Plaza La Reina is a beautiful hotel within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I booked through a third party and will only book directly with the hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

This is a hidden gem in Westbrook Village. This gorgeous, clean hotel is located in a quiet area of Los Angeles, between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. The staff is incredible; we upgraded our room the same day, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was so friendly. They have a truly beautiful rooftop with tables and a lounge area. They also have a conveniently located parking garage. We'll be back!

The location, decor, staff, and room were perfect. I felt right at home after coming home from working all day. The room had enough space to separate my work area from the rest of the living area. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer were an unexpected and welcome bonus!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well-appointed. We had a small suite, and it was perfect, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area except here!

Seriously the best hotel we stayed in Los Angeles. It is so elegant and in a great location! Even though it is not that expensive, it feels so luxurious. The person at the reception is the nicest person! He made our son the happiest❤️this is our new go-to place whenever we are in LA!

I came here with a credit card that requires me to type in a PIN. I had used the card yesterday with the PIN checking into a hotel in SF; and I have used the card since. So the card worked.

However the system here and the staff here were unable to take a payment from my credit card -- The machine did not give me an option to provide my PIN.

*Furthermore when I offered to pay cash (because the card was not working) that's something theire policy does not permit.*

I have stayed here before -- they have that on record --

WHat I find extremely disappoint is they made absolutely no attempt to help by finding out why this is so; THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT ANY KIND OF TROUBLESHOOTING ONE WOULD EXPECT IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS

Luckily I was visiting LA with my brother who was staying at the same place and I had to have him make the payment for me.

I visit UCLA often and this place is not going to be on my list of places to stay. Quite messed up and unhelpful.

Highly Recommended Families
As a professional traveler with family, I highly recommend Plaza la Reina. The spacious rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff made our New Year holiday stay truly memorable.
It’s conveniently close to museums and great restaurants—perfect for exploring the city. We’d gladly stay here again!

Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by various restaurants, as well as large shopping supermarkets such as Target, Ralph’s, and Whole Foods. It is also very convenient to get around, and several bus stops are within walking distance. The hotel is well connected, and the environment is quiet and clean. The room decoration is high-end and comfortable, and there are induction cookers, refrigerators, and dishwashers. You can cook some food in the hotel. The service is also very warm and thoughtful. The hotel closes at 6 pm and you can only enter by swiping your room card. It is very safe and quiet.

Great food! For people that are gluten free and vegan, the have special pizzas and toppings for you.
03.01.2018 Raj
Even have vegan options. The end pizza may be a bit oily for some so just mention that as it's prepared in case you prefer it a little lighter.

I love the pizza and the salads here. The POTDs are great. The make your own salads are a little expensive, though, compared to the other salads with the ingredients pre-decided.

Was there twice picking up deliveries today. First time during lunch time was quite busy and I had quite a wait. Second time - towards dinner time was much better. It was ready for me when I came. I haven't eaten thier food but it does seem like a really cool place. I would return.

The biggest selling points of 800 Degrees, are the quality of the ingredients.

You make your way down a long counter, and can select the type of basic pie you want ( single person size) and adorn it with your choice of scores of high quality toppings, as you make your way down the counter.

At the end if the counter, the staff cooks your pie in a high temperature oven, while you order drinks and pay. When the pizzas done the staff bring the finished pie yo your table. Fast efficient service. Fun place.

Very attentive staff. The manager came around and greeted each table. Very good service all around. The rockfish I had for the fish and chips fell apart while eating. So IMHO either the fish or batter were kind of a bad match. But overall the meal was fine. Perhaps a different meal selection would satisfy me better.

The service is amazing! The food is expensive but the dessert is worth it.
16.12.2017 Dick
Experience was ordinary but expensive. I asked for a double pork chop done medium rare. It came cold, well done and tough. Service was good once we had new waiter. First one seem to think he was a surfer dude.
07.12.2017 Saeed
Lived up to expectations. Happy hours menu was very good. Valet Parking available.
03.12.2017 Dave
Went there for Saturday brunch
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Emily our server was attentive to all our needs.
Dave the manager stopped by our table to introduce himself and made it clear that he was there to help in any capacity.
The brunch is a limited menu but we both found something on there that we liked.
The bloody Mary was perfect, right amount of spice.
The cheeseburger was cooked perfect medium rare with tater tots on the side.
Beware the cheeseburger, it is very messy but vey good.
The frittata was done a perfect easy as per our request.
Well done all the easy around we will return for sure!

Moved but still go for their Wednesday specials! Their sandwich wraps are far superior than other Trimana's

Horrible Tasteless Overpriced Food & Service

Good variety of foods but very average flavor. It'll be about $10 for your lunch. Unless you're in a rush or is raining, I would prob pass on this place for lunch.
19.11.2014 Melanie
This place is conveniently located in the same building where I work so I've come here several times when I was too lazy to go elsewhere.

I've tried their salads and melts, but they are all sub-par. The food normally tastes pretty bland. The only thing I would recommend getting from here are their fries. I have no idea what they put in them, but they are simply amazing. Everything else on the menu can be pasted up.
30.10.2014 Stella
I work in the building so go here as a last resort. Their food is fine, expensive for what it is in my opinion. The bagels with cream cheese are good, the breakfast sandwiches are huge. The salads are "meh" and expensive for what they are. The chili and/or baked potato are both good cheap lunch options.

Coffee is good, $2/cup for a medium. Go early or the good flavors will all be gone. If you go in the afternoon, chances are they won't even have coffee available.

Bring cash or load up your Bruin Card if you are a student/staff because they have a $6 minimum.
