Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa in Hollywood

What a fun little hidden gem!!! My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday here. Hugo, the owner, was the epitome of customer service. He let us use the bikes since we arrived a little early. We rode the bikes down the boardwalk and returned at 3pm when his bar opened. We hung out there all day! The hookah is perfect and clean, plenty of flavor options. The menu includes tax & tip which is nice. The drinks and the vibes were good. The hot tub is clean and well maintained, and Hugo even set up the outdoor TV with the karaoke for us. We had a great time and love this place!

My wife and I stayed this past Friday and Saturday and we had a wonderful time! Great food and service. Hughes and his wife are excellent host with careful caring attention to each detail of our stay. We loved the jacuzzi and the chicken wings and drinks were delicious. On top of that there are tons of free amenities that came with our room that are just too many to mention. The atmosphere at Villa Sinclair was amazing with beautiful lighting and ornaments everywhere. The Hollywood Board Walk and Beach is just steps away with free live music every Friday & Saturday night at the Hollywood Beach Bandshell. This place is tons of fun surrounded by tons of fun! We will Be Back!!

Our stay at the Villa Sinclair hotel in Hollywood Beach was absolutely wonderful! Let me start by highlighting the hotel's perfect location, which allowed us to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Cleanliness was clearly a priority at this hotel. Our room was spotless, and it was evident that Hughes and his wife take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Owner Hughes’ customer service was exceptional. He and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, working tirelessly to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their dedication and attentiveness were truly appreciated.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink and a refreshing pineapple, which was a delightful touch. On Friday, the champagne offered added a touch of luxury to our stay. The patio was amazing, and the hot tub was absolutely spot on! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day. Additionally, the hotel provided a great channel selection, including popular streaming services like Netflix and Max. It was wonderful to have such entertainment options available.

The accommodation itself felt like a home away from home. The room was well-appointed, with a big TV for entertainment and fast internet that kept us connected throughout our stay. The split A/C system worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the room.

Hughes and his wife truly made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for their efforts.

Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel in the future. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Hollywood Beach.

This place is fantastic! The feel is very eclectic and homey. The owners are wonderful, helpful people who truly want you to enjoy your stay. We arrived very late due to flight issues, and they still warmly accommodated us. Hughes welcomed us and walked is through the suite, describing the amenities, even though it was midnight. The room was fully stocked, from wine to liquor, toiletries, kitchen appliances and dishware, and beyond. The complimentary items, such as beach toys, towels, welcome chocolates, etc were clearly defined from the per purchase items stocked within the room. Guests have access to a huge hotub and small sauna within a large wrap around, closed off patio like area. They offer hookah, full bar and kitchen here as well. The list of per purchase amenities is extensive, and it's well beyond any other place we've stayed. I highly recommend staying here. You'll never want to stay anywhere else on Hollywood Beach. Looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay at Villa Sinclair was excellent. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to my family and friends anytime, the owners are very friendly, and make sure the place is kept very clean inside and out, they offered pineapple, beach chairs, free bikes, and many extras included in our stay.
Beautiful spacious beach suites, with fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area offered plenty of privacy to relax after the sun, day beds, showers, sauna, hot tub, cabanas.
Villa Sinclair is just steps away from the beach and broad walk, and has everything needed nearby, family and couples friendly, with plenty of attention to details, we love Hollywood beach, and the best place to stay is definitely Villa Sinclair.

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Best place to stay on Hollywood beach, Hughes maintains a great environment for everyone to enjoy

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home
