Room was clean, comfortable, @ an excellent rate. We enjoyed the water & snacks after a relaxing time in the hot tub. The water was perfect temperature. Also loved the rain shower head! Coffee for morning! Appreciated this lodging within walking distance to dinner. Will definitely stay here again when back to Sedona!

For the price? Great place. Check in process was smooth via email. I see some trends here. My experience with the woman on the phone---she was incredibly rude.
I called because the cheap keyless entry pad stopped working after i went to get some food. A simple call to inquire about a solution--she rudely asked if I had used the code i was provided after i told her the keypad had worked previously. I wasn't stoked on this interaction--everything else was smooth. Sounds like I'm not the only one that got her rudeness.
Would stay again, maybe they can upgrade from the entry level cheap keypads.

Can't beat the value for price in Sedona! Get it when the rooms are affordable and it's an awesome deal. Before my Oct 2022 stay, the last time I had stayed here was 2017 I believe, maybe even 2016. I believe the rooms have been updated since then. My bed was more comfortable than expected. The location so close to the Y in West Sedona is perfect!

It's literally a motel with no attendant. There was a nauseating smell of cleaner throughout the room. The sheets are clean but the walls are dirty and thin. I could hear the ppl in the hot tub talking from my room they were not even loud, when the upstairs walks it feels like they are on your head. Not sure what they were doing up there when they weren't walking but I could here them scrap the wall with a metal object for hours. Bring ear plugs if you cant afford a nicer hotel or just stay home. Pros: water pressure was good. I would not stay here again if I can avoid it. It's just a very low budget motel for $140/night I just expect better

The place is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Some reviews said the pillows were bad, my girlfriend and I did not find this to be the case.
However, the reason I give 3 stars is the MULTIPLE signs treating guests like infants. I mean, it’s common knowledge that if you trash a hotel room, smoke in a non smoking room, or steal something, you will incur charges. There was at least 4 signs in the room threatening this, as well as a plaque on EVERY SINGLE parking spot “reminding” guests to park straight. This is incredibly unfriendly and plain hostile.
Also, it’s been 2 1/2 years. Saying your ice machine is down and there’s no onsite office because of COVID is just unacceptable. Only finding out about this AFTER booking is as well. Zero communication from staff. Luckily it all went off without a hitch, because some of these reviews had me STRESSED OUT.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay for a couple nights, this fit the bill. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, basic cable and a huge bathroom for a motel. They serve a continental breakfast from 8-11am. I don't think it would be a great place for children, as they don't have a pool, but they do have a spa and provide robes to use. I only have them 4 stars, as their WiFi is not very dependable and we never did get a good consistent signal. But other than that, we loved our stay.

Clean, quiet. Helpful innkeeper recommended restaurants. Lovely outdoor garden & patio area. Small bedroom with larger bathroom. Nice overnight stay.

Clean, comfortable place to rest your head in Sedona. Baby Quail isn't particularly fancy, but the prices are reasonable, and it was clean and pleasant. This little inn has some personality; the staff can help you find your way around town or make recommendations. Breakfast is included in the mornings, and there is a small hot tub on the grounds, too.
