The hotel is excellent overall, conveniently located right by Santa Monica Beach. The main entrance is a 5-10 minute walk from the many restaurants. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious, with complimentary minibars. The bathrooms are spacious and bright, and the towels and bathrobes are soft and comfortable.

The hotel is packed with details. The decor is simple and stylish. The overall color scheme is very comfortable. 😌 The hotel is clean and tidy. The fitness center is well-equipped. The staff are very friendly and worthy of praise. 👍

The facilities and location are good, but the bed is too soft and hurts my back. The service is generally decent, but when checking in, an American family was given a welcome gift and a welcome drink, which we didn't get. I'd say the experience was just average. I think the Venetian Blinds Hotel next door has a better atmosphere.

The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, and it was a very comfortable resort hotel. Because I was breastfeeding, the hotel thoughtfully provided a sterilizer. Room service was very prompt in handling any issues, and the ocean view was also fantastic.

It's really the most enthusiastic service in North America. Everyone is very enthusiastic. The interior of the hotel is very new, and all the facilities are very good. It is very close to the pier and the beach. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

Left wanting to stay longer, will be planning to return very soon. The customer service impeccable, From the time you check in ,from the bell man to the front desk they are all personable and attentive, and you have to dine in ,the hotel has a restaurant, it's difinatly 5 stars in quality appearance and taste. The views to the beach are spectacular. Take a walk on the beach,easy access,be prepared to see some homeless people lying on the beach,non intrusive, not like what I experience back home. Otherwise, focus on all the sanddollars that you see lying on the beach as well..its a beautiful experience, I felt like a child again?

Wow!!! What a find everything was amazing my husband and I left full and speechless... Halibut was like eating delicious air and the Chicken Marsala was amazing... I Wis I would have snapped some pics but I was enjoying it too much...

I have had dinners and lunches here for years. Quality food and service. Inside the hotel, so perhaps that may put some people off.
