Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel staff were amazing and extremely helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful room and excellent amenities within room with I crdibel amount of space. Towels and linen were lovely quality and staff could not be faulted. We stayed in 5 hotels and 3 air bnb’s throughout the US and this was by far our favourite mainly due to the incredible staff, the service and care was wonderful. We had lunch at Chateau Marmont and while totally delicious the staff there should visit Sunset to see how excellent customer care and service is done. The grounds, the room and the restaurant were everything we could have hoped for, thankyou Sunset Marquis team :)

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s one of the safest and most private places in Los Angeles, where you immediately feel comfortable and taken care of. Everything is spotless, elegant, and truly VIP-level.

The restaurant is outstanding – stylish atmosphere with incredibly delicious food. All people who work there are so nice and helpful. It was so nice when a waiter took care about me with mosquitos spray.

The panna cotta was especially unforgettable! The bar is also excellent, offering a relaxed and refined vibe with special and unique people.

It’s my favorite spot for a staycation – the perfect place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy top-notch service. Every time I’m in Los Angeles, I stay only here. This hotel has truly become my go-to!

The location is OK, the hygiene is average, the hotel is too old, the windows can't be opened, the dining room environment is OK, the taste is good

The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy city. There are paths full of green plants and small bridges in the park. The dishes in the restaurant are also delicious. The front desk and waiters are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. Seeing that we brought two children, we upgraded the room. I am very happy with the stay experience. I recommend it to my friends and will stay here next time.

The room was ok! But the parking fee was too high, so please be careful if you rent a car!

I recently booked the Couple’s Revival Spa Package (2.5-hour experience) and it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and at ease.

The heated massage table was a delightful touch, providing extra comfort and relaxation throughout the session. The therapists were professional and attentive, ensuring that we both had a truly rejuvenating experience.

This was exactly what we needed—a much-needed escape from our busy lives. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a top-notch massage experience.

I can't say enough good things about the staff, service and amenities at the Sunset Marquis. They went out of their way to turn a bad trip into a great experience after some initial mishaps while traveling.
Sydney, who served us multiple times at the restaurant, provided us with good local tips for shopping and experiences. All the valet staff and front desk were so helpful and friendly. The room was always clean and kept, as were the grounds and landscaping. This is a textbook example of how a hotel should function. Kudos!
