Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing

I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless.

Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress.

We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than "old." It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge.
We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer.

One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay.

Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.

It was a wonderful experience. My teenage daughters loved the room and all the accessories. They were very comfortable and loved the scenery.

The four-star hotel is very quiet, consisting of several two-story buildings surrounded by lush greenery. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with two sinks, providing a very pleasant stay.

Although this hotel is next to the highway, it's still very quiet. The grove of trees behind the hotel is perfect for morning and evening strolls. The environment is excellent. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended as a top choice for accommodation in Flagstaff.

Beautiful hotel! I stayed here for a couple of nights and have nothing but great things to say.

The room was immaculate and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were huge. It also included a number of great amenities, including a fridge, a microwave, a safe, a few sets of glasses, a coffeemaker - the list goes on. Even the room keys felt high-end!

The grounds are also impressively well-kept - there is a large pool and hot tub area, along with 500 acres of forest you can take a stroll through. The location next to the highway is convenient, and yet the sound from the highway is barely noticeable.

Highly recommended.
