San Diego, 1 Market Pl (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Perfect location with so many restaurants and attractions walkable. The gym is world class and the pool area is amazing. There is also a pickle ball court.
Air conditioner only worked properly 1 of the 3 nights of our stay. On our 1st night we had Facilities check or ac around 7 pm & 4 am. We were told they were having trouble with one of the chillers. We changed rooms after the first night of sweating. But the ac wasn’t much better. Hotel mgt. provided a box fan for our room. That helped! The 2nd night was comfortable. The 3rd and last was similar to...
The hotel is huge, which is great, but unfortunately the breakfast was really not good. However, the scenery right next to the hotel downstairs is beautiful.
The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and...
Great room with a nice view, and the two Queen beds were spacious enough. The location is excellent! However, breakfast was just average.
An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use.

Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding...
The gym is great. The room has a good view of the pool and the bay. In general the room is comfortable.
The parking lot is overpriced.
This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you're driving, though, be aware that parking costs $55 USD per day.
The sea-view room was great, and the location was convenient, close to several popular attractions. The pool was large with long opening hours. The only downside was the parking; it seems they might lease out spaces to the airport, which made it poorly organized. Despite the $55 daily parking fee for hotel guests, finding a spot often meant a long search and a long walk, sometimes even having to park...
Did not get the room that we booked. Other than that was great
The hotel's ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Getting around by car was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The front desk staff who helped with check-in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the sunset view was truly breathtaking!

Great views and comfort, but watch out for extra charges!
I recently stayed at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina. While the hotel itself is very nice, I encountered an issue that significantly impacted my experience.
Despite having booked and fully prepaid my stay through Trip.com, the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $45 per day plus tax for the so-called "Destination Fee" at check...
Information In-app $35 pay at hotel but I paid actualy $80 at the checked in date, it's amenity automatically fee billed without inform before.
Also I request the slipper but no one get it to me and bathroom essentials, No bottles water in our room.
Great hotel in the heart of the action. Good overall service and enjoyed the amenities that were included!
Perfect location to be close to everything. Great hotel for families.Definitely will come back again.

Nice place right at the bay, easy to get to Coronado
Specious room with clean sheets but no slippers provided. Friendly front-desk staff.
Clean and conveniently located to bay front with decent views.
I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front. Oh and onsite Starbucks! I’d recommend if you’re staying downtown San Diego.
My family and I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago and not only was the hotel great but the staff were welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We got a great deal for a future vacation through Armando with Hilton Grand Vacations, who was very professional and informative. We're very happy we met him.
I am currently staying at this hotel for a conference. The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly. I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the...

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. I booked an ocean-view room, and the view was truly beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well.
That said, there were also some downsides. First, the refrigerator did not work at all. I had to throw away items such as yogurt that I had bought the day before. They replaced the refrigerator, but the new one did not work...
We paid $1300 for 2 nights in a king bed room with a balcony, but on arrival were assigned a ground floor unit, dark with small patio under 2nd floor balcony - on busy walkway with lots of families going by, peeking in, making noise, etc. I asked the concierge and a room agent to change but was told no balcony kings available. Finally found wonderful room agent who found room type that we were SUPPOSED...
The room overlooked the beach. Partial view. Overall , I would have preferred to stay in property for breakfast but was unavailable
We had a problem with the initial room and were moved two times until we found a good room
Absolutely incredible hotel. I see why it has its reputation, and it is very well deserved. Will definitely be back.
I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting.
When I call the front desk, they just said that they’ll send a janitor and I couldn’t unpack my luggage for a while.
Also, there are so many hidden ( not clearly disclosed) costs.

Unhappy with parking charges over night.
This was our second time staying at Town and Country, and it continues to be one of our favorite hotels! The staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, it was a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!
It perfectly reflects the romantic feelings of Europeans and Americans. Sitting around the campfire, drinking wine, listening to music and chatting, it is a great experience

The staff was spectacular. Kind polite and helpful. Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Location was phenomenal. Walk across street to port. Has a noon checkout. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!
When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful!
The hotel is too old overall. The showerhead in my room was a mess, and for two nights, there was almost no hot water when I returned. It was only after I complained that someone came to fix it. Low-grade, bad review!

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Always had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming.
The room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable! I would def recommend the Westin to anyone and will be back! Thank you for the great stay!
Westin is always so comfortable and bedding excellent. This Westin is my favorite because of staff and the restaurant. The dinner at the bronze bird was fabulous. I don’t usually care for risotto, but the risotto here was excellent. The general manager is out and about engaging with customers. It sets the entire tone for the hotel, which is excellent.
I tried to book on the Marriott website but...
Clean, friendly staff and valet, and good bar.
My wife liked the Christmas cookies and cider in the lobby.
We had a really nice stay at the Westin! Overall things were great. Two notes: 1) our tv lost internet connection on our last night. This was a known issue we didn’t find out about until checkout. 2) the resort fee benefits weren’t super useful to us, I wish we could have opted out.
Had a spacious and comfortable room and enjoyed a good breakfast before heading out. Location is easy to get to from airport using public transportation. Would stay again.
The hotel was in a great location in downtown and walking distance from all tourist attractions. Very convenient to many eateries. Tha staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful with a smile all the time.

It is excellent location next to SeaWorld. It’s a bit vintage and more for glamping by the beach than a resort. AC is noisy, but most hotels are noisy AC now.
This hotel has a fantastic, tropical rainforest vibe, with lots of tall bird of paradise plants. The resort's pool is perfect for swimming year-round, and you can even go fishing in the bay. The rooms are spacious; a standard room easily accommodates a family of four.
We stayed in a bungalow which is just one big building. The door connecting rooms was knocked on at 1:45am and then parting next door could be heard. Found a few stray bugs in a windowless room so they came from the wall.
The partying room in the same building made it hard to sleep. Not sure if all of the rooms have this feature
It exceeded expectations. The resort has great environment and location. It is close to the Ocean Park and the city.
Facilities wise, It was good but for the cleaning we asked several times but none show up to clean but we got discounts
It's OK, it feels like a vacation

I am totally in love with this hotel. It’s located in a historic area of San Diego and is a beautiful property. It has great restaurants and public spaces and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, nice shower. We went to a concert at the ballpark and the walking bridge made it so easy.
Only complaint was that our AC didn’t work. We asks front desk to send someone up to check it out after the first night but nothing changed. We requested a fan the second night. Kind of a bummer but the rest was very good.
I stay here when I have events to go to in sd. The most pleasant hotel with clean rooms and great staff. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location!
Room was in okay condition. Bathroom door handle was loose on the inside. Small dents in some of the wall frames. Otherwise was clean and organized.

Martina was great at accomadating us for a free room upgrade. Would love it better if cay’s lounge offered coffee on the menu. Parking fee too high shpuld

The staff are great, from the valet people to house keepers, pool attendants and front desk
The gym is in great condition and new equipment and clean!
The rooms are clean and well maintained but the bathroom is looking a little dated and needs some renovations
The cafe is great and many options
We didn’t eat at their restaurant because the menu wasn’t too kid friendly and very pricey.
Cindy at the reception desk was AMAZING. I mean wow.. ssoooo nice and super accommodating. My fiancé and I were celebrating his 50th, she upgraded our room, gave us discounts at the spa. Value for money and spot on with everything you need at the hotel. Location is good but parking is a pain but we figured out that if you park at Holiday Inn Express 2 miles away and take an Uber back, it’s actually worth it. The location, the service, the valume proposition - are/were all perfect at the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was spacious and even enabled business meetings to be held as there was a convenient divider so that the seated area could be used for that purpose.
Very good, very convenient location. There is also a delicious restaurant downstairs. It is also close to the beach.
I stayed here a few weeks ago and the service and the rooms were amazing. It's alright, just a bit expensive.
The hotel was quite old and the service was so-so. Ctrip charged me twice upon arrival, but Ctrip customer service helped me get a refund.
I was very satisfied with the Hyatt hotel I booked this time. The breakfast was plentiful and à la carte, with a buffet available on the weekend. The hotel was also cleaned daily. Great location with lovely views! It's super close to Santa Fe Station, making it really convenient for catching trains and trolleys. Awesome, awesome, awesome!
It's a shame the hotel doesn't have a bathtub. The service was average, and parking was expensive.
A nice hotel overall. The parking fee was a bit high, and breakfast was simple, but everything else was great, especially the excellent location.
A perfect booking! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the USS Midway Museum and the 'Kissing Sailor' statue. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely book here again if I return.

Everything was good except you have to pay $58 daily for parking, which is insane. Also, they charge you another $60 per night as “amenity fee” which is also outrageous.
Excellent place to stay in for our family. Big change compared to Hollywood LA for the better! Only thing is the shower, low water pressure and a bit confusing to navigate for our simple folks.
The old man who cleaned the house had a very bad attitude. The hotel is generally OK. I don't know why the hotel here is so messy and the fees are quite high. I don't quite understand it. I took some photos of the scenery from the room and the scenery downstairs.
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a Starbucks downstairs and the Midway aircraft carrier is opposite. The service is super good, especially the lady serving breakfast!
The room is really average. The Intercontinental level in American tourist cities is really far behind. The hardware is only at the level of three or four stars in China. The location is good, close to the coastal port.
Parking is free and it is very convenient to park by yourself.
We stayed for 7 days, the room was fine, but the waiter was a bit careless and threw away the Legoland shopping bag with the things inside. The sink was blocked, but everything else was fine.

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful views and such nice rooms. Angela M at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful.
I don't know what the cost to stay here is, I visited for a week with a time share exchange. Expect the following cost, daily resort fee and daily parking fee. Stayed recently at the Hilton Torrey Pines and overall, it was a decent experience but not quite what you’d expect if you’re looking for a true luxury stay.
The rooms were clean and dated, but fairly standard—nothing particularly upscale or memorable about the furnishings or layout. It’s comfortable, but definitely more of a business hotel feel than a resort.
The service was average across the board...
The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food. From check-in, you have to pick up your own luggage, check-out, and drive your own car to load your luggage. There is no service at all. It is not comparable to ordinary star-rated hotels in China. The price is very reasonable.
A resort hotel right next to a nice golf course. Even if it is a resort, charging the resort fee, it is more of business hotel with less and outdated facilities. Overall, old and boring but good enough for biz trip.

Location was great, the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is, the room need was not clean enough they were stains in the couch and on the rug, and room was a little smelly other then that place was great.
Very clean. The pool side bar is not open during “winter” time. Which was disappointing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
We love this property!! This was our 2nd time staying. We booked for NYE, which although it was raining, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Check in was smooth, and you can’t beat the location. I enjoyed my stay very much. I was particularly appreciative of how the hotel made accommodations to suite my needs and wants vs. to adhere to policies and procedures irrelevant to the hotel guests/clients.
The front desk manager was a pleasure to deal with. We are Elwood Members at the Pendry in Newport and we were do impressed with how we were treated, the staff and the beautiful room we stayed in. Highly recommend to stay at this property. If you want 5 star service, you will get it at this Pendry!
