The staff at the reception are most professional and friendly. Breakfast is very tasty. The location is very convenient and close to trolley stations and UTC. Very good experience and will be back.

The staff is excellent. Ronald was especially outstanding. This weekend, I was in a pickle regarding a very random aspect of my wedding anniversary, and he said, "Give me a little time, and I'll take care of it." He took my random little need, went the extra mile, and brought me a solution that truly demonstrated his heart for his clients. My wife was blessed by Ronald's commitment to excellence.

What an amazing experience! We loved our stay and will definitely be back very soon! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the Starbucks Vincent La Jolla Market was simply AMAZING. It was very polite and friendly. The location of nearby restaurants was just down the street, which is very convenient if you're just trying to grab a bite to eat and head back to your room.

I was very satisfied with the Hyatt hotel I booked this time. The breakfast was plentiful and à la carte, with a buffet available on the weekend. The hotel was also cleaned daily. The front desk staff were very nice. There's a Starbucks on the first floor, and the hotel parking costs $49 USD per day. It's very close to UTC, only a five or six-minute drive away, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping.

The room offered no view whatsoever, probably because it's surrounded by mountains. I doubt even the higher floors would have a view. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a vacation.

I been coming here for years, this hotel is unbelievable, clean, close to everything and very nice, now is even better for me because the people at front desk are the sweetest persons. When you come to this hotel always look for TIANA, ALBERT OR MADISON. they are extremely nice and they welcome you with a smile, they make u feel home. Hope the owner knows how valuable this people are.
