Perfect location with so many restaurants and attractions walkable. The gym is world class and the pool area is amazing. There is also a pickle ball court.
Air conditioner only worked properly 1 of the 3 nights of our stay. On our 1st night we had Facilities check or ac around 7 pm & 4 am. We were told they were having trouble with one of the chillers. We changed rooms after the first night of sweating. But the ac wasn’t much better. Hotel mgt. provided a box fan for our room. That helped! The 2nd night was comfortable. The 3rd and last was similar to...
The hotel is huge, which is great, but unfortunately the breakfast was really not good. However, the scenery right next to the hotel downstairs is beautiful.
The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and...
Great room with a nice view, and the two Queen beds were spacious enough. The location is excellent! However, breakfast was just average.
An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use.

Nice place right at the bay, easy to get to Coronado
Specious room with clean sheets but no slippers provided. Friendly front-desk staff.
Clean and conveniently located to bay front with decent views.
I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front. Oh and onsite Starbucks! I’d recommend if you’re staying downtown San Diego.
My family and I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago and not only was the hotel great but the staff were welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We got a great deal for a future vacation through Armando with Hilton Grand Vacations, who was very professional and informative. We're very happy we met him.
I am currently staying at this hotel for a conference. The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly. I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the...

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. I booked an ocean-view room, and the view was truly beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well. That said, there were also some downsides. First, the refrigerator did not work at all. I had to throw away items such as yogurt that I had bought the day before. They replaced the refrigerator, but the new one did not work...
We paid $1300 for 2 nights in a king bed room with a balcony, but on arrival were assigned a ground floor unit, dark with small patio under 2nd floor balcony - on busy walkway with lots of families going by, peeking in, making noise, etc. I asked the concierge and a room agent to change but was told no balcony kings available. Finally found wonderful room agent who found room type that we were SUPPOSED...
The room overlooked the beach. Partial view. Overall , I would have preferred to stay in property for breakfast but was unavailable
We had a problem with the initial room and were moved two times until we found a good room
Absolutely incredible hotel. I see why it has its reputation, and it is very well deserved. Will definitely be back.
I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting. When I call the front desk, they just said that they’ll send a janitor and I couldn’t unpack my luggage for a while. Also, there are so many hidden ( not clearly disclosed) costs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable. Hotel was excellent, friendly staff ,clean rooms overall one of my favorite hotels to stay at
I am totally in love with this hotel. It’s located in a historic area of San Diego and is a beautiful property. It has great restaurants and public spaces and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, nice shower. We went to a concert at the ballpark and the walking bridge made it so easy. Only complaint was that our AC didn’t work. We asks front desk to send someone up to check it out after the first night but nothing changed. We requested a fan the second night. Kind of a bummer but the rest was very good.
I stay here when I have events to go to in sd. The most pleasant hotel with clean rooms and great staff. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location!
Room was in okay condition. Bathroom door handle was loose on the inside. Small dents in some of the wall frames. Otherwise was clean and organized.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Always had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming. The room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable! I would def recommend the Westin to anyone and will be back! Thank you for the great stay!
Westin is always so comfortable and bedding excellent. This Westin is my favorite because of staff and the restaurant. The dinner at the bronze bird was fabulous. I don’t usually care for risotto, but the risotto here was excellent. The general manager is out and about engaging with customers. It sets the entire tone for the hotel, which is excellent. I tried to book on the Marriott website but...
Clean, friendly staff and valet, and good bar. My wife liked the Christmas cookies and cider in the lobby.
We had a really nice stay at the Westin! Overall things were great. Two notes: 1) our tv lost internet connection on our last night. This was a known issue we didn’t find out about until checkout. 2) the resort fee benefits weren’t super useful to us, I wish we could have opted out.
Had a spacious and comfortable room and enjoyed a good breakfast before heading out. Location is easy to get to from airport using public transportation. Would stay again.
The hotel was in a great location in downtown and walking distance from all tourist attractions. Very convenient to many eateries. Tha staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful with a smile all the time.

This hotel has a fantastic, tropical rainforest vibe, with lots of tall bird of paradise plants. The resort's pool is perfect for swimming year-round, and you can even go fishing in the bay. The rooms are spacious; a standard room easily accommodates a family of four.
We stayed in a bungalow which is just one big building. The door connecting rooms was knocked on at 1:45am and then parting next door could be heard. Found a few stray bugs in a windowless room so they came from the wall. The partying room in the same building made it hard to sleep. Not sure if all of the rooms have this feature
It exceeded expectations. The resort has great environment and location. It is close to the Ocean Park and the city.
Facilities wise, It was good but for the cleaning we asked several times but none show up to clean but we got discounts
It's OK, it feels like a vacation
This is my second time staying here. I booked a regular room last time, but this time I booked a house next to the bay. It is really great, with pleasant scenery. I took my children to feed the seagulls as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning. The service staff in the entire park are very friendly and will chat with you with a smile. Great location with lovely views! It's super close to Santa Fe Station, making it really convenient for catching trains and trolleys. Awesome, awesome, awesome!
It's a shame the hotel doesn't have a bathtub. The service was average, and parking was expensive.
A nice hotel overall. The parking fee was a bit high, and breakfast was simple, but everything else was great, especially the excellent location.
A perfect booking! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the USS Midway Museum and the 'Kissing Sailor' statue. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely book here again if I return.
The front desk service was excellent 👍. After checking out, I realized I'd left my watch in the room. The front desk immediately reissued a key card, and I was able to retrieve it without any hassle. The room was very new, clean, and tidy. The location is great; you can walk to all the seaside attractions. It's also very close to the Santa Fe train station, making it super convenient to take the train...
I stayed there for a weekend. Location is in the middle between little Italy and galamp. It is on the quieter side of town. Recently renovated rooms but not fully new. Value for money and spot on with everything you need at the hotel. Location is good but parking is a pain but we figured out that if you park at Holiday Inn Express 2 miles away and take an Uber back, it’s actually worth it. Rather than paying $55/ night for parking, you can save $40 by doing this. Other than that, you must try their pool and all other activities and kids will never be bored. We also...

We really liked our 3 days stay. It was my husband's birthday and we got an upgrade to a corner suite with an incredible view. The room was very large, clean and it had everything we needed. It's alright, just a bit expensive.
The hotel was quite old and the service was so-so. Ctrip charged me twice upon arrival, but Ctrip customer service helped me get a refund.
I was very satisfied with the Hyatt hotel I booked this time. The breakfast was plentiful and à la carte, with a buffet available on the weekend. The hotel was also cleaned daily. The front desk staff were very nice. There's a Starbucks on the first floor, and the hotel parking costs $49 USD per day. It's very close to UTC, only a five or six-minute drive away, making it very convenient for eating...
The room offered no view whatsoever, probably because it's surrounded by mountains. I doubt even the higher floors would have a view. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a vacation.

The facilities are very old, and the infrastructure is almost as bad as that in the United States. The breakfast is a low-end white food. From check-in, you have to pick up your own luggage, check-out, and drive your own car to load your luggage. There is no service at all. It is not comparable to ordinary star-rated hotels in China. The price is very reasonable.
A resort hotel right next to a nice golf course. Even if it is a resort, charging the resort fee, it is more of business hotel with less and outdated facilities. Overall, old and boring but good enough for biz trip.
In town for a wedding and the hotel is very nice. The front desk staff are so helpful and at the end of our first night our bartender Nick was awesome. He was very efficient with the crowd! Overall great time!
Staff nice. Rooms /all of the HOTEL needs to be updated. FUNKY and not worth the $$. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and it wasn't great, I assumed it was the level of room that was available at the time. This time I had the best room...........which was still as funky! My room wasn't cleaned until the 2nd day. TOO bad the location and property value warrants a complete overhaul. Stay somewhere...
Joanne and Torrey welcomed me with smiling faces when I walked into the restaurant area of the hotel. They were very interactive and informative, suggesting great items off the menu. They have an inviting aura about them with all of the customers. They should be rewarded for their outstanding customer service
Business trip, close to the subway, convenient for travel. The price-performance ratio is good, the price is relatively affordable, and it is a great trip. Next time I am on a business trip nearby, I will book this hotel again.

Amazing loved this hotel. A little far from downtown but no issue as they have a shuttle every 30 mins
Martina was great at accomadating us for a free room upgrade. Would love it better if cay’s lounge offered coffee on the menu. Parking fee too high shpuld Be complimentaryfor guests instead of $100 additional charge.
The staff are great, from the valet people to house keepers, pool attendants and front desk The gym is in great condition and new equipment and clean! The rooms are clean and well maintained but the bathroom is looking a little dated and needs some renovations The cafe is great and many options We didn’t eat at their restaurant because the menu wasn’t too kid friendly and very pricey.
Cindy at the reception desk was AMAZING. I mean wow.. ssoooo nice and super accommodating. My fiancé and I were celebrating his 50th, she upgraded our room, gave us discounts at the spa. She also directed us to some great restaurants in the area. She really enjoys her job and we enjoyed her, thank you Cindy!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. I was particularly appreciative of how the hotel made accommodations to suite my needs and wants vs. to adhere to policies and procedures irrelevant to the hotel guests/clients.
The front desk manager was a pleasure to deal with. We are Elwood Members at the Pendry in Newport and we were do impressed with how we were treated, the staff and the beautiful room we stayed in. Highly recommend to stay at this property. If you want 5 star service, you will get it at this Pendry!

This was a weekend trip with my significant other. We had a great time. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Location was great, the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is, the room need was not clean enough they were stains in the couch and on the rug, and room was a little smelly other then that place was great.
Very clean. The pool side bar is not open during “winter” time. Which was disappointing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
We love this property!! This was our 2nd time staying. We booked for NYE, which although it was raining, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Check in was smooth, and you can’t beat the location. We had a fantastic experience at the Catamaran Resort. The dated rooms will need a facelift to take them to the top tier, but the people were fantastic, and the location puts you right in the middle of the best parts of Mission and Pacific Beach. My wife and I look forward to our next stay at Catamaran and partying on Pacific Beach.
We have stayed at the Catamaran several times. The Pacific Beach area is great, and the catamaran is at the foot of many excellent restaurants and bars. Right next to the beach, and great staff and lovely grounds. The bar and bartenders are awesome.
Beach had a lot of seaweed and rocks so wasn’t as perfect as shown in pictures—- but still pretty. Definitely no swimming this time of year. Staff was excellent and helpful! Shout out Kevin at the bar he was above and beyond
Location was great. Room is getting outdated and worn and sliding glass door didn’t close all the way so rain got in. Otherwise, arcade was fun for kids.
One block from the ocean, convenient to get to. Food in restaurant was good. Location was good. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Rooms were clean. It is just an older hotel that's all. All in all, we were happy with our stay.
The rooms are old and dated. The first room we were given had a broken toilet and the balcony door what wouldn't close properly. The "studio" we rented had no utensils, plates or cups. The pool and hot tub were out of order for weeks but we were not told about it 2 days until our arrival. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and large. Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab. I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. Probably my mistake. OUR stay at the grant was very nice. We enjoyed it....
The US Grant Hotel was perfect. The valet was super fast, the car was always waiting for us at the door. The staff and service was impeccable in every way. The main entrance to the hotel is actually at the back of the property. At the front of the hotel, you have to use your room card to enter. I recommend the complimentary tour to learn more about the history of the property. I stayed on a high...
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, which is in a great location. We could do without some of the homelessness around the downtown area, but the hotel maintains its elegance in its close surroundings. The room and bathroom were both spacious. I would like to give a huge shout out to Robert (head of valet) and Jerry (head of security) for their utmost professionlism and courtesy during...
I would give 3.5 stars. As the general hotel star rating goes, this is more 4 than 5 stars. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was fine, but pillows were not great, and there were some holes in both bottom and top sheets. The toilet was loose and moved when sitting on it. We figured that the location of the hotel would be great for exploring the city a bit, but the direct vicinity of the hotel...
The customer service at the Grant was impeccable, more than one can ask for at what I consider to be an affordable price. I stayed in room 604 which is located right beside the elevator. 24 hours a day you hear the elevator going up & down. I would recommend avoiding room 604 for this reason. The hotel offers a great overall atmosphere, with a private inner bay and easy access to the beach. The environment is lovely, and there are plenty of recreational facilities on the property. That said, the room was a bit small, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning, which was disappointing for a hotel at this level.
Room is very clean and comfortable. The staff at check in were very nice and helpful
Check in process was great. Staff was kind and accommodating. Studio room was very nice with a beautiful view of the bay. The only downfall was we attempted to dine at Dockside and never was greeted by a server so we left after about 10 minutes. Menu was limited as well. Other than this dining experience we highly recommend staying here.
Awesome staff, Andre at the front desk was on top of his game. When he found out, it was our anniversary he provided a credit to be used on my dinner at the hotel. Our room was awesome overlooking the bay harbor. I definitely will return there for my next San Diego visit.
$$50 resort fee but nothing but a pool and hot tub. Not worth paying additional $110 for two night's!!!
Great, fun staff! Enjoyed the pool, bar, and Halloween cruise. Only negative was the smoke alarm low battery started alerting at 6:30AM. They came very quickly and changed it out. I got back to sleep within 15 mins.

This is our second year coming here and we love this hotel
Had a wonderful experience! This is by far my favorite hotel in the US; great service, wonderful spacious rooms, calm surroundings.
A lot was wrong with this stay. Particularly bad was housekeeping which was obvious when we found used kleenex in the drawers day one. We were always short towels and products and the “cleaning” was minimal. We paid for 3 rooms with fire pits and rarely could get them lit. We also waited an unreasonable amount of time for room service. Almost everyone was friendly except the concierge. The spa was...

We stayed there one night and didn’t have blankets. It was raining and really cold. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Bed is very comfy. However, Room itself is abit outdated and shower water temperature is abit unstable. Window is thin, i can hear clearly the highway
Very low quality for Sheraton standarts, I was really surprised. You can stay somewhere much nicer with this cost
Good service with the receptionist man and AC technician.
Perfect location in the middle of San Diego with easy access to most freeways. Clean room and comfy beds. Nice pool area. Parking is secure but with an extra charge. The only downside is the breakfast, boring with only a few varieties, no vegetables or cheese or ham/turkey, only 1 type of eggs which is scrambled.
My family had a good time staying at your hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful.
Not up to the mark of a Sheraton. Dated room, can hardly pull bathroom door, kits missing. Tv like that of 80’s and channels flickering, evening receptionist not welcoming just one liner replies.
