Motel 6 Tucson, AZ – Airport / Kino Sports Complex in Tucson

I thought always that quality Inn have a good quality hotels but today I changed my opinion. I m never ever going to book a room there again. Short cut about my room and service; no coffee machine or tea not even plastic cup. Hair dryer not working, phone not working, curtain not working, bathroom fan not working. Lobby was a mess in the evening and in the morning few tables but full of men. The breakfast was coffee, cold milk, cereal. When I ask the reception about breakfast they told me this is what they have. When I ask him why they mention it online, he answers you don’t pay for breakfast.
Sad, poor and pathetic service.

Staff is friendly, beds are decent. The main issues I have are the pool as it is filthy and their is constant crime. They also have cockroaches! Their pool filters don't work or No one bothers to clean it. Bugs in it, dirt, leaves, and floaties in general. Hot tub is same way. The rooms have minor things like mirrors being tapped up instead of fixed, room door dragging on ground. Small things that are rigged instead of fixed. 4 nights ago a trailer was busted into and over 3 thousand dollars in cameras and tools were stolen. Then just last night bikes were stolen. When confronting the front desk their reply was, "we have our sprees, cops won't come here anymore but I can give you the non emergency number.".

Their rates change DAILY, and they do not care about your safety. When told they can add razor wire and a gate to secure their lot, they wanted nothing to do with it and instead wished to save their money. The bottom line is this Hotel is an easy mark for thieves and they don't care. Their cameras are HORRIBLE quality and all robberies have went unpunished. Rather than spend money to fix the place up and make it safe, they would rather keep it and chalk it up to who the hell cares.

My advice head the the hotel down the road which has gates and razor wire. Tucson in general is a very dirty crime ridden place. Move onto another location.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time, I booked through a travel agency and unfortunately did not check the general reviews before arriving late in the evening. When I arrived the sink was not working, the shower was in shambles, and there were holes in the wall with exposed piping. The shower curtain would not stay closed. After a night with very little sleep I was greeted by the largest roach I have ever seen and promptly packed my bag to check out early. The front desk manager was generally helpful but this hotel is run down and trashy, for well over 200 dollars a night I would advise avoiding this place at all costs.

One of very bad hotels I have ever stayed. I booked here to stay only one day. The room was so bad and stinking. Sheets had stains and shower tap was broken. No hot water. I had to get the front desk guy to spray room freshener since he did not have any other room. My flight was at 2pm next day. My room was so bad that I couldnt stay, so got my air tickets changed to fly early next day. Do not go to this even if you wanna stay for few hours.

Awful experience. I understand that you get what you pay for but this was just bad. There were holes in the walls. I could hear the guests next door. And something I never thought I’d complain, the static in the sheets. O my god it was just too much! I was looking for a place to spend the night, not even, just a few hours so I picked this one for the location and you have no idea how much I regret it. The staff was nice I guess but the building is just in bad condition. If you can spend a little more in another hotel, don’t think twice and avoid this one.

I booked the room before I saw the quality of the hotel. Do not book with Priceline because you can't get your money back if you are not satisfied and the front desk agent will not refund you either. So they pretty much get your money without giving you a room. It smelled and was run down inside. It's a 60 dollar deposit as well which many don't see until check in.
