This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. The hotel's ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting. This was our second time staying at Town and Country, and it continues to be one of our favorite hotels! The staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. The staff was spectacular. Kind polite and helpful. Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Location was phenomenal. Walk across street to port. Has a noon checkout. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!

When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is too old overall. The showerhead in my room was a mess, and for two nights, there was almost no hot water when I returned. It was only after I complained that someone came to fix it. Low-grade, bad review!

We had a really nice stay at the Westin! Overall things were great. Two notes: 1) our tv lost internet connection on our last night. This was a known issue we didn’t find out about until checkout. 2) the resort fee benefits weren’t super useful to us, I wish we could have opted out.

It is excellent location next to SeaWorld. It’s a bit vintage and more for glamping by the beach than a resort. AC is noisy, but most hotels are noisy AC now.

This hotel has a fantastic, tropical rainforest vibe, with lots of tall bird of paradise plants. The resort's pool is perfect for swimming year-round, and you can even go fishing in the bay. The rooms are spacious; a standard room easily accommodates a family of four.

We stayed in a bungalow which is just one big building. The door connecting rooms was knocked on at 1:45am and then parting next door could be heard. Found a few stray bugs in a windowless room so they came from the wall. The partying room in the same building made it hard to sleep. Not sure if all of the rooms have this feature

The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food.
