Everything was clean. The staff were friendly. Even being downtown the room was quiet. There is also a covered parking garage right down the street if you do not want to pay for valet parking! Also great location as well.

Room was very large, nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed extra room supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spotless, and the staff were always available and willing to assist. On our first night, Enrique and Christopher went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of protein, bread, and fresh fruit, more than I expected. Makala and Ana did an extraordinary job receiving us and making sure we were ok.

Room was huuuuge and had a great view of the city and the mountains. Staff were really great and helpful. Breakfast was excellent but it would've been nice to have bacon instead of sausage everyday. All in all the place was perfect and very family friendly 😃

Breakfast food was okay but an absolute nightmare every morning. Took for ever to refill food and it was incredibly crowded. Otherwise the rooms are good size and comfortable for the price. Great gym, pool and spa but it’s shared with the hotel connected.

Kevin (manager) was super friendly. Breakfast food was good and everything is central in downtown Denver.

Thermostat and AC did not work. No repairman came to look at it. Breakfast was crowded and hot food options were limited and kitchen did not keep up with demand.

Room was dirty upon arrival. The front desk takes a while to respond.

Room 904 has a plumbing issue. In the shower the cold and hot water lines are switched and thus turning up the shower volume increases the amount of cold water. You should have a plumber fix this.

Best trout I’ve eaten. Service was terrific. Ben, our waiter, went above and beyond for us on our anniversary. Next time we are in Denver we won’t just eat at the restaurant, we’ll stay at the Hyatt too!

Ate here while waiting to go to the price is right stage show. Delicious food, excellent service and very quick (so we could get to show). Very pleased with my experience here!

The foods was good but not what I expected. It was like upscale casual. A bit expensive for the quality. The service was fantastic.

The staff are far too interested in their own conversations to even ask if we need anything, and are constantly being unprofessional by laughing and joking in the back. It took 20 minutes to get two drinks at noon.

Bowling and billiard equipment are so old and beat up it is impossible to play either well. The staff are consistently slow and lazy. Even early on a Friday evening when it is not yet busy, you will see almost a dozen staff mingling and laughing with each other but good luck getting any of them to serve you. I have waited for the staff to bowl with each other before they would return my pool equipment. I have stood as the only person at the bar for over 5 minutes while the bartender and the bareback talked and laughed. I absolutely hate this place, but it is the only thing like it in the downtown area. The management and much of the staff should be replaced.

Great energy and cocktails. This is really a nice place to bowl. Very good craving type food that you can munch as you play. Pretty good prices but not the cheapest.

Nice place, but Kevin, the manager, sucks. I waited over an hour for a bill. Let me say, I would never do that to a customer of mine. He should be disappointed in himself. There is more than enough staff here.

This place is horrible. Paid $120 to bowl for one hour, and then they made us spend $200 worth of only alcohol and food, which was not made clear before we paid for the lane. This place sucks. Don't waste your time here. Go to Punch Bowl Social
