The hotel is located in a central area, with several museums and restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away, which made everything very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing us with maps, extra bottled water, and even upgrading us to a room with a balcony. The entire hotel feels very new, and both the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it is a hotel with excellent value for money.

Room was pristine, well appointed and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful on all counts. Restaurant in the hotel served some of the best food I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Clean room but hallway carpets not so clean. They absolutely need more staff in front counter and specially in the bar/restaurant. One person is bartending, waitressing and clearing tables so service is slow as molasses but the food was good

We went to a Roadrunners game and the location was amazing, the room was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and loved the air purifier kept the room smelling fresh. Highly recommend it.

We had a really nice stay.. family and friends all stayed for our sons wedding and the bar was super accommodating for a late night crowd
The pillows in room were great!
Also , housekeeping was wonderful .. vanity mirror wasn’t working and they took care of it super quickly and kindly

I booked this room with a balcony 3 months and cannot understand why i would get an accessible room . The bed was practically on the floor. Literally a foot off the floor. I have, in all my trips, sought out to stay at doubletrees only when possible. Probably over 20 years. I was supposed to check out December 14th but we struggled so badly to get in and out of bed. The bed surprisingly was not comfortable. We decided to get up Saturday morning enjoy the street fair have lunch and check out a day early to not endure pain & hassle. I let them know why we were checking out up front and i felt he couldnt have cared less. He also got on the radio to ask if they could clean it so they could rent the room that day then he said "oh you prepaid." I asked what we can do in the future, he said dont rent an accessible room. WELL I DID NOT!! I feel this is the end of my loyalty to the Doubletree Brand. Noone cares. What a waste of money and time. It's too bad. Downtown Tucson is so much fun and the location is perfect. Never again.

Typically a great stay. However, this time water pressure and hot water was almost non existent. The water pressure at some points during the shower would completely stop running.

I normally take no longer than 5-7 minutes showering, with the last of water pressure I was in there for at least 20 minutes.

The toilet cracked on the night of check-in, and then they said that the room was full that day and they couldn't change the room.

The next morning, I wanted to poop so badly that I asked them to come and fix it quickly, so I went to the toilet first and then changed the room. As a result, the repair took almost three hours, and I had to go out to buy a toilet seat to fix it🥲

Then Ctrip customer service was very responsible for coordinating the front desk to change rooms for us, and helped us upgrade and compensate us. As a result, after watching baseball and returning home, I found that the room I changed was not upgraded at all, and the sink and bathroom in the room were not cleaned...

The worst double tree I have ever stayed in! ! Really avoid it

The room is old! The facilities are shabby! The service is poor👎

It is recommended that Hilton re-examine this local hotel, which is completely destroying its reputation!
