Staff was pleasant. Room was clean .. basic. Good for the price. Not noisy. Good location for our events. There is no complimentary breakfast. Please add that to your description. Breakfast is available for a fee.
staff was nice, location was perfect for our concert at Grizzly Rose and bed was comfy, room outdated and worn but clean
Trashy room. Bad paint. Trim damaged. Toilet constantly running. Don't let the lobby fool you. This wasn't worth the price. I'd definitely pay $50.00 more
the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.
Room was very clean and in a really good location. I lined the part where you pay w/card-> NO DEPOSIT!!! :3 But... IF you pay cash-> $100 deposit at check-in.
I stayed in this property twice, both of which the price included breakfast. They fulfilled this first one (time) in September, but not the second one (time) in November of this year. On the second time, breakfast was for sale. Inconsistent with their aadvert.

Denver, 4150 East Mississippi Avenue (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location of the hotel is quite good. Although it’s not in the city center, it’s very convenient to get around, and the price was reasonable during the exhibition period. However, the facilities are a bit old – for example, the bathroom door was hard to close. The bedding was fine, but one night the lights suddenly turned on by themselves, which gave me a scare. Apart from these issues, everything...
Straight forward good level business hotel not far from the nice area of Cherry Creek. Their beds are very comfortable.
The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there are many restaurants nearby. The area has great amenities.
Great place and excellent staff. I appreciated the warm welcome for my stay , thanks!!
It was sons wedding at the Rocky Mountains park and we loved our stay there at your place
The room is quite big. The side facing the street has great autumn scenery. There are corners around and there are convenient places to eat and supermarket.

Room was great and room service was excellent!! I will stay at the Element in the future!!
Paying for daily parking when you’re in the middle of nowhere seems like just a cash grab.
Lovely big clean rooms to accommodate up to 6ppl. Area was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I’m use to the pancake or waffle maker machine being available at continental breakfast but it’s ok. The nice rooms make up for that. The only thing I didn’t like is the parking fee of $15 per day.
Staff was excellent and the hotel was super clean and quiet.
Friendly front desk, 24 hr coffee/cocoa/tea, nice clean room with a comfy bed, good breakfast choices, even GF!
Excellent stay. Clean and modern. Downside based on my preference is that their pillows are too soft.

The staff was great. We liked being able to take a Lyft within 2 miles of the hotel also.
Great location great venue. This is a beautiful venue in the heart of downtown Denver. The capitol and cultural center are within easy walking distance as is a wide variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
I enjoyed my stay at the Art Hotel. The location is very convenient for a few-day visit.
We have stayed at this hotel more than once. It is conveniently located. It's clean the environmental controls in the room work great making the room comfortable at any time of year. The bathroom layout is superb. Two people can have all there stuff in the bathroom without any territorial disputes.
This hotel was great, Friendly staff close to the music venue we went to. It was our anniversary and everything just felt very relaxed. Lots of fun art to look at and great views!
The property was very clean and the staff was excellent. It was convenient and very walkable to Denver attractions.

The windows don't have good shades. It was bright in my room at night with the thin curtain. Otherwise good stay.
Great all around hotel. Perfect location, large clean rooms, great staff.
Although the staff struggled to find our reservations, they got it figured out and had us wait five hours until the 4pm check-in. That made our travel day feel quite long. Once we were in our rooms, we found them to be comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. This was our second visit, and we will be back. Comfy- GREAT SPOT - lots to do there and within walking distance- Train to ski resort walkable- mini- golf walkable- breakfast, lunch, dinner , bars- walkable. Choose your fun- great location and great spot to base it from.
Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was really quick! And didn't reel like a process checking in like it does in other hotels! I asked for a fan to be brought to the room and it came so quickly, excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like which probably can't be fixed is it was really dry in the room. Otherwise happy with our stay!
Room was ready early. Everything was great. Clean. Comfortable. Nice bar area with a complimentary beer or wine during happy hour. Lovely guitar player from 5:30-7:30. And the hotel is right across the street from Union Station. So convenient!
Loved the hotel and its location! Room was spacious and had a really nice desk to work at. Daily free drink and credits to use at the hotel too.
Clean and comfortable room. Great location close to train station. Excellent staff interactions. Recommend!
We can not say enough great things about Hotel Indigo-Union Station Denver. It was so clean, conveniently located to train station, so many dining options and extremely walkable to everything downtown. The staff went above and beyond-greeting us when each time we came in the door, texting us to see if we needed anything, assisted us in late check out and were gracious to us every day.

Nice hotel, a little busy at reception. Good location, very close to station and restaurants
The hotel smelled really bad maybe from the restaurant? Almost like bad brócoli and staff wasn’t very friendly. However the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and very beautiful.
The room was lovely. The staff was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
From a phone call “day of” confirming parking options & early arrival, to check in, the actual stay & check out … customer service was impeccable! Everyone was SO helpful & knowledgable. Clean room, cool vibe, great location and great food. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, you have to go down to the lobby but that’s just my personal preference.
Staff is super friendly. Check in was a breeze and the room is sparse but comfortable. This place has a fun vibe and is walkable to MANY restaurants.
Gave me a free drink which I didn’t use but staff very friendly. Room small, but spotless and efficient. It was perfect for my solo stay!
The staff was welcoming, upbeat and helpful. The room was clean and the location in Cherry Creek is ideal!
Great stay this weekend! Room was spotless and LOVED the Christmas decorations, esp. the ski lift by the elevator. Thanks for a nice place to land for the weekend.
I’ve stayed in this Hotel a few times, love the atmosphere, location and staff. However, this time, I didn’t choose the Mountain View rooms. My room had view on the back alley with direct bedroom view of another hotel. I had to keep my curtains closed. During the weekdays, the garbage pickup happens from. 5:30 to 6:30 am, too loud too sleep though it. Not sure I’ll stay there again

This is a great place near the airport. The shuttle, breakfast, and check-in was all great. Room was quiet and clean.
Breakfast was not good and only til 8 AM on weekdays. The shuttle was a great perk. Room was clean and pretty quiet til I got noisy neighbors
The hotel is on the way to the airport, has good facilities, and I liked the large rooms. However, the bed mattress seemed a bit old and it seemed like it would be too hard for one person to lie down there.
Good room, and thanks for airport shuttle. Not close to the train station from the city.

If we were staying in a VIP Access Hotel, we didn’t know it or receive any benefits. I would have thought for the price we paid we would have had at least some VIP benefit! The bed was too soft and the pillows were way to hard which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Beautiful and chic hotel with funky modern touches. Such a fun place to stay with everything right inside, great food court, coffee shop, and unique shopping. Extremely friendly staff and excellent service.
Loved the front desk agents. The hotel had a cool vibe. The shower was very moldy and the bath fan was not working correctly. I also feel the hanging chairs are just impractical.
Easy check in and check out with the app. Cool location, lots of shops and restaurants in lobby. Super convenient if visiting Coors Park or Summit Music
Love the location and how walkable it is. So many dining options including room service from the Mexican restaurant downstairs!

No complaints about the service, although mostly it was just us saying hi and bye to the concierge as we came and went. Check-in was quick and easy, as was check-out. Parking was extremely frustrating, with no parking offered by the hotel. The 3 parking lots in the immediate vicinity that were recommended by the hotel were around $30 for each day and/or each time we parked there, making it inconvenient...
My son and I spent 4 days at Aloft Downtown Denver. My son is a 22 year old with Down Syndrome. Every staff member made my son feel welcome and safe. My daughter and I stayed for the first time in this hotel. We were greatly surprised to find a comfortable, nice, and clean room. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The shuttle requires 48 hour notice and was not explained before arrival. The parking garage is quite a distance from the hotel. A coffee pot in the room would be beneficial. Breakfast should be explained that it was not included.
Incredible staff, super clean rooms. It’s a very cute hotel. Very close to everything in walking distance in the RiNo neighborhood. It’s only a couple bucks from the 38th and Blake train station which is great if you’re coming from the airport. My two favorite things about this hotel is that the blackout curtain was true blackout. No light leaked in. The other thing was the super comfy bed. I was asleep...
Was probably overall my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was amazing and food was good and not over priced. Will stay again.
The room was clean and the staff was very great. The rooms however are set up very weird. The TV was hanging on the wall on the side of the bed and they had one small chair in the corner so in order to watch TV you have to all sit on the side of the bed with one of you in the chair. There was an office space that was behind the bed that was a very long desk and wasted space unless someone needed to...
Everything was perfect but the low water pressure for the showers was a huge comfort loss. Especially in this time of the year where the room is cold. Staff was nice, snacks and beverages were good. No complaints otherwise.
Too expensive for what you get, I get you're in the Rino district but you are a best western as well. All rooms should have at bare minimum a refrigerator and microwave, also ridiculous to charge for what is generally given as a courtesy for early check in late check out and no breakfast. Doubt I would stay here again, only if there were no other options.

The view from the room was lack luster, an empty pool, with equipment laying about. But the room was amazing, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to visit.
The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate any reasonable needs. The property and interior of the hotel was very clean and modern looking. I had a 2 queen bed room, and was happy to see it had a pretty large refrigerator and microwave in the room. I prefer soft beds over firm, and these were extremely soft. The staff amd the shuttle to the airport are really helpful and nice. I wish they provided a drinking water jn your room so i don’t have to walk to the lobby that often.
Cleanliness and breakfast buffet in lobby. Shuttle was kind of a confusing mess… waited a long time for shuttle and it was packed, stopped at other hotels along the way. Wish hotel had their own shuttle and not 3rd party van.
Nice staff, clean hotel, new. Great option for the money. You do have to pay $10 a night for parking which is rare in these types of places. That wasn’t clear on the website.
The hotel is in mediocre shape for being so new, frayed carpet, issues with an elevator, damaged walls and the parking situation is stupid - have to pay a third party for surface parking and lots of signs saying the hotel nor the parking company are responsible for your vehicle
The photos on ******* did not match the room. The premium two queen room showed a separate living room area with couch and tv. The room we received was a traditional two bed hotel room. I specfically choose this hotel because of the couch/tv room and was very disappointed. Please update the photos on the website.
Good place , the breakfast was limited and not good options for healthy food, also needs to be cleaner .

However, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel did make me a bit uneasy. There’s a homeless housing facility...
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Hotel location is not ideal due to homeless shelter next door with a large amount of transient people walking all over. Hotel had security, and I never felt unsafe, however it is not ideal.
The location was not the best. Nothing walking distance plus you wouldn’t want to go walking as there are numerous unhomed around the area.
Everything great Really nice hotel in a sorta sketchy area. Loved my stay and they had security on site. Recommended for sure!
The hotel and groubds were awesome. A homeless shelter and camps had to be driven through to access the hotel
This hotel is much like a US Embassy in a third-world country but instead of armed Marine you have an unarmed security guard in a yellow shirt. The guard does patrol and there were no meth-heads on the property. No issues with security. Car was fine. $150 less than downtown hotels. Overall: great, but you have to get over the Escape from New York vibe as you drive in.
