The front desk manager was a pleasure to deal with. We are Elwood Members at the Pendry in Newport and we were do impressed with how we were treated, the staff and the beautiful room we stayed in. Highly recommend to stay at this property. If you want 5 star service, you will get it at this Pendry!

Property was small, pool was small. This is not a luxury hotel by any means. Lobby has two couches to sit on and were always taken. Closed most of the time due to kids popping in pool.

For what they charge, one should expect much much better. An antipathetic staff, unhelpful in every way. I know what true customer service and luxury is. And The Pendry is NOT it, despite the slick commercials and glossy adverts, they DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS.

Short stay for us, but will be back! The room was very comfortable, I must buy the pillows! Bath products were top notch, shower was great. Gym looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Bar was good, good service. Breakfast was delicious, fast friendly service.

Definitely not Indian food taste. We went during lunch time for buffet and Every curry is sweet like a dessert.
Eat here if you don't have any option.
Although other royal India places were really good.

Despite the restaurant being super crowded on Christmas evening; Arun was able to accommodate and give us a table. He was very calm, polite and understanding.

Lamb was amazing!

We got a free mango lassi for having to wait :) highly recommend this place

The curry chicken dish I had was superb. And spicy enough for me, a rare treat! The staff is very polite and quite attentive. If you would like to have a quiet conversation over excellent food - this place seems tough to beat.
