I’m looking to get a refund. The room (bed) was filthy when we were turning in the bed had hair and it was too late to for him and I too call and change rooms. We slept on floor. Towels smelled.

Staff were super sweet when I arrived last minute late due to my other accommodations not working out. Check in was smooth and quick. Once entering my room it was perfectly put in place and was able to reset/refresh feeling safe & comfortable. Loved the water in room as well!

Great stay excellent concierge and staff experience. My only thing to note was their not being a microwave for guest to use. This can be helpful even for guest traveling with kids

Adorable, nice hotel in a great part of town. Close to waterfront, gaslamp & little Italy. Friendly staff and rooms were nice. Rooms are small but nice.

I have been coming to the lobby cafe for the last two years and had never had opportunity to stay until now . Check in was at 4pm, we got here at 4:15pm and room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm.

We had to be somewhere at 8:30pm , we got to the lobby at 8pm and requested our car from valet and they didn’t bring it until 8:21pm .

We got back after midnight since it was new years , and I woke up around 4am because I heard a ticking noise and it’s a leak coming from the ceiling .

I let front desk know and they said oh after you checkout we’ll have engineer look…offered no compensation . I found someone cleaning in the hallway and had the come in so they could see . They were nice and put towels to soak it up.

Nice hotel but service and accommodations are lacking.

Everything really was comfortable (bed, really comfortable!) and quiet. I was grateful that the windows opened some to let some fresh air in. The building is so cool, the room had classy/modern character, and the area is walkable to a lot. I ordered a burger from the restaurant and it was also super tasty! As some reviews warned, there is a strong fragrance that I was curious of - it definitely wasn’t something I’d not stay here for but if you’re sensitive to smells, it is something to consider; that said, I’m guessing some people really like it

One of my favorites. Red trolley rocks every time. Food is good to great depending on what you order. Head down after 5 pm and it gets a bit busy. Seating at the entrance is a bit better than the back near the bathroom and staff tables. Again... red trolley rocks.

Great beer and delicious food! The duck fat pretzel bites were wonderful. Service was also excellent and the outdoor seating was lovely. The bathrooms were blasting cold air, that is my only complaint, but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

This is a brewery, their beer selection is very nice. Great place to bring a group of friends or even romantic enough to take a date. Decor seems a little dated to me. But the food and beer is delicious portions are a little small. Happy hour is nice. Overall you would have a good time by visiting this place
