Property and room were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was under 15 minutes to walk to a streetcar stop. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in Tucson!

(They even recommended the local opera company- wonderful rendition of Debussy's "L'Enfant Prodigue"!) Well located for U of Arizona and the rest of central Tucson. Standard, cold, breakfast- but generously served

The rooms at the property were nicely designed, and the bed and blankets were super comfortable. Easy walk to the university area, as well as the Warehouse Arts district (approx .75 miles each)

Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast provided which was not mentioned in the features. We liked our stay. The traffic can be a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you need that.

Very well-priced considering other accomodations in the area

Owner was very pleasant. When I arrived, the power for that block had just gone out. He let me know when power was restored. His staff was very friendly as well.

This place was an oasis in a desert drought of hotels. Friendly and very helpful front desk person who gave us a peaceful quiet room in the back, comfy and clean well kept rooms. Great property, thanks so much!

We visited the Arizona Riverpark Inn for the gem show, and had a great time! The vendors were all very friendly, whether or not we were buying anything, and the grounds and surrounding area were very nice and well-kept

We've stayed there for over a decade but recently remodeled new pipes hottest water best bed clean room patio bar breakfast who could ask for more and I think it was 70 bucks a night for God sake's

WOW, the bacon wrapped meatloaf was amazing!! Love the bar tender Oliver and the staff is very professional and helpful and okay try it you might like it!!! I did and do! Highly recommend ??

Hotel was good. Started setting up for an event to early in the mornings making a lot of noise with no respect for guests sleeping.

Everything was fine as a place to stay during Tour. Staff were excellent and understanding about our pets.

However, we have stayed here twice. The people have always been friendly, pool was working this last time, we had some issues and the staff took care of us. If you need a cheap place to rest this place does the job

Lol the pool was freezing, which maybe is normal for April, but the place we stayed the day before and after was heated much better. pool was filthy with cog butter and joint containers everywhere, as well as other trash

I had heard this was a bad no star hotel. The new staff/owners have really cleaned this hotel up. The pool Is great, although the hot tub was dirty and no chairs to sit on. No sketchy people hanging out or inside

First of all, we did have doubts about this location from the previous reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The A/C works great!!! The service at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast is simple

The building is old and the owners are struggling to maintain. We saw a few roaches, didn’t find bed bugs. It’s pretty shady outside at night. And all the furniture is outdated or falling apart

Once again I stayed here and it has always been outstanding service the morning breakfast bar is always well kept. Staff is always available for help. With a smile.

Easy check in, showed us where our room was. Able to request a roller bed for our son to stay the 1st night since he was starting ride at 7 am

No pool and only 7:30am coffee available. Nice downtown location without congestion. Barrio close by for history fix. Many long time Mexican restaurants nearby

We were in town for the tour de Tucson. The hotel was super conveniently located next to the start line of the tour. The staff were very accommodating. They let us store our bikes there before our room was ready

I never had a problem with parking, and I always felt safe but would have liked an extra lock on the door just for peace of mind. The food in the lounge was excellent and the staff were always nice

Clean, spacious room with unique style and everything we needed. Staff were all kind and attentive to any needs we had. Quiet, lovely garden with seating to enjoy. Also, close to everything.

Items like bedspreads and towels were worn out, and soap/shampoo provisions were minimal. However, it was an affordable and respectable location for many people travelling across the border and it was quiet

Staff interaction was courteous. My fridge was broken and they replaced it within half an hour. The breakfast was pretty sparse, but they didn't mind that we ate multiple yogurts and stuck granola bars in our bags

Under new management and they are making changes. The staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was good but if you want a spread IHOP and Waffle house are close. My room was a comfortable stay

Beautiful oasis in Tucson This is a fantastic place to stay in Tucson! Dina, the hostess, is a wonderful person and takes good care of her guests. We especially loved the beautiful pool and backyard patio

Every last detail was thoughtful and given with care. The food, blooming flowers, bedding, pool and private courtyards all left us excited to have a home away from home whenever we are in Tucson

We always enjoy staying at B&B’s. After staying 2 nights at the Adobe Rose we felt as if we were saying good by to an old friend. Dina went out of her way to help any way she could. The 3 course breakfasts were excellent

What a lovely gem in downtown Tucson. We wanted some place special for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! We spent time out on the patio by the pool and enjoyed a bottle of wine

I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans

Should may have been asked do you want a room on first level because you have to walk to elevator since other is shut down. Did not live up the the Sheraton name. Even around the pool and dim lighting inside the rooms

It was a beautiful facility in a great part of town. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I got lost a couple of times. I would definitely go back.

The staff was Great!! Very helpful. Should have security walking around parking lot at night. We had at least 3-5 laughing and screaming in the parking lot from 1AM-3:30

It's an old-fashioned chain hotel, not quite as good as those in China. But it's alright.

My daughter flew in from Misawa AFB in Japan to surprise her dad who was being promoted to Chief at DM AFB in Tucson. Eryn flew I on Thursday, Feb 27. Due to a flight delay, I was unable to pick her up as expected

I went to the hotel to drop off a home made meal for her as the flight is extremely long. Gina listened to my story and graciously let me place her meal in her room which was ready

I explained to Gina that we had kept Eryn's arrival from her dad for almost a month and why we were surprising him. Gina waited for Eryn's call and had the shuttle pick her up swiftly

The following day after the ceremony, Eryn realized she had accidentally left her shirt in the room. Thankfully we got Gina again

Gina placed Eryn on hold, spoke with cleaning staff and they had found and held her shirt for her! Anyone who stays in hotels knows that this is not the norm

Good for UA visits We have stayed here several times over the last 3-4 years for my child’s college move in and visits. Clean and spacious for family of 4. On Boradway, a major street with restaurants and shopping

Our bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and there were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the complimentry breakfast was delicious

Overall we were quite happy with our stay here. We had a room overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was good - we were there when a tour group hit the breakfast room so it was super crowded but not that big of a deal

The rooms around the pool area are bit noisy. The breakfast area is nice but crowded so get there early. If you have children, they will enjoy the pool. There is a social get together every night at the pool area

There is also a bar at the pool as well. The location is convenient for many area attractions

But if you're going to update, why not do it all the way? Noisy by the pool in the afternoon due to workers pounding and sawing. Also housekeeping in our room wasn't complete until after 3:00

Have stayed at this facility for years. Our recent stay was excellent. Everything from the front desk to our room, immaculate, to breakfast. well we could not have asked for more

Second time to stay. Really nice little plaza location with good dining. Farmers market on the weekend and still plenty of parking and safe.

It was very nice, we had the suite and it was very nice, felt like a small apartment. We didn’t use the pool area and on our last stay we had breakfast and it was nice hot breakfast

We rented the 2 bedroom suite and one of the toilet won’t flush but other than that was great! All I can say is that it’s way better than Marriott!! We were more comfortable in Staybridge and it didnt cost us almost $2,000 for just 2 nights!! From now on, will be staying at Staybridge more often

The great service coupled with the free breakfast and washing machines (not available at the Courtyard Marriot) were much appreciated perks

Plus i saw but did not utilize a bunch of other extended stay perks like crockpots and such. For an extended stay that I was going to stay near the airport this would my choice in Tucson

If you need to stay near the airport or NAFRI this is a the best of the Marriots. First of all the service is excellent

This hotel is older but it was quiet the entire 5-day stay, so it was comfortable. It was convenient to have a full size fridge and microwave in the room as well. Front desk staff was friendly

If I have any requests please replace the air conditioning unit in 115. It’s impossibly noisy even though maintenance tried to fix it

The room itself was good, and the front lady was really nice. However, there was music playing all night from the next door with the thin wall made cause us hard to sleep at night.

Hotel has everything that other hotels have for the price, but the whole staff was great, from front desk, spotless cleaning of my room daily and not just dropping off fresh towels, to the ladies meticulously cleaning and restocking the breakfast bar
