Staffs are kind, not much facilities in the hotel

I've always been a loyal Four Seasons fan, but this hotel was incredibly disappointing. ☹️ There was no lobby. The elevator kept shaking. I was on the 39th floor; just thinking about the elevator makes me shudder. The hotel's decor was extremely rough. The cleanliness was also terrible. A truly awful experience.

The hotel has a great view, the service staff is very friendly, and the location is good. The only problem is that parking is difficult in San Francisco.

The location is very good, very safe and convenient. When I checked in, I gave my child a 🦭 doll. My child loves it very much and takes it with him every day. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof. I was awakened by the knocking and talking next door for two consecutive mornings.

went for dinner, big portions.. friends loved the pumpkin gnocchi and salmon entrees. marinated olives were great. a little too salty for me (i got the orreichette pasta with sausage & broccoli rabe).

The food was very good, maybe a bit pricey. Good but expensive wine list. Our waiter was a bit slow though - forgot our wine and didn't seem to really like his job.

Came here for a team lunch. Caters to all tastes. The appetizer with Peppers was really good. I had the Crab Sandwich and I loved it. Can book for a large party on Open Table. They have a good drink selection as well. Convenient location near the financial district.

Really some of the best pasta in San Francisco. The cocktails are outstanding and the wine list is nothing to be sniffed at.

Every dish I've ever had here has been cooked perfectly. They have all had great flavor. The portions are a little small, but that leaves room for an appetizer or dessert. The servers are very attentive as well.
