A well run hotel which is worth every dollar it charges us. Room is well maintained and cleaning service is excellent, making it a pleasant experience to return to the room after a day’s travelling.

Front desk staff is excellent, especially a gentleman called Jeremy, who helped to arrange the delivery of the NYT to me every morning. Staff is friendly at the restaurant serving delicious breakfast every morning.

We will go back next time we are in SF.

Not bad, Regis is very stable

St Regis is always a great place to stay. 5 star service is a given when you are here. The front desk, concierge, and butler service are always willing to help make your experience exceptional. We stopped by this location on our way home from a 25yr anniversary trip to Napa.
Rooms are very nice, every amenity you want is available, and they brought us some champagne and chocolates for our anniversary. I spoke to the concierge the day before, and they arranged for a dozen long stem roses to be in the room as well.
A great bar in the lobby for the evening, and breakfast in bed in the morning. What more do you need.
If you're looking for a luxurious stay with excellent service, St Regis has you covered.

Check-in experience was interesting. Thinking one of the staff members were new. Disappointed as status didn’t get the normal upgrade one receives when checking in. No small talk, very transactional.
At the end they remembered to thank me and acknowledge my Marriott loyalty membership (not a big deal to me but it’s their standard practice and normally one of the first things they say to you upon arrival.)

Room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Chocolates and linen spray a nice touch but disappointed they’ve become more frugal with their complimentary slippers and the robes are no longer embroidered with the property logo. Bottled water (aluminum can vs plastic for the win) was a nice touch.

Pool area was quiet and relaxing. Humidity was comfortable and several places to sit or lounge.

Yoga studio also featured a peloton bike and complimentary bottled water. The fitness center felt dated but had plenty of equipment and was open 24 hours.

Breakfast at Astra was delightful. I opted for the two eggs, sausage, bacon and hash brown plate which came with juice, coffee, and water.

Easy access for uber pickup and the bellman was attentive but didn’t engage in conversation.

Overall the hotel was nice and employees were friendly when you engaged with them, but you needed to initiate the interaction. Having stayed at the St Regis in Aspen I had higher expectations as the service and experience there far surpasses what I experienced in SF.

Room was beautiful, location in San francisco was excellent. Walking distance to lots of great areas, 30 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minute drive from fisherman wharf. The reason I have only 3 stars is because everytime we left the room we had to get a new key from the front desk because our key would be disabled. It was frustrating to say the least. And the pool area didn't have a hot tub, which was disappointing. I don't know if I would recommend the hotel to friends or family but i did have a great time and the room was very comfortable.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis San Francisco for a work trip, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The level of service was simply amazing – every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to be helpful.
A special shout-out must go to Mouna, whom I often saw during breakfast service. She is absolutely fabulous! Her warmth and attentive service made starting my busy workdays a real pleasure.

The hotel itself is wonderful. I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 16th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the San Francisco cityscape. Waking up to that view was a fantastic perk. The hotel also boasts a beautiful swimming pool on the 6th floor, which looked like a great place to relax.

Furthermore, the location is ideal. It's situated in a very nice and clean neighborhood, and I loved how convenient it was – just a short, pleasant 10-minute walk to Market Street and Union Square.
Overall, my stay was flawless. The combination of exceptional service, wonderful staff like Mouna, the lovely room and view, and the prime location made my work trip significantly more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis San Francisco to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning!

Never again! Another nice hotel gone bad after Marriott took over sadly. Used to stay here quite a bit but will not be back. Absolutely not a five star hotel anymore. Two back to back trips where I had to deal with dirty rooms, management unwillingness to correct the situation without threats from my company to move me and pull all future business, and frankly retaliation form staff for complaining. I got move to three different rooms all with dirty sheets and bathrooms before I asked my company to call and move me to the Four Seasons. It was only then that they offered to upgrade me to a suite that at check in they said wasn’t available as a upgrade for my Marriott status. On top of that I was charged daily for coffee service that was supposed to be free of charge and had to send back two inedible meals one with moldy cheese and dried out meat and one with a hair in the soup which were still charged to the room upon checkout from room service. The beds were uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Ridiculously expensive for the quality of the rooms and sevice. As I said never again.

The room facilities are old. Although breakfast is included, each room is USD75/day, but if you want to eat a full meal on the menu, it will cost at least USD45.00. If two people are together, they need to pay more than USD35. This breakfast is really a rip-off.

I like it very much, but the entrance is hard to find

This place was the worst strip club that i habe been to and i travel the county. They has the nerve to charge 26 dollars to boot. If i could leave no stars i would. The girls were crooks only interested in making buck.

I came for the boobs. chicken boobs.

For reals though, I did come for their fried chicken. They have a lunch buffet on the weekdays that is free with a $5 entrance free. And let me tell you, it was worth. I was pretty surprised by how good the buffet was. Great salad, fruit salad, chicken, beef/pork? and sides! The foodie in me was rejoicing, it's such a steal! You do have to pay extra for drinks.

Aside from the food, you also get entertainment! The ladies were great and I have to admit, it was fun sitting by the stage. Definitely finish your food before sitting by the stage, makes it harder for the ladies to do their thing if you have food and drinks on the table ;)

The establishment itself is pretty classy. I really liked the stage with the interactive background. There are several small 2-person tables and a couple of booths on the side and an upstairs section. I didn't get to see to much since the place was a little dim in general.

Would I come back? Yes! I really enjoyed my lunch and the staff/girls were welcoming :)

TIP: Bring that ca$h money and an appetite!

5$ all you can eat buffet from 11.30 to 14.00 is awesome! Girls are nice too ;)

One bucket, two buckets, you can truly have as much of the delicious chicken as you want at one of the finest buffets in San Francisco. Have to disagree with some of the other reviewers though - girls are definitely slightly above average to above average. Saw some wild feats of athleticism that really blew me away. A MUST VISIT.

i do not know why all the females who 'work' here aren't automatically diagnosed with bipolar disorder or psychosis. i have a fantastic imagination and sound system. my aunt even said that they earn their money. my aunt would not hire me to work in her stupid clothes store. my aunt feels insecure then turns around and mislabels me as bipolar. i am also better looking than these females. i don't know why these are in business. i don't know why the government considers this a legitimate occupation and then an arm of the government wants to be insecure and tell me i am mental. i have a fantasy imagination that is well noted and i don't know why someone would pay all this money to look at these people who probably got bad grades in school on purpose. they probably only think they are so great all the time. i don't know why i can't get acknowledged sometimes. my great grandma 6' in the 1800s. i don't know why other real females can't be acknowledged and these people selling but cheese are idolized.

Great food and beer. Not inexpensive and can be loud when busy which is almost always. Beer is organic with excellent selection. Food is mostly small plates.

Great beer. The ipa is fantastic. Burger was delicious and the salad was great. Great atmosphere. Maybe Uber here since we saw some interesting sites on the way in.

Brilliant drinking hole for craft ales and good food. Spanish tapas on the menu. Brilliant friendly atmosphere replicated by the staff.
20.10.2017 Liz
Came here for a work happy hour, and they have a TON of space. So -- it's good for large groups. We had a room to ourselves upstairs, which was nice. The service was OK. And the drinks and food were good.

Small but nice selection of different beers on tap. Tapas are really tasty and the thirsty burger is so delicious. Service personal was always helpful (recommended entrees and some dessert options) and super friendly. We went to the Bartlett Hall as well but we liked the thirsty bear so much more and would definitely come here again.

Incredibly underwhelming. Looks pretty nice, but looks are very deceiving. Overpriced, super bland, service took forever, and bad management. On top of it all, the cuisine didn't satisfy my appetite. Never again.
02.11.2017 Zhelka
Poor customer service, under staffed and food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend...
22.10.2017 Amanda
Come here if you love LONG waits for food and drinks (25+ minutes), missing food from orders, and watered down draft beers. Less than half the tables are being used on a Saturday night despite both Golden State and MLB championship series are on. The locals must know something us tourists don't...dont order the wings unless you like bland food and ranch that tastes like nothing.
25.09.2017 Kat
Near Westfield mall. If you love sports you love the numerous flat screen TVs to watch your favorite sport. Also if you like billiards they have a lot of tables !
02.06.2017 Joe
14 best places to watch the Warriors in the Finals? sure - if you like to wait 30 mins after being seated and still no server! other tables seated way after us getting served too! this place is BS.
