Our stay at the Sun Rose West Hollywood was simply fantastic! Where to start?
The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious.
The Sun Rose has the best hotel gym I've ever seen (not just weights and machines but also a separate room for stretching, yoga etc.) and a lovely spa. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

$$75 per day to park + $40 resort fee. Absolutely obscene!! Also, hot charged $15 for pretzels from their bonus room snacks. Not worth my time to dispute it. This place will nickle and dime you!

Bad service review! Very unpleasant experience!

When I checked in, the front desk told me that I was upgraded to a city view room for free, but I had to wait for 15 minutes because I was waiting for the roomclean notification. I said ok and was happy to upgrade for free. As a result, after waiting for a long time, when I went upstairs and the door opened, it was still the original room that had not been upgraded. I went downstairs to ask him, and he actually replied that the room was changing rapidly, and the upgrade was not available before, and then he had a 🤷🏻♂️ attitude. I wasted 30-40 minutes back and forth, and I happened to be in a hurry to watch the Lakers game. I was anxious and angry, and even felt a little "discriminated".

In addition, when I slept at night, the speaker on the wall kept making a "beep. Beep. Beep" sound that affected my sleep. Friends who have shallow sleep and can't stand a little noise should choose carefully!

In short, it is not recommended!

The place we stayed was on the 3rd floor, so it was noisy with the sound of motorcycles passing by.

My husband and I just finished our stay at Pendri and it was incredible! Very homely, trendy atmosphere and truly first class service. A big thank you to Clancy and Stephanie at the concierge desk who were so attentive to all our needs, incredibly friendly and gave us such great itineraries and recommendations for our stay! Logan and Angel at the front desk were so kind and helpful and provided excellent service. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!!

This place is definitely one of the highlights of Los Angeles, California. I came for lunch and it is in the middle of West Hollywood Sunset Strip. The views are beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect. The drinks and food were amazing! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Bravo to your staff. I can't wait to go back!

We love it here! The service is amazing. The rooms are very nice and stylish. The showers are clean and beautiful and the pool is perfect. Our daughter calls it a happy hotel... She got two toys as a gift.

The service attitude is not good 👎The lobby is small, the room is OK, the breakfast is OK but very expensive, I will not come next time, once is enough

Skybar is a Los Angeles classic. It's a good scene and lovely view. It's popularity has waned a bit as of late, hence the four stars instead of five.

Very sleek and popular bar. You will often find a familiar face by the pool. They have a great selection of drinks with an appropriate high price tag. It can be a little hard to get in on the weekends so come dressed appropriately. The view is really the best part and what makes it stand out. It is just hard to beat even on the strip.

On the weekends it is hard getting a table. I recommend to always make a reservation.
They have outside sitting, inside bar and also a larger portion of the restaurant is actually in the back, where you can see the chefs.
Drinks are good, the food is delicious, although it takes a along time to come out to the table.... I think the Miso soup is a bit pricey.
Love this place. Chic, yummy and although the music is mellow, you will not get bored since it is easy meeting people here.
Great for work dinner.

This restaurant is quite hip. The decor is very unique and the servers are very nice.
The portion of the food is not as big so be aware, but the wine selection is quite delicious. We've had a course of food and they were all yummy. Its location in West Hollywood precedes its reputation because you'll see a lot of dressed up people coming out for dinner at this spot. The food takes a bit to come out as well so expect to be here at least an hour.

Good food. Got repeatedly insulted by a waiter who brought the wrong wine and couldn't stand being corrected. Haven't seen so rude service in an upscale place for a long time.

Which is a pity, because everything else, including the other waiters were really great.

Great experience for a special event. With notice, they were able to accommodate some dietary restrictions, and even followed up with some questions. The meal itself was great and not knowing what was coming next added a fun element. We were also able to split one wine pairing between two of us, which was very accommodating of them. There wasn't a course we didn't love!
