The location is very convenient.

The room was cold, the heater was extremely noisy and unusable, and there weren't even blankets, only sheets. When we asked for sheets again for both beds, we were told there was only one sheet available. The service was poor.

The room had a very 90s American feel 🤣, but the facilities were all okay and the cleanliness was good. The receptionist seemed to be Mexican, and was very friendly, helping me park and giving us directions. The location was also good, within walking distance of the pier or Lombard Street.

The staff who greeted us were so kind, I just wanted to repay them with a positive review. The location is convenient for walking to Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking is free! We were able to extend our stay for a few hours after checkout. The room was also very comfortable, and the large sofa made breakfast a comfortable experience!

The hotel is a bit old, but not old. The air conditioning is sharp, but the disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator and microwave.

The main advantage is free parking, though the environment is just so-so. Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown are within walking distance – the location is decent. We checked out at 11 am and they agreed to let us park until 2 pm, but they wouldn't store our luggage, saying they were out of space and we should leave it in the car. When asked if it was safe, they said they were there and there were security cameras, so it was fine.

Convenient to piers, public transportation/streetcars, and a selection of local restaurants/pubs. Clean. Friendly service. Easy free garage parking. Comfy bed. 3rd floor mini-balcony has a good view. Some street noise gets in, but we heard the sea lions barking at night from over at Pier 39...fun! Solid value.

Stayed here on a Friday night and found it to be a great value for the price! Friendly desk clerk, a pleasant room and bathroom that felt very clean, comfortable mattress with good quality bedding, and a quiet and safe-feeling location that is within walking distance to the wharf. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend!

Researched this hotel for a 3 day trip to SF. After our stay, here's the assessment. 1. Great location. Bus stop is at the hotel with easy access to everything in SF. The cable car is a block away. And the dining in North Beach is great. Plus, Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf are an easy walk. 2. The room was perfect. Clean. Quiet. And the service and staff were great. The staff was really helpful with recommendations, bus info, etc. 3. The free parking was secure and safe. We couldn't have asked for more. And all at a great price for a SF hotel. Highly recommend this property.

There was a line up to get in but we didn’t wait too long as we requested to sit outside. The host wanted to make all 5 of us to sit around one table. We argued and he eventually let us take 2 tables. The portions are huge. Share if you’re not too hungry. Burritos are great. Again, they’re huge!

Insanely amazing breakfast. I cannot brag about this place enough. Fantastic, friendly service. The Salmon & Shrimp Eggs Benedict has some quality ingredients that you wouldn’t normally find. And their fruit bowl also has some very unconventional (albeit amazing) fruit... to go along with the typical fruit there is kiwi, blackberries, raspberries, grapefruit, I mean, really good watermelon in December. Yes, I just typed that much for a fruit bowl!

We arrived at the good moment (09:30) because it seems that this restaurant can be quite busy. The staff was friendly, each person weird in their own way...(but at the end it’s almost cute). Vintage Hollywood decoration was nice, the food was served in big proportions and the coffee was on free refill. Big up for the delicious hash browns.

The food was really great! Everything tasted awesome. The kitchen was open to see which was really cool! Service was okay. You basically have to ask for ice even just for water. All in all a pretty great little place.

Firstly be prepare to wait for a seat and also be prepared for service to turn tables as soon as you’re near eating. The breakfast menu is HUGE and I love that they use their own hollandaise sauce. Meals are balanced with a generous serving of fresh Fruit. I really loved the overwhelming amount of condiments on the table - it will make all of your sauce wildest dreams come true!
