The hotel is new with excellent heating and air conditioning. It's only a 5-minute walk from Union Square. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the main entrance isn't located directly in the hotel; you have to enter from the valet area. You need to ring the doorbell before check-in, and the front desk will open the door. Once you have your key card, you can swipe it to enter the hotel. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the ferry building is a 30-minute walk away.

Great location near Union Square and public transport. Room is ideal for 2 adults and 1-2 younger kids. We booked quad share with 2 older kids and it was rather tight. The sofa bed wasn't ideal and somehow the advertised 37 sqm room felt squeezed. On the upside, hotel staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. For the discounted rate I got from Trip.com, would book again.

Location: Perfect! Right next to Union Square, close to public transport and rental car office.
Guest room: Beautiful decor, clean and spacious. Kitchenette is handy.

This was my first time in San Francisco, and I had no prior information, but I booked about a month and a half in advance based on reviews. The location was decent, the room was clean, and it had a mini-kitchen, so it was perfect for getting takeout dinner when I got tired. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, casually asking if I needed to use the restroom when checking in and out. The city was also very nice, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for 4 nights from February 16th to 20th. The room had a mini kitchen, coffee maker, and microwave. Cutlery, including a wine opener, is also available. Only shower, no bathtub. The force of the shower is ok. The toilet paper holder was in the back so it was difficult to use. Toothbrushes are available at the front desk.
The hotel's location is on the border of an unsafe area called the Tenderloin, and the atmosphere changes once you walk in one block, so we used Uber for most of our stay. I walked from the hotel to Powell.st station via Union Square, but to be honest, I was scared due to the current security situation. There is Akiko sushi bar and a liquor shop nearby, so you can manage your meal at worst.
When I checked out, I was mistakenly registered as a parking lot user even though I was not using the parking lot. The women at the front desk of the hotel seem to be American.
I'm not sure if I would use it again.

Dinner was great. Came back the next day for Wednesday pork chop special and told by new manager that had to wait an hour for menu to be available. At 3.30pm At the same time she went ahead with her staff and seated a couple that came after us. When asked why they said oh sorry and too bad for you and everyone else that was waiting to spend money have to wait til 4.30. She said she was new and unable to handle the job.
Wow. Never will go to daily grill again. Spent 300 first night in town. I have never written a review but because it popped up on my phone this is the first and it had to be bad. Daily grill is scratched from my list.

Came in at 11:00 am, we sat at the bar thinking faster service. We were told the kitchen is switching from breakfast to lunch, had to wait 10 minutes before they could make food. 45 minutes later we received our lunch. There was a bartender switch after our order was placed, and it was a shame, the bartender that came in had no care for his customers, stress on his face with every request. A couple came in and waited 20 minutes to even get a greeting...poor service.

Best option for good food on Union Square. We have been there for 3 times last 2 days. Breakfast and dinner. Service is good and food is delicious.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner here with my wife. The place was packed but the food was still amazing and the server was very attentive and helpful. We loved it!

This place! I am VERY picky when it comes to good food. Not only was our food AMAZING but our server Peni was the BEST! We cannot wait to come back from Seattle!

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.
