I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

There was too much of construction going on in the property.

I really like the hotel, this is the 4th time I have booked there and for a wedding anniversary I didn't hesitate to do so.

Perfect location, on the beach, the pool is amazing, the water is warm and pleasant, fun to swim in, there is a hot jacuzzi next to it, access to the beach is only a few steps away, the service is pleasant and kind and welcoming, there are free towels, and popsicles and ice cream for a fee. Our bags took 4+ hours to arrive to the room. When they finally did arrive, items/cash were missing from the bags AND additional things (that are not ours) were found in the bag. Everything in the hotel is old. Room service is not provided unless you call front desk but they knock at your door to clean the room on your checkout date😂. The area is quite inconvenient. The only upside is the spacious room.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. My only complaint was that the balcony was unusable for most of the day due to being in full sunlight for most of the day. Maybe this would be nice in winter, but it was entirely too hot to sit out there. If you are going to get a partial OV balcony, request one on the north side of the building to avoid the full sun all day!

Views were excellent! Only complaint is having a late check out and having room service knocking on your door displaying the do not disturb sign, to check the time you are leaving.

We stay in Hollywood Beach a couple of times a year, and after 30 years and a dozen hotels, this is our current favorite on the Broadwalk. Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child. The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. Service is very friendly. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows. The hot tub was good as well. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! The place was unique. They only clean the rooms when people check out. They also have people actually living there. The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels. The hotel room had a very damp, wet smell and there were bulbs that did not work. Additionally there were roaches in the room. The hot water never got hot.

Belvedere Inn is a clean, safe place to stay. The rooms are impeccably maintained. Highly recommend for a few nights or a weekend!

Hotel 10/10. Nothing to complain about, everything was very clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach and the Broadway promenade where there are many restaurants and cafes.

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. I have stayed here 2 times now, and every visit has been great! Very nice place to stay, close to airport and cruise terminal

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Sinclair was excellent. The queen sized bed is so comfortable and the shower is my favorite. Steven was most helpful with whatever I needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Green Seas Motel and the nice gentleman that works there Steven is the best at solving problems. Like the accent as well!
