If you like popcorn ceilings and cheap 70s vibes, this place is for you.
Parking was convenient and front desk and kitchen ( breakfast) staff was friendly and accommodating....that's it in the positive category....the rooms are not just old but they were dirty as well. There was still stuck on hair from previous occupants all over. Not just bathroom but counters/dressers as well. After asking to get it cleaned, we came back to find our bed made but the dressers/tables still dirty. Disgusting.

We were referred here by Rady’s Children’s hospital because the Ronald McDonald house was full. Apparently this hotel does a discount for hospital patients families. But our 7 day stay was charged $7,500. However, when looking on hotels.com it was only about 1,700 for a 7 day stay. So I’m fairly certain they were up charging hospital patients which is absolutely ridiculous. I will say that they were accommodating when we were requesting to cancel our stay due to a room opening at the Ronald McDonald house.
There are holes in the glass ceiling that were patched with duct tape. And the faucet was taped with electrical tape to patch the leak, which was still leaking.

The rooms are outdated, every night the sink would start gurgling and flood the room with a horrid smell. $16 a day for parking for guests already paying to stay in the hotel. And $15 a day for a breakfast that competitor hotels give for free. The only thing that gets a decent score is location and that us only because it was within 2 miles of the site I was working, and had nothing to do with the hotel.

I had multiple cockroaches in my room during my stay. I switched rooms and had another cockroach in the new room. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do upon check out. When attempting to escalate the issue and asking to speak to higher management/ corporate, the general manager Amjad Asaad informed me that I “talk too much” that the staff “isn’t afraid of me” and then hung up on me. I have never been so appalled with the sanitation or a customer service experience in my life.

In response to what you said below. Your response is completely inaccurate. You gave me 0 proof there was a sanitation check preformed. It has taken me months to get a response from your corporate team despite your efforts to keep from getting in touch with them but I am escalating matters through them. Your timeline is also inaccurate. I first attempted to contact you by phone on Sunday, June 22, and left multiple voicemails. I did not receive an email response until Tuesday, June 24, and I was not able to speak with you until Thursday, June 26. I did inform the general manager I was no longer interested in communicating with him because he was dismissive, unprofessional, accused me of lying, screamed at me over the phone and did not take the matter seriously at all.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are dated and worn. Internet service didn't work. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. After calling maintenance repaired issue. Parking was charged, for what reason I'm not sure. The parking wasn't gated or did I see any security. They charge for breakfast. Drinks at the bar are 10.00 each. The entire hotel needs updating. Not worth the high cost for a room.
