I cannot begin to describe how much disappointment I had with the customer service team of this hotel. They advertised shuttle free pickup and drop off service. So we booked this hotel after the the late night flight got cancelled at lax airport. But we waited outside of terminal for almost two hours as hotel instructed for their shuttle bus to come. Still no one show up. And finally their driver stopped by and said need to wait another additional 40 minutes. We’ll end up with sleep in the airport and the hotel won’t refund our money for their unreliable promotes, transportation and failure to deliver on its advertised service.

Location of hotel is close to airport,there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.

The water pressure is too small and water is not hot enough, making it so cold during bath.
Dislike the barrier free toilet as the floor is totally wet after bath. There is some mould in the sink basin.

Poorer than other hampton hotels in rural cities, may be due to its convenient location. But the price is reasonable.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and Universal Studios isn't a long drive either. Breakfast, by Hampton Inn standards, should have been good, but when I went down at 8 AM, many dishes were already empty. Even with more people coming in to eat, the kitchen wasn't replenishing the food in a timely manner, which is unbelievable! And this was on a Tuesday morning. I've stayed at Hampton Inns in China and other US cities, but this one is definitely the worst.

There was only one person at the hotel when we arrived. The room was very cold, and the heating system was turned off.

Everything was good with the hotel, I appreciated that parking was not so high ($20 per day), the bed was good, the location was good for what I need to do in LAX zone.
