When I checked in, the front desk told me that I was upgraded to a city view room for free, but I had to wait for 15 minutes because I was waiting for the roomclean notification. I said ok and was happy to upgrade for free. As a result, after waiting for a long time, when I went upstairs and the door opened, it was still the original room that had not been upgraded. I went downstairs to ask him, and he actually replied that the room was changing rapidly, and the upgrade was not available before, and then he had a 🤷🏻♂️ attitude. I wasted 30-40 minutes back and forth, and I happened to be in a hurry to watch the Lakers game. I was anxious and angry, and even felt a little "discriminated".
In addition, when I slept at night, the speaker on the wall kept making a "beep. Beep. Beep" sound that affected my sleep. Friends who have shallow sleep and can't stand a little noise should choose carefully!
In short, it is not recommended!
You must submit the same credit card as the person who made the reservation.
They did not proactively provide the bill when checking out, and did not allow confirmation. After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply. There are other miscellaneous charges, so I won’t go into details about various taxes!
The overall standard of the hotel is no more than 4 stars, and there is nothing superior except for its location on Sunset Boulevard!
