Plenty of parking, free coffee and water until 10pm. Included breakfast had hot items like eggs, sausage or bacon, and potatoes, waffle machine and continental breakfast items. Room was pretty good size. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro and shopping plazas. Good value for price.

It felt like a motel, but not unsafe. There were hairs on the towels, and the coffee and water dispensers in the lobby smelled like detergent. I've stayed at hotels in the same group over a dozen times, but this was the first time I'd experienced a distinct detergent smell, and it was the group's standard detergent.

The cleanliness was clearly done to the best of their ability. A staff member was very welcoming at breakfast, greeting all guests like a landlady. It felt like an Airbnb. Their professionalism is commendable. The overall appearance is rather low-end, like a motel. There's absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear anything. After all, it's advertised as a two-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here if your budget allows.

We were very happy with our stay here. Our room and kingbed were comfortable, and there was ample furniture (even a regular size table and two chairs) to spread our stuff out on. Great bathroom - Jet blast toilet (no clogging!) and super clean (tile grout and tub caulk were bright white, no mold or other issues). Room was relatively quiet though highway noise could be heard due to location. Very friendly staff (kudos to Jody in the breakfast room for her cheerful greeting and overall attentiveness). We’re on a cross country drive and this was one of the best hotels in its class that we’ve stayed at.

The hotel was ok. I wasn't happy that she put me right next to the housekeeper room, but after the inital check in I never saw or heard them again. Parking is a little tight there. The second night I came back to pick up something from my room before heading out to dinner. There were a group of men standing in the parking lot talking loud. I made the remark that it looked like they were playing dice. My son confirmed this. When returned around 10:00 they were still there and the party was in full swing. The were drinking beer, laughing and talking loud. At one point they seemed to disburse, but they came back 15 minutes later with a new box of beer. This went on well past 11 pm. Why was this tolerated?

Rude front desk manager. I normally don’t leave poor reviews for that because everyone has rough days, but we were left on the street with our bags because she wouldn’t let us check in a few hours early. We had just gotten off a 4 hour flight from TN and just wanted somewhere to rest. I’m pretty sure she almost said that wasn’t her problem before she caught herself. I’m sorry but you at least need to offer some suggestions on where we could go to wait until a room becomes available. She was so hostile right off the bat we didn’t even wanna sit in the lobby. After about 3 nights, one of which was terrifying due to some random guy trying to bathe in the pool while we were down there, we went to the holiday inn at hermosa beach and…SURPRISE they let us check in early and check out a little later since our flight was late and we didn’t have to pay $25 every hour we were there before/after check in. I’m sorry but you don’t leave people on the streets with their bags. No one is ever gonna come to a hotel/motel at 3pm sharp when flights are involved. Having a rule that you can’t check in early is asinine and I’ve never encountered that before and I’m sure I never will again. I don’t know what that lady’s problem is but she shouldn’t be a front desk manager.
