Everything's very very good. The rooms were clean. My only thing would be with a concern for water. I think their toilets could be changed to use less water per flush

The problem with the room was it had a smell like a Sewer problem, complained about the room.The smell The girls at the front desk tried to eliminate it with spray deodorants , it didn't work. It Was terrible. Finally the third day maintenance came and did fix it. The other surprise was $15 parking every night we stayed.

Looks like the place was recently redone. Everything I saw was nice and updated and clean. We were both very pleased and would certainly stay here again.

Shower stall was slippery and food at breakfast could be improved a bit. Otherwise excellent. Loved the room otherwise.

Quiet  nice  location. Lovely complementary breakfast serves large assortment of hot and cold foods. Nice business center. Small kitchenette. Very accommodating and pleasant front desk staff. Outdoor pool and grill to use.

Excellent staff and location. Rooms had stained carpet and furniture and had issues like slow drain, tiles with no grout, black bugs in shower (after rainstorm) and non-working appliances. We moved rooms once for horribly uncomfortable beds. Staff was quick and accommodating for repairs and to make sure we were comfortable but second room was more of the same mediocre. Breakfast was hot and fresh....

Have stayed at this facility for years. Our recent stay was excellent. Everything from the front desk to our room, immaculate, to breakfast...well we could not have asked for more. We were unable to participate in the evening social but that is such a lovely idea!!!!! hank you Hilton and we shall definitely be back!

Second time to stay. Really nice little plaza location with good dining. Farmers market on the weekend and still plenty of parking and safe.

Stayed six days. Same old breakfast every day. No shampoo in tub. Room was fully serviced only once until we complained.

I appreciate that the property is pet friendly, however the pet owners and property management have some issues. Pet owners do not necessarily clean up after their pets both inside and outside the building and it was up to me to clean up the messes. That was disappointing. Yes, I did report it to the front desk before I did it.

Front desk staff were soooo nice!!! Food was great. Room was very clean. We rented the 2 bedroom suite and one of the toilet won’t flush but other than that was great! All I can say is that it’s way better than Marriott!! We were more comfortable in Staybridge and it didnt cost us almost $2,000 for just 2 nights!! From now on, will be staying at Staybridge more often. This hotel is highly recommended...

This hotel is clean and welcoming. They have lighted Christmas trees and Christmas decor, a lounge with sofas and televisions, a fireplace, and large windows. The guest rooms are large and the kitchens feel just like home. The breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This hotel is older but it was quiet the entire 5-day stay, so it was comfortable. It was convenient to have a full size fridge and microwave in the room as well. Front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was not delicious.

If you need to stay near the airport or NAFRI this is a the best of the Marriots. First of all the service is excellent. We didn’t stay here personally but my father-in-law did, and he came here after leaving another Marriott property over on Grant. He loved it. His only issue was the internet/roku, which we determined was his old iPhone and user error both. I actually got it all working myself. The pool was excellent for my 2 daughters and I. No one there at all!

First off the staff is outstanding! This hotel was recently renovated, very clean and in a good, central location for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillows. We never did eat there either morning but I have to comment on your gentleman on the front desk. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful person that makes your stay more special. He helped us by pointing out some great spots to visit while in Tucson and surrounding area. He is a true asset to your hotel and a model for others to follow.

Definitely a knockout view over the adjacent Starr Pass golf course, the surrounding mountains, and the city roughly a 15-minute drive below. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we had no issues. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offered hot breakfast and to-go breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Sink was clogged for first 2 days. Kept having to ask front desk to get sink fixed. Limited breakfast. Not impressed.

The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.

No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. It's a nice hotel. 4 stars because it's a little dated, but the breakfast buffet was really good (better selection than you'd expect, and an omelette bar as well) the pool was fine for the kids, and they we're out friendly. All in all it was comfortable and we'll worth the low price we paid to stay.

My husband and I's stay at Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast could not have been better! We stayed in the French Country Suite and it was the perfect size for just the two of us. I especially appreciated that the walk-in shower had a bench seat to be able to sit down while showering!
