Lovely community vibes motel with individual rooms, lots of art and murals to look at, bar area etc. we didn't use the pool or gym but they looked good. Friendly welcome and free drink token on arrival

Not bad in terms of noise, the odd bit of traffic, people coming and going and what not but we weren't too disturbed apart from the final morning when some staff were gathered talking near our door

Breakfast was simple, only porridge bowls with various toppings to add, 2 types of pop tart and bread which you could toast with butter and/or grape jelly, plus tea and coffee and some fruit

On our final morning guests had to ask for a lot of things to be topped up that were lacking. Overall enjoyed our stay but didn't fully live up to expectations

I was so surprised that I decided to stay another night just for the pleasure of it. The staff was top-notch; they made me feel right at home

It was very cute and I felt very safe and cozy with it. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel whenever I visit my friends in Tucson!

Minor but, as a bigger guy, almsot felt like drying off with a hand towel

Most important factors for me are a clean, well maintained room with a hot shower, comfortable bed, and working TV. Room had all that. Parking was convenient. Staff was helpful.

Great parking, freindly staff at check-in and check-out. Easy access off the freeway and to Q-T. The only thing I would change is to upgrade the towels to something bigger

Room and grounds were basic and a good value. The gentleman at the front desk, evening, was very friendly and helpful. The woman at the desk in the morning, never said anything to us. Hit and miss on customer service

Comfortable and clean room, good a/c control, plenty of towels. BUT, terrible hot water/ coffee maker (get rid of these terrible things). Also-not pleased with 3 decaf coffee packs and only one regular…

The hotel is good, except that the bath towels were not changed on the second day

Front desk check-in was exceptionally friendly and warm, thank you! All else was great as well, no complaints and will definitely look to stay again next time I am going through Tucson.

Shift Upon discharge from Hospital to Hyatt Place Tucson my elderly spouse and I would never have made it to the room if not for the kind help from such professional, courteous, thoughtful, staff

The hotel was clean, had a shower for the disabled in one room with a king bed, the shower was actually nice it was spacious and a bathtub in the other room with double beds, it was only my husband & I that’s why we’d wanted a 1 bedroom suite

it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much

The location was close to UofA for family night, we paid for a 1 bedroom suite however we get there and they gave 2 adjoining rooms it was not a suite

The lights were burned out in the bedroom, and the shower curtain was missing in the bathroom, but for the price, I didn't mind

The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff

I had accidently double booked one day and instead of just changing the dates for my reservation they canceled it and then when I called trip

Only issue is the room deposit is still pending on my credit card 7 days after our stay - we were only there for a quick overnight stop. Odd, but not terribly inconvenient

Maintenance was bad,who ever was cleaning my room daily,wouldn’t take my dirty towels.

Convenient location with comfortable & clean rooms. Service was friendly & prompt. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t say how that was but… this is our second stay here

The maintenance and repairs are obvious, and look like they were done by an amateur. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, average, nothing to rave about

The room was generally clean...The shelves were dusty but the sheets were clean.

The AC worked but wasn’t necessary as the weather was cool

Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. Lobby, bar area were beautiful with music on Friday and Saturday evenings

This time there were a lot of quirky oddities , but management made it right. They truly care about their guests and want the service to match the beauty of this lovely property

This is a gorgeous resort for the money set in the natural desert of Tucson. We stayed here two years ago, and it was perfect. Service, the room, the environment

We would recommend you check out Loews at Ventana Canyon

no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot in our room. Was difficult to find office, it is separate from the rooms. They share a building with Denny's. They do have an outdoor pool which is decent

My only complaint, which I did the next day to the office was that when the housekeeper came in to clean, she didn't leave any shampoo, no clean handtowels, no extra washcloth to replace the one that had been used and she didn't restock the coffee for our second day

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very inexpensive

This is in an area with a lot of construction and close to the airport so it can be a little noisy, but it's not their fault and the price makes up for it

I had a problem with tv for a minute or so and someone was at my door to fix it in no time. it was me using the controller, not really the tv. ) Lol But, from the lobby to the room was beyond my expectations

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and having separate rooms was a benefit with the kids. The pool and hotub were nice, and we liked that they had a game room with several different things to play

Would love to see it at its full potential with an open restaurant and the pool and hit tub open past 6pm, as well as the fire pits working. The front desk girls were great amd helped with whatever I needed

We stayed in the renovated section and were pleased with our pool view from our balcony- watching the monsoons from our balcony last night was awesome

A modestly good breakfast is offered in a large room offering views out to a nice pool area. The good tariff we got, and the pleasant staff, made our stay pretty good

Winter for business conference. I haven't been there in many years since they remodeled it. And it was beautiful the double staircase is coming down into the lobby kind of reminded me of some old movies

It was just beautiful very well done staff is very friendly. And the hotel itself was very neat and kept very well. Even when the potted plants on the inside was so well maintained that it looked fake

The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom

She handled my check-in lightning-fast, answered all my questions about the area (super helpful since I'm not local), and even upgraded my room without me asking—talk about going the extra mile! There were a couple of little hiccups during my stay (nothing major, just the usual travel quirks like a minor room adjustment and a small amenity mix-up), but Angela jumped right on them with zero hassle

By far the best guest relations and service in Tucson for the hotels of the same price range. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean pool, and a good free continental breakfast

The waffle maker was a huge hit with the kids, who loved making their own fresh waffles every morning! The location is literally across the street from the airport, which can't be beat when flying in and out of Tucson Airport

There were a variety of delicious items available including: waffles, eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, and coffee. The items were topped up regularly whenever stock was low

This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast served self-serve style with good selection. They will make you eggs to order, too. Casual style.

This property is in a perfect spot to park and car and walk the Streets of Tucson. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area was outstanding located above the city and very clean

Had an issue with A/C and their rock Star maintenance man beat my husband from the front desk back to the room. When the issue couldn't be fixed immediately they went out of their way to get us into another room quickly

Chose to stay here due to it being affiliated with RedLionHotels. The is property is AAA Approved Ice maker and guest laundry on site $1. The pool is absolutely beautiful, retro-old school

There were 2 grills on site to cook with family, plenty of chairs to lay in the sun. Easy controlled access to pool. Our room (#205) was beautiful, well maintained. Staff offer to clean and restock our towels, coffee etc

This is not a Hilton but they aren't charging Hilton prices. They are budget friendly, extremely clean, great customer service. Can't ask for anything more than that! Amazing job to your whole team!!

There was a great refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Plenty of drawers for our vacation things. Beds were comfortable and fresh. Thank you for allowing my service animal

The shampoo and body soap dispensers in the shower were empty but I always carry my own. I liked that the television had cable and there's a plastic stand that has the television channels

I was happy with the room, it was clean and all the furnishings looked fairly new and in good shape. The bed was King Size and comfortable with 4 pillows. Always nice to have extra pillows

I found the pillows were a little lumpy though. The staff were courtesy and helpful. It's not an expensive hotel, so overall I would recommend it as good value for the price we paid

GM took the keys though, so there weren't any waffles and pickins were slim for breakfast

It's the same for most around here If you have a car, it's a fairly quiet street. Good value for money and has everything you need. The staff are also friendly. Very satisfied and will use again.

Really nice big Spacious room everything was good. The only con was the TV was not working and the bathroom dor had what looked like coffee splashed on it

The only thing was the tub in the bathroom had a slow drain but everything else was awesome thank you for a nice stay.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the “continental “ breakfast was non existent. There was supposed to be breakfast from 6 am to 9am. We arrived at the table at 8:30 to find…nothing but cereal, milk and coffee

Room was clean and in good condition. Common areas look worn and in need of updating. Continental breakfast is a breakfast bar and coffee. I stayed 5 days and the last day there were no breakfast bars

Room was exceptionally clean, front desk staff kind and efficient. Our only complaint was that the room was facing the freeway, making it the only noise you hear. We used our dark noise setting to cover it while we slept

While I was there I saw the buliding was getting a new paint job, maybe some newer beds might help cause the center of the bed sinks in and kindof interupted my sleep, but after I put some pillows in the center I was ok, but that wont stop us from returning

Really nice room for the price! Everything was clean and wel l put together. Modern motif and, of course, free WiFi. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions and the Kettle restaurant across the street is great, too!

Definitely made me feel better about spending the night there and relieved all fears of my car getting broken into. The room was tidy and it didn't have that "hotel" smell. You know which one I'm talking about

I arrived well after sundown and at first thought it was in a sketchy part of town; but then I went to check in and noticed that the clerk was super attentive and really on top of the security cameras

Similar to a motel, low prices and good hygiene. The included breakfast was very average, too sweet to eat. Fortunately, there was coffee, so I drank a cup of coffee and ate two slices of bread.

The location is great. The facilities are a bit dated, but the staff are friendly. The microwave and refrigerator were convenient. Breakfast is simple.

This is not the first time I've stayed here. It's suitable for business trips and layovers. I recommend it. If I have a chance next time, I will stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport.

Scott our chief at lunch was amazing, funny, and one of the best meals ever. He's a keeper Sheraton, don't let another hotel steal him away. He's the reason we will be returning

The first picture on their website is non existent. There is no bar in the middle of the pool like the picture shows and infact the bar that was there was never open so there went their poolside drinks they advertised

All cocktails were super small and weak. We ate at a couple different restraunts that were sub par and the buffet was almost not edible. The last night we actually went to pizza hut

The dining options were excellent, with something for every craving, and the pool area was a huge highlight—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Casino Del Sol exceeded my expectations in every way

The casino is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. All the hotel staff we spoke with were polite and very helpful. The pool is awesome, love the palm trees. A great place to stay in Tucson
