What an AMAZING resort! I've stayed at a LOT of nice Hilton properties, but this one REALLY takes the cake! The restaurants were very nice and served good portions, and the drinks and snacks 🍔 by the pool were also delicious! Between the amazing suite that we had with an incredible view, the numerous pools, hot tubs, and beach 🌊 accommodations; not to mention the wonderful attitude of the employees...

The room was spacious and felt luxurious. We sat by the pool facing the ocean and enjoyed the hot tub, the restaurant service to our pool chair, and swimming in that epically long pool

Our room was surprisingly large, comfortable, and well-appointed, giving us plenty of space to relax. We also loved the pool area—really nice, well maintained, and a great place to unwind

Despite those disappointments, there were still things I really enjoyed about the resort. The infinity pool was open and beautiful, and the private beach access was probably my favorite part of the stay

There were jumbo games like Connect Four and Jenga, karaoke, bracelet-making activities, multiple restaurants and bars, a two-story gym, the infinity pool, and of course the private beach

I had looked at many resorts around Miami, but the photos of that pool really captivated me and that was the main reason we decided to stay here

Our food and drinks were always very good, and the restaurant was so convenient to have right by the pool! Great experience overall!

Hollywood PD and Broward County have alot of officers in the area with foot patrols and officers on the beach in UTV's. I highly recommend staying at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort Florida for your next vacation!

Beautiful resort, delightful food, sunshine and great service was just what the doctor ordered! :) David from Kentucky was always willing to help us around the pool area, and Christian was an awesome server

What a totally beautiful Hotel!!! The atmosphere is just fantastic. Even the lobby felt lush and luxurious. Wonderful setting at the pool. We also loved the coffeeshop and the souvenir shop too

But what made the stay special was the care and consistency behind the scenes. After long conference days, there’s nothing better than coming back to a clean, well-organized room — everything reset, calm, and welcoming

The beach is groomed every morning and cleaned every night. If you stay here just do the valet parking for $60. 00 dollars a day, trust me it is worth it! The area is very safe during the day and at night

The room is clean, the environment is very beautiful, the service is very good, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there

The lobby was clean and inviting, and of course, that signature warm cookie made check-in even better. My room was spacious, modern, and had a beautiful view of the water perfect for relaxing after a long day

The pool area was stunning, with plenty of seating and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The restaurant and bar were great too delicious food and friendly service every time

Staff amazing! We arrived after a cruise hoping to leave our bags at front deck til check in. Clerk said your rooms ready you may check in

I’m a Hilton Honors customer and no one has ever let me check in early! I’m so impressed with this hotel from the front desk to the pool attendants I would never stay anywhere else well visiting Fort Lauderdale Area

Located on the Boardwalk shopping and great restaurants all in walking distance

We immediately noticed a smell in the room when we walked through the door. We did let the front desk know, they said they would do extra cleaning. We realized on day 2 it was coming from the drain in shower

We were disappointed with the up keep of the room for a Marriot. The balcony was small and needs cleaning!!! The location was good and breakfast served at restaurant was good

Just expected the property to be a little more maintained as it is a Marriot

The air conditioner was strong. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Close proximity to a coffee shop, gas station and Denny’s

They set us up with a transfer to the cruise terminal. Would absolutely stay here again

Only letdown was the shower - water comes out very faintly, the bathtubs are not the cleanest I’ve seen, and, the water doesn’t go down the drain properly so a puddle formed under our feet for the duration of our stay

Includes breakfast from 6 to 10 and their staff were very friendly and professional, including Anita from the front desk. Anita was amazing and very knowledgeable

I love everything about this place, and I'm a returning guest. It's clean and quiet. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

We did not use the pool, so I cannot give an opinion on that part. The only sore point: at the reception they only spoke English. This can create some difficulty for those who are not familiar with the language

I found this cozy hotel on a Google search close a vicinity I was doing business with for a week. Rooms were comfy and very clean

Negatives: The front desk staff didn’t seem happy, and their attitude reflected in the service they provided. The Wi-Fi and TV were not working; we reported it on the first day, but it was never fixed

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. All 3 hosts were very responsive via the Airbnb messaging app and assisted us with getting clean towels and whenever we needed more toiletries

My girlfriend and I stayed here two nights. It was a very large room and very spacious. To top it off, my girlfriend left her Kindle in the room and Ricardo is working with us to ship it back to us

Great rooms, great view, great service, great people, great freaking time! You most come here if you ever come to South Florida and can afford it. I can't but I seem to have karma on my side!

Large balcony, kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, full set of crockery and glass. Good noise insulation from the street. The view from our room of the canal and drawbridge

This place is amazing! The hotel was very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was was the billing at the end. But other than that they stay was great

The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows

Their pool is worth a sight! Beach is just steps away , great restaurants nearby , very convenient location and not overly crowded and felt safe at all times and all of this for a reasonable price ! They also help arrange Miami tours which we only found out later , I would definitely stay here again if I plan for a Miami trip in future

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport

The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child

My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

While this is not a 5 star hotel, it hits all the right marks. Good service, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and great value with the add ons.

We stayed for Miami Carnival weekend. It was very convenient very cheap very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the staff really does their job with keeping the property clean.

The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels

This place was better than expected. Everyone was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who want to stay in the boardwalk.

Check in was easy. Location was fabulous. We love strolling along the Hollywood Broadwalk and finding a place for dinner.

The location is great, steps from the water. Easy in and out for parking as well. It’s a simple hotel, basically a room to stay. There’s really no need for onsite food or drinks as you are directly on the broadwalk

Day 2 we were woke up at 2am for a different family fighting and someone getting locked out of their room. Day 3 we were woke up by kids running up and down the hall yelling and screaming

Well it's actually 2 buildings and ours was away from the live music so it was not loud, but even so the music did not go late into the night. The area is quiet otherwise, since it's not where all the restaurants are

Located on the beach- as in open the door to your room and walk in to the water. But it also has some local flare - live entertainment at the bar in the hotel that the locals seem to flock to

If you're looking for a fancy modern hotel, do yourself a favor and stay at Margaritaville down the street. Hollywood Beach has an old South Florida vibe, in a good way

The hotel provides beach towels, which are already in the room, so there is no hassle to request them anywhere

And that's what you get with this hotel - an authentic experience, so we loved it. It's an old building but it has been updated

The hotel does NOT provide beach chairs or umbrellas, however previous guests have bought them for their stays and not been able to take them home, so those will be in your closet for your own use, which is pretty great

The Tel was so wonderful for our stay in Hollywood / Fort Lauderdale area!! Not only was our place steps from the beach, but it was perfect for a girls trip and comfortably held 6 of us! We loved being so close to the boardwalk but never heard too much commotion! As well, Spencer was so wonderful the whole trip and was so responsive and always was available for us if we ever needed anything! Definitely...

Room is clean and the location is great for a beach lover.

Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The only 2 downsides are: (1)Took too long to check in, about 30min

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place

Hotel 10/10. Nothing to complain about, everything was very clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach and the Broadway promenade where there are many restaurants and cafes.

While it is an older setting. It is in an amazing location. The resort fee of $35.00 and another $15.00 for parking is a bit excessive.

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome

Clean room, housekeeping very attentive and accommodating of which one is (Jamaican) Sharon, didn’t have a beach view but it was only a short walk to the broadwalk/beach

Great location, nice pool area, lau dry on site, good kitchenette ware. However, poor bed linen and horrible sleeping sofa bed. No towels daily exchange but only twice per week

Very nice time share but was two small for 3 adults lucky the manager was very kind and gave us extra ajoining room otherwise we would’ve had to leave Paul security guy was excellent very helpful & kind we stayed on extra two nights lovely heated pool & hot tub excellent gym would stay again

Room was standard, smelled too much like carpet deodorant. Door man great, front desk crew very dry, needed to smile and converse a little more.

Would have liked new sheets and towels in the middle of the week. USB receptacles did not work anywhere in the room. Tap water had a slightly light brown tinge when filled in a white coffe cup

Honestly I barely noticed as the bigger/noisier work appeared to be mostly done so I benefitted from fresh paint and updates! Room was big, clean, and quiet - even when the boardwalk music outside was loud! Furnishings were basic, but comfortable

Also, there was no bathtub in my unit - only a shower - but also this was completely fine with me! Neither of these things took away from what I needed, but I wanted to note it for others if that is important to you

With that, some things were interesting (but aren’t deal breakers for me personally), such as no shower curtain, about 20” of space in front of the toilet, fridge in front of the light switches, and no hand towel or shower towel hooks to hang the towels

Nice rooms, they have beach towles and chairs so you don't have to pack extra to enjoy the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the location is fantastic! I will be back for sure

Staff was okay, room was decent enough but the safe don’t work and all the card operated gates near our room didn’t work either so having to go all the way to the entrance to get in and then all the way to the back ******

Everything was normal, what I didn't like was that they charged me money, that is, $100 as a deposit, money that they never returned to me, and I think that is disrespectful to the customers. Thank you.

Room was in good condition staff were great.... Only problem was the fire smoke detector was a big annoying it kept on beeping

A very short 30 second walk to the sand and the beds were very comfy. Right next to a great restaurant and practically on the boardwalk. Maids hit the place around 2 everyday and we always have fresh towels

We loved this hotel and the room we got could fit a family of almost 8, which was completely unexpected. Love the beach towels and chairs they offer

The AC worked really well and kept the room nice and cold (though it was a bit loud at night). The bathroom setup was a little strange — more like a gym bathroom with stalls — but everything was clean and functional

Enjoyed our stay. The Staff and rooms are great. It is located in walking distance of great places to eat. Very quite and clean. My friends and family will be staying looking to stay here on our next visits to the area.

I don’t know, it just had a nice feel to it and the little things stand out…like cold water for guests waiting in the lobby and an outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach

Cruise trip The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Flight arrived early and they allowed us to store luggage while we enjoyed the beach until our room was available.
