Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding stay at this villa. Beautiful property, super friendly staff (Daniel gave us an overview of thing to see). Room was fabulous. Never have one with fresh bread made in my room every day.

28.05.2026 Sharon

I thought the hotel was very unique and unusual, beautiful views of the red rocks all around, fresh baked bread in your room every day. The breakfast they serve is amazing. They keep snacks, drinks (non-alcoholic) fruit and delicious fresh baked cookies and coffee and tea in the lobby available 24 /7.
The grounds of the property are absolutely unique and amazing with sculptures all around and lots of water features to sit by. I highly recommend the villas!!!

Very nice property, and Daniel was an exceptional host.

Very clean, very interesting theme decor. Staff was great breakfast was good. Loved our stay

29.12.2025 Krishna

We had a great stay. The team at the villas were very hospitable. Isabel- particularly had great in depth knowledge of the hikes and all her recommendations were in the ball!

19.11.2025 Richard

Our stay started very well and by the time we left the room was filthy lack of really caring about the room. Maria was very nice. The rest of the staff were nice, but I would give it an average.

Adobe Grand Villas is a stunning hotel, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The villa was absolutely beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by beautiful status, greenery and fountains that made every morning feel like a dream. The entire property is impeccably maintained, offering a serene and luxurious atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to Mary who greeted us every morning and took care of our breakfast.

And the breakfast? A daily highlight! Each morning, the chef prepared a delicious spread that was both gourmet and comforting. Fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a variety of options made it something to look forward to every day.

I can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this hotel delivers in every way.

Classic small town diner feel. Friendly and quick service. Clearly a locals place. Your teenage kids will hate it. A+

29.12.2017 Thomas

Our usual breakfast venue: good food, prepared and served promptly. You get good value for the money, particularly judged against other restaurants in Sedona. The parking is tight, which illustrates the popularity of the place. Come early or come after peak hours for the best experience. As a part time resident with a home nearby, I can attest that there is both a tourist and a local crowd eating there. Highly recommended.

21.12.2017 Craig

My friend raves about this place, in my opinion don't waste your money. Funny smell in the place, like bleach or something. The food was mediocre at best. Way to pricey for what we got. I won't be going back, ever.

15.12.2017 Jamaica

This is a locals joint! The best food is the BBQ. Cheap and good breakfast as well. Definitely a local Cheers with food!

20.11.2017 Jeff

Brisket is great, so any sandwich made with that is excellent. Breakfast is served all day. It's a cozy, home-style restaurant with good service and better food. Avoid the crowds in downtown Sedona.
