I understand you all are busy, but you need some serious customer service training. The lady taking my call (which I ultimately did not place) was rude and short, basically trying to convince me not to place the order, so I didn't. I serously dislike the Domino's chain now. This is the 4th bad customer service experience I've had in a row with different Domino's, in 2 different states! I'm not normally the complaining type but I've had it with you all. Keep your rewards points.

I came in on one of the worst days of my life my good was to par but I shared that I lost a family member with the manager and had to leave quickly I don't want to cry in public so I called while in my car 5 feet from the door and was told no I would have to come in he was busy when there was only one carry out order waiting this is not right it selfish as a 30 year old man I don't want to display my sorrow to the world yet this person can't take 20 seconds to bring a napkin to a man I tears

Workers were rude. Had greats deals online I could saved big money on, but the cashier should have mentioned something. ALL WAYS ORDER ONLINS

The pizza was good but not what I ordered. The girl couldn't tell me what was on different pizzas. Not only did I have to bring the pizza back in to prove it didn't have what I paid for but the second pizza was wrong in the same Exact Way!!! Not a happy customer and will not be going back.

The WORST STARBUCKS is in Safeway at Sedona! They dont say hi,bye,or thank you! The new girl in there named something like Sierra and another girl didnt even smile. They had so much attitude and they were not even happy to serve us. When they make a wrong order,they dont even throw away the whole cup.They just dump out the drink. BAD SERVICE! I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! If anyone knows the manager's number,please tell me! Its been the 2nd day we have been there and she said she was new so we tried to be very nice. She was SO INCONSIDERATE!

World's s l o w e s t Starbucks...and then, they lost our order! Huh...not even an offer of a compensatory coffee. Big Fwil. I am a local. Why bother with this place?

Just because I can't give zero, I'm giving one star. About the name, "Indian Palace", they are just ruining the name of India here. It's a family owned business who are making a complete mess. About the place, it's not the place where you would like to eat. About the service, it's worst, we were asked to wait for 10 mins, but even after more than half an hour no one took our order. About the Food, it's worst food I had in years. We asked for Chicken Tandoor, and what we get is deep fried chicken with oil all over. Chicken curry and mutton curry looks like prepared in same gravy with stale chicken and mutton pieces in it.

Please avoid this place.

I have never before posted a review of a restaurant, but felt the need to write this one as I have never before had such an abhorrent experience at a restaurant. Our family of five arrived for dinner around 745. It took about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged, much less seated. Once seated, it took approximately ten minutes to receive menus. Shortly thereafter we ordered, and it took an hour to receive a dinner salad with wilted lettuce and soggy cucumbers, along with what were, in essence, reheated chicken fingers (they had run out of samosas). At no point during the long wait did the wait staff offer an explanation for the inordinate delay, which is only explained by the fact that the minimal staff was often tending to a baby and a two year old who had free rein of the restaurant, including the kitchen, despite a diaper that was clearly in need of changing. When we finally got the servers attention, we were told that they are quite busy with take out orders (though none were picked up while we were there) and that our food would be another fifteen minutes or so.
This is clearly a family owned and operated restaurant but by a family that has no business being in the restaurant business. Stay away

I have never written reviews till date. But I think this place deserves to be reviewed. I gave single star as there isn’t any option to give a zero. I ate many versions of Indian food in US. I never had a problem with fusion. The food here is very bad- neither is it authentic nor fusion. I felt these people are racist. Added, no welcoming smile, lousy people and was very unhygienic. The waitress didn’t care to ask if we wanted to order more but just brought the check. Pure waste of time and money.

Lousy people and lousy service. Don’t even care to look at guests or answer. They give damn abt who is visiting. Not surprised there are so many negative reviews here. Should have looked at these before going there. Waste of time and money... the highlight is.. the servers decide you have to go by bringing your check even if you want to order more..

I don’t write reviews but I am tempted to write this one. I have had bad Indian food at many places, however, this was the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. It took half an hour to get a table, then another half an hour to place an order and another half an hour to get the food. It was horrible. No salt. No flavor. Spicy chicken curry was literally chicken pieces in just red chilly powder. And yeah under age children of the staff were left unattended. So do yourself a favor and keep away from this restaurant. On top of it, when I shared my feedback with the staff, I was blamed for being the only one to complain and that they were super busy which I failed to notice. What a waste of time, money and food!!
