was excellent with staff showing up within minutes to help with extra bedding and heating questions.
Definitely recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price of the rooms, the experience was not acceptable. When we checked in, there were bags of trash piled outside the room. Inside, the room smelled strongly of stagnant water or wet laundry. We later discovered that the washer was full of dirty water and had apparently been sitting that way for some time.
I contacted the front desk and the washer was eventually replaced, but it was upsetting that this issue wasn’t caught before we were allowed to check in. It also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room overall. The bathtub had visible hairs, and the towels provided had blonde hairs attached, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.
Overall, the stay was very disappointing, especially given the cost and the expectation that comes with a Wyndham property.
