The guy at the front desk in the evening was awesome: helpful and friendly.

The decor was among the best I’ve seen in a large hotel ever.

Stayed here for three nights with no issues.

The location was great, too. The streetcar is a 3 min walk away, and it’s entirely free (at least for the time being).

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Beautiful bar on rooftop, great bartenders, delicious cocktails. Walkable area for restaurants and shopping, and we had stormy weather so our views of the skyline were incredible!

The highlight of our stay had to be Taylor who was the bartender at the moon bar on the roof. Her personality is contagious and her hand crafters drinks were phenomenal!!!

Our second time staying at the Tucson Graduate! Great service, rooms and amenities. Need smaller pillows that don’t extend the neck so much.

The room and staff is here amazing! The food was delicious up top and the bar tender was just amazing! Will definitely go back!

the hotel facility is nice, and clean. but the breakfast is not good, with very limited choice.

I truly feel at a home in Tucson. And for sure the best location to see the city, the university, and the sunset!!

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk service was great.

In fact, it is generally very good, in the center of the campus. For your reference, the hotel's own parking lot can only be valet, fixed price plus tip each time to pick up the car.
The staff on duty at the front desk had a normal attitude but could not provide help. I just wanted to drink a cup of drip coffee. In fact, many hotel lobbies have free coffee that is available for a long time, although it is not freshly made. The coffee pot was there at the time, and I asked if I could go and see if there was any leftover coffee in it. If Graduate does not provide free coffee, you can tell me, and if you think the leftover coffee is not fresh and do not recommend drinking it, you can also tell me directly. But she kept saying that the restaurant was not open yet, there was no coffee, and there was no drinking water. It is not the attitude I like, because all the hotel experiences I have stayed in before were very good, and the lobby will try its best to help guests. I will not stay there next time.
