I had a fall due to a slippery tub and an old, worn-out mat, which led me to spend Saturday night hopping between hospitals until I finally received treatment. The night receptionist was notified at 10:50 PM. When we returned at 5:30 AM, there was a different receptionist who wasn't aware of the situation. There was no protocol beyond contacting the manager, who wouldn't be in until Monday. Upon checking out at 10:30 AM, another receptionist informed us that the manager was already aware and would call on Monday. To date, he hasn't called. I called the hotel, and I was told that the manager hadn't been in and they knew nothing about it. They didn't take responsibility for refunding the night I didn't use, nor for my medical expenses. This ruined several days of my vacation. I would never return or recommend them.

This hotel is super convenient! Right across the street, there's a mall, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. It's perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be staying here again next time. We all loved it, and all the beds are king-size!

Great location near Thai Town — very convenient for delicious food! 🇹🇭
It’s also just a short walk to the Metro station, so getting around LA is easy. Parking on-site is available at $25 per night, which is great if you have a rental car. 🚗
The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioner can be quite loud at night. 😅 But overall, still a comfortable and convenient stay for exploring Hollywood! 🌟

The Dixie Hollywood Hotel great service and location. We had a great stay at this budget friendly hotel . The check in was awesome
quick and efficient . The clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful . The rooms were stylish , clean and comfortable.
The doors of certain rooms were painted
with various movie themes or characters .
My daughter and granddaughter were over
joked and excited about the Harry Potter themed door . They were there/ Hollywood
to visit Universal studios / Harry Potter. They
had the costume and all . My daughter didn't think to reserve the Harry Potter Rm.
So on our next visit I bet she want for get !

The bad experience started from check-in. I was charged for $25 parking per night and $20 resort or convenience fee, but I was informed of no parking fee when booking. The room is noisy in the night as tge upper stair kept making noise. The window blind is broken and table is extremely small, restroom light switch also control venting, so noisy when using the toilet.

nice place but if your name isn't the one reservation and you forget your key or it malfunctions you'll be outta luck. my key stopped working and cause my friends name was on the room and not mine they kicked me out on the street at 3 am and wouldn't let me back in until my friend came back. other than that the place was great and security was very pleasant
