Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa in Hollywood

I will most likely never come here again. The wait time for us was suppose to be 45 min but it was actually 1hr and 30 minutes. The hostess took our name and number, she said she would text us when it's our turn and that we would have 5 minutes to let her know we are there. They have an app that lets you know how many people are ahead of you. It was Taco Tuesday so I would knew it will be crowded, but the place is sooo unorganized that it made the wait time uncomfortable. There is a waiting area which is right in front of the bar, it's also where the bathroom line is AND it's also the walkway for servers. Be prepared to get shoved by people to make way for the servers holding hot food. Be prepared to be the referee of the bathroom line, because you can easily get skipped since the line originally start on the left, then magically start on the right if you're the last one standing there. The food is alright but honestly, if you can find a place that is more organized and spacious, GO THERE. The entire staff is running around like chickens with their head cut off so you may only see your server twice. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of Taco Tuesday and it was my first time there, If this was a regular night, they would have gotten less.

Mediocre food, and service not as good as mediocre. I asked if an item came with fries and the server handed be the menu and said "if you read it you will know" and walked away. Won't be back.

The first time we came here we had an amazing time! We dance on tables all night long the DJ let us request songs and we had a great time. I went with a group of my Zumba friends and they played several of our songs to which we all dance to on the tables. Everyone including all of the other people in the restaurant enjoyed watching us and our choreographed dances. For my going-away party when I was moving I decided I wanted to go back with my Zumba girls and have one last good time with them. We had a completely different experience and it was terrible. We had the same DJ that night and we requested 2 songs and he gave us a hard time about playing the songs. Both of them were Greek songs also so that didn't really make sense to me as to why he wouldn't want to play them. Last time he even got on a table and danced with us! He was just very rude this time and said that he cannot do any request for us because we ask for too much. We had almost a $500 bill and for that I think you could play some music that we would like to hear. We were also keeping everyone else entertained while they eat and drank. I spoke to a female manager and she said that she would have him play the song we wanted but by that time I was already annoyed and my entire party was outside waiting for me. We were all very disappointed in the experience. We went there to have a good time and specifically for the experience of Taverna Opa and it was terrible.
