There was still hair in the bathtub from previous guest.
They did not restock toiletries and shampoo.
Normally we get complementary water from any hotel.
The receptionist at check in was more worried about her puppy than attending us last night.
She had a whole dog set up in the front lobby.
Which seemed very unprofessional.
For $170 a night I do not recommend this hotel
Should have just stayed in a motel 7 for the service and quality. Would have saved $100 bucks plus parking.
Parking was additional $20 per night
The room was very noisy...could be the AC/heating. Sounded like a vacuum cleaner all night.
Best part is the 3rd floor pool and the free breakfast offering lots of choices. Convention Center, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. You will find the best Mexican food ever.
The one working elevator, the crunchy towels that felt like bath mats, the 7 unattended small kids left in the hall, the non existence water pressure.
Waking up to a small kid screaming at 630 am and then running up and down the halls until we left at 9am was enough to decided I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than at another Hampton at least I'll only be paying under $50 for the night to deal with all that mess rather than $150 plus a night plus parking
Facilities: I feel it's OK, I didn't experience much after staying for a day
Hygiene: The situation is OK
Environment: OK
Service: It seems that there is not much interaction with the front desk
In summary, I didn't make any mistakes. I will go there next time
