I had a hard time finding it. No signage from the street that I could see, like turn here for Hilton. I don’t like that I have to sign into Hilton to get wi-fi. I expect good free WiFi as an amenity.

Everything was fine. Nothing exceptional. Average everything. I was overcharged for an additional child for the price of an adult (breakfast). Slow internet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Flagstaff! The Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. There was sufficient parking and even a place for us to do our laundry. 😀👍

Good location for visiting Flagstaff. The staff was wonderful. Parking was ample and free. We had the breakfast and it was quite good with lots of options

The hotel is nice, the surrounding environment is very good, and it is very convenient. The price around the Grand Canyon is too high. It is quite convenient to drive there for more than an hour. If you can book in advance, the price will be better.

The room on the first floor is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is OK, but they charged me $60 more for breakfast for two people for two days. I contacted Ctrip to deal with it.

The room is clean, the front desk service is good, the lobby breakfast restaurant is connected, the layout is compact and popular, there is free coffee and water in the lobby, I woke up in the morning and found that it snowed at night, I was very happy, there are no toiletries and slippers in the room, I don't know if the front desk has them

Was very happy with our quick stay here. Booked later in the day while driving I40. Was welcomed warmly on arrival. Check-in was friendly and seamless. I was pretty impressed with the rooms. The room was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find and near the highway. Plenty of food options near by.

Excellent stay at this updated hotel. Professional, friendly, polite front desk and breakfast service staff. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast choices were excellent. Will stay again!

Great salad and food bar but don't order the ribeye steak. A beautiful steak anywhere else but there. They took a great piece of meat and turned it into a rawhide that even a dog wouldn't want.

We live in Prescott Valley & drove almost an 1 1/2 hour to get here to meet family from out of state. We arrived at 8:05 pm. Almost 1 hour before closing. I was very displeased with our food! I got the unlimited salad bar & my husband got the classic burger. I expected way better food especially paying $45.00 for crappy food! That hamburger was the grossest looking grey thing & he said tasted bad too! The salad bar food was old & cold (supposed to be hot)! So embarrassing cuz I chose this place. Sizzler used to be pretty good food years ago This was the 1st visit to this restaurant & the last!

This was our third visit. We like to stop here on our trips from California to GA, NC and TN. The service has always been friendly and fast. I have ordered the same meal each time.. Rib eye steak and sauteed spinach. It has been consistently good and cooked to perfection. I recommend Sizzler.
The restrooms have always been clean. The salad bar always looks fresh with plenty of options. The overall appearance, inside and out, is well cared for and clean.

Was in Flag for business stopped in for dinner. Had steak and lobster.
Food was hot, fresh, delicious! Lobster good size for price, steak grilled perfectly. Although for a Wednesday very busy, got my meal quickly.

Manager on duty brought her kids with her to work and is allowing them to run barefoot through the kitchen and the restaurant while she sits in the dining room hanging out with her friends. Terrible service, ordered the buffalo chicken pizza to have it served with no buffalo sauce! At one point all kitchen staff walked from behind the counter to get the managers attention, each with a kid in their arms. Come to find out the kitchen staff was hosting a family reunion in the kitchen during business hours. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional.

I showed to pick up my pizza through their drive thru, they drop it on the floor ask me to come back in 10-15 minutes which I do no complaint. Show back up in 15 minutes then they tell me they made the wrong thing at this point I am really irriated , ask if I would like to wait again. I ask for a refund and the poor little helping they drive through has no idea how to do it and the so called manager it just giving orders how to do it instead of helping also the same that dropped the pizza in the first place..customer service poor

AWESOME FOOD! AWESOME STAFF! Thank You for your wonderful food! The workers there were so friendly! My server was cute, happy, friendly & had a beautiful smile. I got my fill. I will most certainly come back again with a huge appetite! Keep Rockin' It Pizza Hut! ???

Super friendly, helpful, and patient. We're from out of town and don't eat here often so we were a little slow figuring out the pricing and menu. Great service!

Considering the plethora of authentic Mexican cuisine in town, I found El Capitan to be nothing more than another example of the gross mishandling of Mexican cuisine for profit and senseless gentrification.
Indeed, the establishement is wonderfully clean, decorated, and managed.
Despite this, the prices were not worth what I was dished. The portions were small, the rice boiled into obesity, the beans cold, the meat flavorless, and the red sauce nothing more than chorizo sauce.
While the efforts of the franchise owner is most admirable, there are plenty of restaurants that service customers with great food and service at affordable prices.
You are merely paying for the experience here: a cleansed version of Mexican cuisine. I'll take my grim if it means a great meal, thank you very much.

I had great service. My waitress was very helpful and nice. My food came out quickly and was delicious. I'd say I had a great visit.

My husband and I are very sad to say we will no longer go to one of our favorite restaurants in Flagstaff. Due to the minimum wage hike in Flagstaff this restaurant not only raised their menu prices but is now charging for chips as well. Turorists wouldn't know the difference in their prices but we do. We went here for their nachos and the portion of nachos that you get but now making them at home will have to do. Please note it's a $1.50 PER basket of chips not a one time charge for unlimited. Also, menu prices used to be much better. Recently the city council voted against such a high increase for minimum wage employees. Maybe they'll go back to free chips. Until then go to La Fonda. Good food and free chips and salsa.
