After our stay, I was diagnosed with scabies by a physician, which likely originated from this hotel. This caused significant discomfort and required treatment for my household. This experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Front desk check-in was exceptionally friendly and warm, thank you! All else was great as well, no complaints and will definitely look to stay again next time I am going through Tucson.

Amazing omg so much fun, lots of homeless around the area some spooky characters, but nice staff. Overall clean rooms great breakfast

Comfortable and clean room, good a/c control, plenty of towels.
BUT, terrible hot water/ coffee maker (get rid of these terrible things). Also-not pleased with 3 decaf coffee packs and only one regular…. This is poor room quality control.

Superior service from all staff. Brenda, Robbie, Sarah, and the lady and man from the afternoon shift who were angels so very helpful.
Shift Upon discharge from Hospital to Hyatt Place Tucson my elderly spouse and I would never have made it to the room if not for the kind help from such professional, courteous, thoughtful, staff. Parking very convenient. Pool and hot tub area so clean and appreciated.

Property was fine for one night and interior was clean and served its purpose. Staff was nice but they gathered outside together at night to smoke in front of the property which was not very classy. Right outside the lot were homeless people sleeping, etc. The area did not feel safe. But the doors to the hotel locked so it was secure.

The worst hotel experience, EVER!
This hotel was deplorable and the room was filthy. It absolutely did not meet Hyatt Place standards and the hotel charged two of my credit cards an exorbitant
amount of money when I didn't even stay there. I checked right out after seeing the condition of the room. I was charged for the two night stay, and then two other random charges. I am absolutely appalled, disgusted and angry.

This property is awful. Duty and very outdated. Swamp cooler for an AC unit that is loud and doesn’t really work. Hot water was like warm. Cleaning staff left dirty towels on floor along with cleaning spray on sink counter. Maid also smelled of cigarette smoke which made the room smell . Overall this place is a dump.

Good part - the front desk person when we checked in was very welcoming, friendly and lively! Even when we spent some time in the lobby late in evening, he was a very good company to spend time with.
Not so good part - the shower in the bathroom was absolutely useless! There was no water pressure and the water was just a trickle. Not anywhere near normal expectations.

The hotel is good, except that the bath towels were not changed on the second day
