I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

There was too much of construction going on in the property.

I really like the hotel, this is the 4th time I have booked there and for a wedding anniversary I didn't hesitate to do so.

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

Recently stayed at the Resort and it was an incredible experience!! The resort's vibe is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. Exceeded our expecations. Rooms felt clean and roomy enough...standard size with a kitchen as well. Was literally on the beach boardwalk....right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores and beach shops. Location ans view was unreal. You dont need a car here...so if possible id reccomend ubering out there to save yourself the hassle. You can walk anywhere as its right on the boardwalk....

Great place right on the beach. You cant beat location . Huge terrace with lounges and tables. Management is very helpfull and friendly. Oh yeah ,and you can get free beach towels and chairs. Our favourite place to go in Florida. Wonderful staff. Great facility and right on the beach. A boardwalk (Broad Walk) is also right there and you can walk miles and see shops, restaurants and lot of people. A comment above says they are not open past 7:00 PM. True, but if you call ahead and tell them you are coming, they will leave your key in a combination lock box.

We are timeshare owners. It is my favorite week of the year. This is, from what I've seen, one of the BEST resorts on the Broadwalk. The Marriot bar is right next door. The beach is directly in front of you. We sit on the deck every night relaxing and people watching. The facility is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. It is a CHILL week. You'll love it!

Amazing views and great location on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Love being so close to the Marriott beach bar and other bars with live music. The facilities are nice, clean and well staffed.

Check-in was smooth and painless. Got to our room, as soon as we walked in, I had my breath taken away (literally) because of the mold and musty smell in the room. It was so bad I couldn't breathe. Clean and fairly up to date. Included breakfast was ok. Not really within walking distance of anything. You'll need a rental or taxi. Close to airport and cruise. Free airport shuttle. Cruise shuttle is $10 per person.

Definitely won't come back here. Room smelled like something is wet. Carpet felt dirty, couch and chair had stains. Bathroom was nice, the walls needed to be scrubbed, had pink mildew in cracks. Had to wear shower shoes. Breakfast not that great, the juice was good. Pool and hot tub was fun, only downfall was the leaves flying in both. Overall 3 star hotel.

Nice little quiet hotel. The staff was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast wasn't bad. My daughter loved the pool. I loved the hot tub. This hotel was so so, horrible smell and overpriced. There was a very foul almost a mixture between moldy and pet urine smell throughout the whole hotel including our room. I do have to say our room was very spacious with nice bedding and furniture. It looked to be painted nicely but very hard to get past the smell and the old carpet. The beach is OK, no outsiders allowed! The overall guest room facilities are average, almost all made in China! Including toiletries! It is best to bring your own toiletries! The view is nice! Not worth staying for two days! The Japanese food in the lobby is ridiculously expensive because the cooking level is too average! A meal for two people is $126, + this + that fee, and finally charged $210.5...

We enjoyed our stay however there were inconsistencies with the staff. The staff at the adult pool were hardly there. We had dinner at Il Mulino Restaurant, the food was fine but the service was not at the level it should be for a restaurant at that level. Where the breakfast and beach staff was extremely tentative.

The property does not deliver on par with a a five star, # 1 hotel experience. The things we would critique are not individually “deal breakers” but all together, they are. We had the perfect holiday. Starting from the airport transfer which was really great. The reception from the hotel was very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. The employees are particularly noteworthy. Very friendly, warm and accommodating. The beach and the location was fantastic. The restaurants also highly recommended. The service was excellent. Excellent Beach access, food was decent and safe choice. beach service was fast and the attendants were excellent. For getting around Miami, the location is a bit difficult - you will need to use a car service or have a car to get around.

It is a beautiful hotel, good restaurants. The only thing that I dislike was the fact that they try to add drinks and food on the pool to my account, purchases that I didn't make and we had to argue with the waitress, my account still has a charge that I didn't make and I am disputing with my credit card, so we very aware if you order food or drinks by the pool

The parking valet situation is too confusing and we weren’t aware there were two different sites for each hotel and then our room was supposed to be ready at four when we checked in. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes an hour and a half later, we had to go check on it when it was finally ready

Check in took a while because we didnt have a membership and people with memberships get to cut your line. Tha AC did not get very cold, someone was singing happy birthday in the hall (I think staff at the housekeeping room across from ours) at 8AM. The room was really nice as well as the pool.

Kiki's Restaurant have a great food and excellent service. They have lot of choices in the menu. I try the fajitas and was so good. I stay at the Holiday Inn Express that have complementary shuttle to visit this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant. The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

This is a very visited place, everytime i came here is crowded, it's a good place for families. Have a live restaurant-bar, very nice and always serving nice food. It's near the pier so you can get romantic anytime that you want. Great location Good price. Our room was not what was pictured on web site. Sofa bed sheets were dirty. Called to get sheets and they just brought them to the door. We had to strip the bed and remake ourself. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good with the stay at the property. The amenities were great and the breakfast was 10/10. Even though the young lady on morning shift was very rude and not welcoming to me when I reached out asking about the parking being applied to my card, when ******* agreed to pay for everything. The check-in was delayed by an hour, even though it was scheduled for 4 PM. There was not even any sort of upgrade or compensation for that delay. The bathroom sink was clogged. The food is mediocre, the lounge is full of kids playing ball. The pool is miniscule. The gym is mediocre. The staff is inattentive in particular, the desk staff at the reception. The hotel's location is okay, and the room facilities are generally acceptable, just average. For the price, I think the value is average. However, for some reason, my deposit was withheld and not refunded. I later called and emailed, but they didn't refund it with any explanation. It's really baffling.

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

This place is amazing! The hotel was very clean... the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was was the billing at the end. But other than that they stay was great. We stayed on the 23 floor the view was beautiful.

My girlfriend and I stayed here two nights. It was a very large room and very spacious. Nice decor. Close to the beach. To top it off, my girlfriend left her Kindle in the room and Ricardo is working with us to ship it back to us. Very kind staff and wonderful experience.

It's one of those beaches where you can actually enjoy your time there. It's not too pack so you'll get a nice spot on the beach. It is family friendly and being i was with my nephew, it was great. There was things in the broadwalk like some little bike I can ride around with him. Overall good time.

Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

Miss Donna was a wonderful asset along with all The other staff. They are straight forward and to the point. My room was very clean and my stay was very pleasant! What I can say though is BYOS cause If you don’t you’ll surely be charged for everything. Parking is 20$ a day. And breakfast is slim pickings but otherwise for the price AND LOCATON it was a GREAT STAY

The only downfall of the property is that you have to pay $18 a day for parking because there is no free parking for visitors staying at the hotel

I know you don't go to watch tv but it's nice to be able to use. It didn't work and wouldn't access my services. The walls are paper thin. We were supposed to have a queen size bed but there's no way it was a queen. The faucet on the kintchenette and the shower were broken, usable, but broken. It was close to the beach though.

The location is perfect. Paying for extra fees like parking fees, deposit and hotel fees above what I already paid online is a scam, and the online price was not cheap. Having a kitchen but no plates or pots is useless who travels with their kitchen equipment?

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything close by within walking distance. Beach only 1 mile away.

Everything was normal, what I didn't like was that they charged me money, that is, $100 as a deposit, money that they never returned to me, and I think that is disrespectful to the customers. Thank you.

The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait. Thankfully the airport is close so he could get a ride but just inconvenient it doesn’t run until midnight.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Very quiet and cozy. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Each day, a different hot breakfast. One employee did stand out and I would like to say, best part of the stay. Her smile was contagious. Her name was Daiiquon.

Old furniture, bugs in the room, no a/c on upon arrival, men at check in are not nice. I didn’t like that they accept cash only for deposit

Absolutely charming hotel and grounds, very nostalgic feel. Very clean room and a great value for the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had our own private patio! Wonderful nights sleep!!! Our check in host was very kind and helpful.

Front desk workers no very welcoming and I think for a stay of seven days they should have clean de room a least once.

I liked the pool (well-maintained). I did not like slipping the key through a stained plexiglass, (bullet-proof?) Hole in the window with bars, the CA$H Deposit and receipt scam they were pulling on the unsuspecting 'out-of-towners' the area had some street people that lookef kind of scary, too.

The room was very clean. The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows. The outside is adorable, the time are a bit dated but don't skip this one over. It was a great stay for us.

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. I have stayed here 2 times now, and every visit has been great! Very nice place to stay, close to airport and cruise terminal

Great location and our room was upgraded to a very large suite!! Staff was friendly and even held our luggage so we could hit the beach/boardwalk while we waited for our room to be ready. They gave us beach towels and you can check out beach chairs too! Just feet from beach and great local eateries!

We loved everything about the hotel and the polite staff. The room was spacious, and we were able to see the ocean between buildings! It is so close to the beach and the broadwalk. I would definitely stay here again. I can't be any more pleased with our stay! Parking was $7.

The building is pretty well maintained. However it was extremely crowded, taking over 10mins to get a ride on the elevator. Valet parking was even worse.

Our room was decent, but there were several inconveniences that impacted our stay. One of the rooms we booked was supposed to have a king bed, as stated in the description, but it did not, which was disappointing. The staff was incredible...views spectacular, rooms and bathrooms spacious and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our weekend. It is not like a full service hotel where your room is made up everyday but linen/towels were readily available. My only negative comment is that the balcony furniture needed to be changed as they were all unraveling...this was not a deal breaker as they were still...

Worth the price Family trip. We had a blast. The hotel staff took care of us as soon as we arrived. The facilities are nice, and the views are definitely worth the price.

1 or two of the elevators didn't work during my stay, it was horrible. We have waited 30-35 minutes every time we had to use it and sometimes had to take the stairs 32 floors with young kids

Amazing property and room! Limited food and shopping nearby. Luggage storage and service help was not good and had to do all on our own while guy watched and did not help. Elevators were not good. Overall we would stay again for the rooms as they were spacious and nice.

Family Fun Beach was a quick walk across the street. They have towels, longer and umbrellas for use. At times we had a longer wait for the elevator. The pool was great! There is an indoor basketball court and the hotel lets you make an appointment for court and a basketball which the kids had fun with. There is a Sister property across the street that has a great bar and it had multiple restaurants...

The elevator issues are real. 3 elevator worked and we often waited 15-25 mins to catch an elevator.

I like the beach and overall the hotel .I dont like restaurant food and a little menu with a few meals .

The have additional charges for “happy hour” and they don’t disclose it so you don’t really benefit. You hear of this at check out. They collect the fee but they don’t advise you that they are offering refreshments for the guests in the lobby in the evenings.

Beachfront property, quiet end of the boardwalk, clean, and excellent staff. Only issue was a power surge that caused a power outage for about 24hours. I hope we will be compensated for the big inconvenience.

It has been much improved since we came for our honeymoon 26 years ago (it was a HoJo then!!) but still so laid back and a wonderful atmosphere!

Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We were at the beach at 8am the following day and were told the lounge chairs were not available...

The place was very clean no complain

The sofa bed is not very good for sleeping two, the mattress is very small and not very thick. It is not worth the price we paid, I find that €240 a night for a room like that is not necessarily worth it.

The hotel is in a good location, with various business districts within a 5-minute drive. The overall room is spacious and quiet. The breakfast is a normal American MOTEL breakfast, and the facilities are quite complete. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, I couldn't check in directly, and had to wait until after 2 pm.
