I visited Marenas Beach Resort through ResortPass and it’s my best experience yet! Check-in was quick, friendly, and they even greeted me with champagne. Perfect location, on the beach, the pool is amazing, the water is warm and pleasant, fun to swim in, there is a hot jacuzzi next to it, access to the beach is only a few steps away, the service is pleasant and kind and welcoming, there are free towels, and popsicles and ice cream for a fee. Very nice resort/hotel right in Sunny Isles beach. The service is really good. They give you towels and lounge chairs outside for the beach. The pool is also nice, right by the beach. We rented the penthouse so we had the stairs to go up to the terrace and there is a jacuzzi that was sooo nice to relax after a day at the beach. They have valet to park your car. A disaster. The elevators weren't working. You had to wait half an hour to use them. The furniture in room 2102B was broken. There were no chairs or tables on the balcony.

The ocean view rooms are definitely worth it. A few restaurants with happy hour on site. Beach chairs and towels included with stay! But be prepared for a $22 resort fee each day. The elevators are small and there are often lines waiting to go up at busy times.

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Very comfortable stay everyone was very friendly and accommodated my every need. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main part of the boardwalk but otherwise I give it a 10 out of a 10. What stood up the most for me though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was.

This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. This place was better than expected. Everyone was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who want to stay in the boardwalk.

The room was ok, but the property is very tired. The room was quite cold, and we couldn't get the heat working, or turn down the air. We had two queens and only one extra blanket. The shower was quite slippery but did have nice amenities. No fan in the bathroom, and the window wouldn't open! The location and view were spectacular and almost make everything else worth it!

Great location near the beach. But our room was right outside the bar, A lot of noise from the bar during the day, people smoking and drinking in front of our door. Probably not the best place for a family with children. Room was clean when we arrived, but we stayed 5 nights, and they never cleaned the room. Bathroom needs upgrading.

I loved the property. It didn't feel like just a hotel room. My only complaint is the misleading photos on the booking sites. I thought I was getting a family unit with 3 actual beds. What we got was a 2 bed with a pull out couch. When I pointed this out to the man at the front desk I was treated like I was stupid. The pictures and description show and state 3 real beds. Bad Check in process The check in was a terrible experience. We had to wait in a queue of several people and we lost our reservations for activities on the beach.

Nice stay at the beach. The people at the office were very helpful. The morning breakfast offered enough good choices. The pool was a plus. Motel was very close to the beach and boardwalk both of which are outstanding. The room was nice and clean. If you want maid service you need to request it. They supply beach towels. Microwave and fridge were a plus.

Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. Hotel 10/10. Nothing to complain about, everything was very clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach and the Broadway promenade where there are many restaurants and cafes.

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The only 2 downsides are: (1)Took too long to check in, about 30min. 3 front desk workers were cooking 5 people for about 30 min to check them in 2) Unfortunately in the bathroom there’s no any holders available for the soap, shampoo and so. While it is an older setting. It is in an amazing location. The resort fee of $35.00 and another $15.00 for parking is a bit excessive.

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

Room was average. Thin walls! You have to ask for glasses, cups, dishes etc. Court yard was nice to have. Needs a bedside table. Pullout couch was not terrible. Minimum towels provided. But location to the beach is great.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is great — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice pool area, lau dry on site, good kitchenette ware. However, poor bed linen and horrible sleeping sofa bed. No towels daily exchange but only twice per week. No tea bags in the room, only once coffee packet.

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

What a fun little hidden gem!!! My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday here. Hugo, the owner, was the epitome of customer service. He let us use the bikes since we arrived a little early. This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!!
