Location is noisy…traffic and trains. My room was very near the office, and staff was not very considerate about speaking quietly during breakfast prep.
Breakfast supplies apparently ran out quickly as there was NOTHING left to eat and no coffee.
Cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job.

Door was broken and couldn't be closed right. There were roaches in the pull out bed and in the refrigerator. One of the TV's in our suite did not work, I called front desk and they said they would send housekeeping to clean the room and maintenance to repair the TV, we left all day and returned at 9pm and nothing in the room had been cleaned and TV still didn't work. The only positive thing about this place was the staff, they noted our problems and were very kind, however, we will never come back to this place OR recommend to anyone. ROACHES!!

Advertised is having breakfast. All they had was coffee, juice, muffins, and cellophane and toast. Not at all what I was expecting. Shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast.

The front desk clerk was absolutely wonderful checking in was great.
the room was very nice
the breakfast was so minimal that iit was a joke
i wondered if you had butter for the toast and was told NO what we have is it and that is it I am sorry you cannot afford to put butter on the toast
I have never heard a Best? Western employee talk to a customer with that type of attitude I am sorry you are not doing well

Door key would not work, then the fire alarm kept chirping once we got inside. Had to change rooms. Breakfast was suppose to be a full breakfast according to their online website, it wasn't even close to being classified as a continental breakfast. Toast or yogurt was about all you had to choose from. Very disappointing! The only plus I can speak about is that the rooms a very large and roomy.

The front desk clerk was very personable, helpful and overall, a great 1st impression of this hotel. I had an issue in my room and he promptly corrected it. I wish i could remember his name. He deserves a raise! My room was clean and comfortable. The walls of most hotels seem quite thin, but here, noise from neighboring rooms was at a minimum. Hot tub was clean and hot. It was a great getaway.

It was advertised with free made to order breakfast and that was not true. They had self serve toast and pastries with only decaf coffee and apple juice. That was it. They shouldn’t even offer breakfast because that was terrible. No coffee?!?!?!?!

The room was clean but in disrepair. The drawers wouldn’t close and the door stuck so you really had to put your shoulder into it to open it.

Staff was professional. The rooms were ok. Remote didn’t work, no maintenance people available. But for the price it was ok.

Rooms were dirty tubes were not usable. They did switch out rooms the second room was a bit better not still dirty they did give a night free but still not worth it

Room is OK. Neighborhood was not good. There was a homeless park across the street and homeless people all over. The exterior of the room the floors were dirty. I had welcome mats that were filthy.
