We changed rooms after the first night of sweating. But the ac wasn’t much better. provided a box fan for our room. That helped! The 2nd night was comfortable. The 3rd and last was similar to night 1, AWEFUL!
Air conditioner only worked properly 1 of the 3 nights of our stay. On our 1st night we had Facilities check or ac around 7 pm & 4 am. We were told they were having trouble with one of the chillers
Perfect location with so many restaurants and attractions walkable. The gym is world class and the pool area is amazing. There is also a pickle ball court.
There are plenty of dining and entertainment options downstairs, and you can even walk to see the aircraft carrier
The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip
They don’t use fragrance or air fresheners in lobby and common areas which is great since I find them bothersome. Beds and pillows super comfortable. A special shout out to Annabelle. The housekeeper who serviced my room

All the restaurants have amazing food as well. The Marriott family definitely knows how to cater to their clients
Amazing the hotel was 10/10 definitely will come back
is great service般的very beautifulplace
com, the hotel attempted to charge me an additional $45 per day plus tax for the so-called "Destination Fee" at check-in. After contacting the hotel, they refunded the fee after multiple letters and two weeks
That being said, breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the facilities are generally high-quality. If the billing issue hadn't occurred, my stay would have been much more enjoyable
This seems to reflect a policy of charging the Destination Fee by default, regardless of whether it has already been prepaid through third-party booking platforms

I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the front desk, BRAVO to the young gentleman who was kind and knowledgeable
I called ahead to let them know I currently have a broken foot limiting my mobility and asked if I could please be situated near the elevator, which the person on the phone was happy to accommodate
I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front
The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly
Very energy conservative, I had to request my thermostat be unlocked each day as it would reset to 70 or be off when I would return to room after being away for several hours
There is a Starbucks and a really yummy acai bowl place right around the corner but you have to go to the first floor (not main lobby) and it's just a short
San Diego, 1355 N Harbor Drive (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hope you like the sound of helicopters and planes as it's non-stop but I became immune after a few hours outside. Boardwalk is teaming with runners walkers strollers skate boarders etc
Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!
When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often
Super convenient location, especially for cruise travelers! Shuttle buses are free, also luggage storage!
Location is near to the train station and good sea view!
To open the gate you're s supposed to use the room key and swipe it over ablue button but at night I didn't see it and I was swiping another screen that kept giving an error message until their was 5 cars behind me and someone got out
It is also across the street from the convention center and down the road (walking distance) to the Gas Lamp District. The rooms are big enough and clean but my bed was pretty poor
We had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable
I am totally in love with this hotel. It’s located in a historic area of San Diego and is a beautiful property. It has great restaurants and public spaces and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful
What truly stood out was the exceptional service especially Josh. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable
His positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel
We asks front desk to send someone up to check it out after the first night but nothing changed. We requested a fan the second night. Kind of a bummer but the rest was very good

I don’t usually care for risotto, but the risotto here was excellent. The general manager is out and about engaging with customers. It sets the entire tone for the hotel, which is excellent
Westin is always so comfortable and bedding excellent. This Westin is my favorite because of staff and the restaurant. The dinner at the bronze bird was fabulous
The hotel employees were all great and very friendly and they accommodated an early check in for us at 12pm instead 4pm! The rooms were great and very clean. I highly recommend
The staff was amazing and very attentive. Always had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming
The hotel was in a great location in downtown and walking distance from all tourist attractions. Very convenient to many eateries. Tha staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful with a smile all the time.
Its very quiet for the area it is in, and rooms, showers, and restrooms are clean. I would absolutely stay again if i went back. I miss the beautiful patio overlooking the street already!!

The front desk service was excellent 👍. After checking out, I realized I'd left my watch in the room. The front desk immediately reissued a key card, and I was able to retrieve it without any hassle
The room was very new, clean, and tidy. The location is great; you can walk to all the seaside attractions. It's also very close to the Santa Fe train station, making it super convenient to take the train to Irvine
Smack in between Little Italy & Glaslamp area. 15 mins walk is all it takes to either.
The rooms are newly refurbished and clean.
Spacious as well for business or leisure stay of 2.
Classic Westin, always a dependable choice. Great food in the restaurant (had a great avacado toast), good coffee, good gym, nice rooms with good amount of space, pool (not big enough for lengths), hot tub
Great location with lovely views! It's super close to Santa Fe Station, making it really convenient for catching trains and trolleys. Awesome, awesome, awesome!
A nice hotel overall. The parking fee was a bit high, and breakfast was simple, but everything else was great, especially the excellent location.

You would be fine if you just want to stay in the hotel, as they also have good bars and restaurants, fitness center, and I an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. The staff were nice and helpful, clean hotel overall
We went there to attend an event at the San Diego Convention center, this is a perfect location as it is just a few minutes walking distance from hotel to the center. Many nice bars and restaurants nearby
It is very close to the conference center and the dining street, very convenient. Soundproofing, hygiene and service are all very good
The food arrived beautifully presented on a tray with a tablecloth and cover—just like in the movies where people enjoy luxurious breakfasts in bed. But what truly made my stay magical was their thoughtfulness
Back then, I moved from a terrible hotel to Hard Rock Casino, and the difference was like night and day—going from a poor experience to a full-on 5-star treatment
At check in they had a small line, I was greeted and walked by a staff member to the back where they check in special hotel members. Check in was a breeze and was even offered a complimentary beverage of choice
San Diego, 901 Bayfront Court (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is relatively modern, with separate wet and dry areas. Compared with many hotels in the United States where you need to stand in a bathtub to take a shower, it is very new
The location is very convenient, right by the sea and very close to the check-in point. It seems that if you drive there, you don't need to pay for parking in the hotel's underground parking lot when you leave.
I asked the front desk and they said that there was a total of 60 dollars for breakfast. You can order anything that does not exceed 60. Every meal and drink, milk, coffee, and orange juice are charged
Michael Savage id like to add was a saving grace , as our trip was slightly changed and the arrival was missed on the first day of our reservation, but with a phone call and friendly conversation , he saved the entire trip by helping with getting the dates changed to better fit our time frame
Excellent place to stay in for our family. Big change compared to Hollywood LA for the better! Only thing is the shower, low water pressure and a bit confusing to navigate for our simple folks.
We stayed for 7 days, the room was fine, but the waiter was a bit careless and threw away the Legoland shopping bag with the things inside. The sink was blocked, but everything else was fine.
The front desk manager was a pleasure to deal with. We are Elwood Members at the Pendry in Newport and we were do impressed with how we were treated, the staff and the beautiful room we stayed in
The rooms were well maintained and had great views. The Lion Fish is a must visit when you stay at this hotel. We can't wait to come back to SD and the Pendry!
The room was clean, tasteful, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Pendry.
Stayed for 4 days and overall I am very satisfied. First of all, the location is very close to the San Diego Convention and Exhibition Center next to it
I enjoyed my stay very much. I was particularly appreciative of how the hotel made accommodations to suite my needs and wants vs. to adhere to policies and procedures irrelevant to the hotel guests/clients.
You can also go directly to the Convention and Exhibition Center from the first floor, which takes 7 minutes;
The second is the environment, with sea view, there are two swimming pools on the first floor; from the first floor, it is about two kilometers of citywalk, and you can walk along the seaside to the Victory Kiss sign check-in place
The hotel's sanitation/facilities and services are quite good...
The room was quiet with good soundproofing, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the staff were very welcoming, and the overall experience was great. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come.
Had a wonderful three-day stay at the Gaslamp Marriott in San Diego! The location is perfect—just steps away from Petco Park and surrounded by downtown attractions
Excellent location, Excellent service. Within walking distance of everything you would need.
Great location , friendly services !
The room was wide and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent
The hospitality was excellent, and it was a great escape from the heat of Arizona. Highly recommend this hotel for your next getaway!
The US Grant Hotel was perfect. The valet was super fast, the car was always waiting for us at the door. The staff and service was impeccable in every way. Every staff member we delt with was amazing
It was like we were the only people there. The location is in a great area with plenty of things to do for nightlife with in walking distance
20 min to Sea World, 15 minutes to the Zoo, and 15 minutes to the beach, (At least the one we went to) We will be back for another stay for sure
The hallway noise also seeped in. The A/C noise was also noticeable but it became like a white noise which drowned out all the external noises. I wasn't floored by the service but i wasn't dissatisfied
Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab
I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. OUR stay at the grant was very nice

The care and attention Jayse showed was exemplary! He was calm, listened and explained repeatedly but never showed frustration. Y’all have a gem in Jayse!
I will definitely be back
10
Minute walking distance to little Italy and 15 minute walk from Petco Stadium. Great stay if you want to be within walking distance of everything but far enough from the chaos
This was the best last minute decision I’ve ever made. We drove in for a birthday party and decided to stay the night. The hotel is super clean and tastefully decorated
We had dinner and breakfast in our room and both were delicious. I checked in at the same time some unhappy campers were checking in
If you have status there is a club on the second floor where you can get drinks and snacks and breakfast. The fitness center is also located on the second floor
Great stay! The hotel gives you a $25 credit each day of the stay so you can use it at their rooftop bar or lobby bar/restaurant
Great location in city centre. Downside is valet parking costs 65 dollars per night
It was very close, within walking distance, to bus stops and shops in the city center, as well as public transportation
Was nice for a family vacation. Location was in the center of tourist spots 👍
The hotel is located at City center which is convenient to walk around and train station is near by can commute to the near by area which don’t need to drive. Like the ambience at the hotel and breadbasket is good.
I stayed for seven nights in total, and the overall experience was decent. However, what was truly unbearable was the overwhelming smell from the bathroom—it smelled like sewage, and you could even smell it from the bed.
An excellent hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The plumbing is new and high-quality
The room is large, it's a suite, like a serviced apartment,
; the staff are very warm and friendly. The only downside is that the parking lot is on the 11th floor, and it's a bit nervous to drive in circles
Very clean suite with kitchen, and all necessary appliances. Front desk is very nice and helpful. Garage entrance is a bit tight, just need to go slow. Highly recommended for family staying
The room is big, generally clean, the service is good and very welcoming. It is mainly white people staying here, and other guests are also very friendly. This is a hotel like an airbnb homestay
The hotel is in a great location, within 15 minutes' drive of major attractions such as the aircraft carrier and Balboa Park, and there are good restaurants within walking distance
Very nice room, with microwave, refrigerator, bar, sofa can put a 1. 5 bed very comfortable, can accommodate up to 6 people. Our family of 5 lived very happily
The room has everything, plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, scrub daddy's dishwashing tools, detergent, dishwasher, coffee machine and Starbucks coffee, etc
They were amazing ensuring I always have my car promptly and be at my meetings on time. The room was very spacious, clean and cute with the whole Margaritavill/Jimmy Buffet theme
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our time there. Everything was very clean, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the rooftop pool was excellent — especially since it was heated
Valet parking is quite expensive at $60 per night, but it’s the best option and feels very safe. A special shout-out to Kamal, who works with the valet parking
Fun atmosphere and refreshing change of scenery. Staff was helpful and location is outstanding.
Perfect location in the Gaslamp District. Rooms were large & clean with friendly staff.
It’s also highly recommended to always make reservations in advance for all restaurants, both within the hotel and outside of it. Overall, everything else was excellent
The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the conference center. Everything else is pretty standard, nothing special or bad
The room is quite large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they are basically sufficient. It would be recommended if you are going to a conference center for a meeting, as the location is excellent.
The hotel boasts a prime location with numerous nearby shops and restaurants, and is conveniently situated near other attractions and accessible by public transportation
The rooms are adequate and meet expectations, making it a good choice for travelers
Great location and clean hotel with model design and good services
We did not partake in the rooftop bar or pool as it was full of kids at the time. (Maybe recommendation could be no children under 18 after X time?)
Overall very happy with hotel
Bed was comfy, loved layout of bathroom for privacy. (Which did not impact the 5 star rating)
1) pillows were not ideal
2) our room window faced the metro trolly street
So we were unable to ever sleep in due to the constant beep beep from the trolly every 2 minutes or so starting at 5 am each day
Service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. Meals were beautifully presented. Room was elegant and gorgeous.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooftop/gym/pool amazing. Highly recommend!
Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the heater did not work on the first day. It has a big space. Location is okay. Need to go to Gaslamp for dinner. Some area were not safe walking alone.
All rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the views from the rooms are very beautiful. Also, all the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a litle away from the more active section.
Peloton bike in the fitness room, umbrella to borrow for the rain and very clean room. Cozy furnishings, nice breakfast and rooftop restaurant in the afternoon. Also a little loud at night sometimes but fit the vibe
Other than a briefly short-staffed counter and restaurant service a couple times, we had a great 4 night stay with a fun view of Petco Park and loved the cozy atmosphere
My wife and I just spent 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern
Beautiful location, super convenient and great amenities
This is near the airport but we really couldn’t hear the noise! I enjoyed watching the planes! Also, they are pet friendly, I think, they are near a nice dog park! I wish I had known because I left my puppy with family when I could have brought her with me!
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in down town San Diego. Big bathroom, great beds, loved the robes! Warm welcome from Susi! Convent to Balboa Theater, House of Blues, restaurants and attractions
This hotel is fantastic! I loved everything about it. The finishes are beautiful and modern, the lobby is chill and inviting, the rooms are well appointed and up to date. Very nice cafe and bar in the lobby
We had a great stay at Alma San Diego Downtown! The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and attractions
Rooftop pool and deck area is lovely and large. I will definitely prefer this hotel every time I'm back in San Diego
Super pet friendly, amazing service, $20 daily credit to room is a nice touch!
