Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff by IHG in Flagstaff

Ugh. Where to start? I've been here twice. The first time, service was lackluster at best. This last time was especially unfortunate. The place was almost completely empty but we were told we had to wait 10 min for them to get a table ready. Not a big deal, except they never returned to seat is our even tell us where we were sitting. We finally pinned down another employee who begrudgingly seated us. We ordered. Took quite a while considering we were the only ones theywere cooking for. When the food arrived, two of the dishes (which were supposed to be two of the same order) were completely different menu items when they arrived. We pointed it out immediately and waited again. This time the correct meals arrived but what was supposed to be warm or roast was still cold - not icy and not lukewarm but definitely cold. At thatpoint we have up and waited for everyone to finish their meals.

As far as service and quality goes, this burger king consistently fails to deliver, and I don't hate Burger King.

The only thing that was home cooked on my plate were the grill onions. Everything else was frozen, canned or instant. I was there for dinber so maybe they cook breakfast to order. But 6 of 7 items not himecooked. Only the onions.
