Comfortable room with all the necessities working fine. Great management and staff, very friendly and helpful. (They even recommended the local opera company- wonderful rendition of Debussy's "L'Enfant Prodigue"!) Well located for U of Arizona and the rest of central Tucson. Standard, cold, breakfast- but generously served.
Very well-priced considering other accomodations in the area.

Property and room were well maintained and clean. Parking lot was well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was under 15 minutes to walk to a streetcar stop. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in Tucson!

The room was very clean, smelled good, and quiet, despite being next to a very busy street. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have work to do at the University.

Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast provided which was not mentioned in the features. We liked our stay. The traffic can be a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you need that.

Owner was very pleasant. When I arrived, the power for that block had just gone out. He let me know when power was restored. His staff was very friendly as well.

The rooms at the property were nicely designed, and the bed and blankets were super comfortable. Easy walk to the university area, as well as the Warehouse Arts district (approx .75 miles each)

The room was spotless and beautiful, not at all what I expected for the price I paid. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a short term stay in town.

The room was spotless and the staff was very kind and courteous. I was offered extra water and shown a lot of compassion (I was very tired.) I really needed that kind of compassion - the lady at the front desk has my full gratitude. Thank you!

THE HEATING AND PARKING WAS GOOD. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE SMELL IN THE ROOM.
