We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The air conditioner was strong. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Close proximity to a coffee shop, gas station and Denny’s. They set us up with a transfer to the cruise terminal. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staying overnight Feb 07. Everything was good, until 5am fire alarm and had to evacuate. Not sure how fire happened. Stood outside in the cold for a few hours. My group almost missed our flight and was stressing out all morning. Other than that Hotel staff was good and hotel looked good. Room size was big and a few restaurants walking distance.

A bit old but a fantastic location, average-below average breakfast included, pretty accommodating staff that are willing to help. Only letdown was the shower - water comes out very faintly, the bathtubs are not the cleanest I’ve seen, and, the water doesn’t go down the drain properly so a puddle formed under our feet for the duration of our stay. The hotel was quite good, the staff were very friendly, and the people who cleared the tables and served breakfast were very pleasant and kind.

I paid $300 for two nights, but when I found there was no water in the room and asked for a few bottles, they told me I had to buy them! Can you believe that? 🤣🤣🤣🤦♂️ What a joke! A $300 room and they wouldn’t even give free water that costs 10 cents a bottle! Overall, the room was just okay — maybe worth $100 a night, but definitely not more

This place is amazing! The hotel was very clean... the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was was the billing at the end. But other than that they stay was great. We stayed on the 23 floor the view was beautiful.

Free airport shuttle was a plus. Front desk clerks, Danny and Eva were excellent. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. Room was a little jaded but it was O.K. Location was good with eateries nearby Overall, we are happy with our 2 night pre-cruise stay.

While this is not a 5 star hotel, it hits all the right marks. Good service, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and great value with the add ons.

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

I was in a last minute pinch for a room and with no time to find one- I found this place online and booked at a very decent price and the room was super clean and conveniently located right off 95. Staff was amazing and friendly and parking was no issue and free! I recommend for anyone passing through that needs a cool , clean and safe place to stay !

Great location, nice pool area, lobby & breakfast area set up nice, rooms were clean but very minimalist just the basics. Beds were a little hard for my taste but comforter was clean and so were the sheets. Perfect if you're just sleeping there

Rooms where updated and clean and easy to find parking was not a problem other then the elevators being down this was a good clean safe area and it was right of the exit so easy accessible

We stayed for Miami Carnival weekend. It was very convenient very cheap very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the staff really does their job with keeping the property clean.

Great location but…This woman was absolutely obnoxiously loud coming back at 4AM! And it took a long time until it got resolved. The hotel is very small, so we can hear everything.

The room was ok, but the property is very tired. The room was quite cold, and we couldn't get the heat working, or turn down the air. We had two queens and only one extra blanket. I loved the property. It didn't feel like just a hotel room. My only complaint is the misleading photos on the booking sites. I thought I was getting a family unit with 3 actual beds. What we got was a 2 bed with a pull out couch. When I pointed this out to the man at the front desk I was treated like I was stupid. The pictures and description show and state 3 real beds. Bad Check in process The check in was a terrible experience. We had to wait in a queue of several people and we lost our reservations for activities on the beach.

Nice stay at the beach. The people at the office were very helpful. The morning breakfast offered enough good choices. The pool was a plus. Motel was very close to the beach and boardwalk both of which are outstanding. The room was nice and clean. If you want maid service you need to request it. They supply beach towels. Microwave and fridge were a plus.

Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Hotel 10/10. Nothing to complain about, everything was very clean and it's 2 minutes from the beach and the Broadway promenade where there are many restaurants and cafes.

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The only 2 downsides are: (1)Took too long to check in, about 30min. 3 front desk workers were cooking 5 people for about 30 min to check them in 2) Unfortunately in the bathroom there’s no any holders available for the soap, shampoo and so. While it is an older setting. It is in an amazing location. The resort fee of $35.00 and another $15.00 for parking is a bit excessive.

The concierge service is consistently exceptional. They will have you in your room in no time. The rooms are always spotless and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place . whenever I want to relax by the beach I always book with Hollywood Beach Hotels.

Room was average. Thin walls! You have to ask for glasses, cups, dishes etc. Court yard was nice to have. Needs a bedside table. Pullout couch was not terrible. Minimum towels provided. But location to the beach is great.

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is great — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice pool area, lau dry on site, good kitchenette ware. However, poor bed linen and horrible sleeping sofa bed. No towels daily exchange but only twice per week. No tea bags in the room, only once coffee packet.

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

What a fun little hidden gem!!! My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday here. Hugo, the owner, was the epitome of customer service. He let us use the bikes since we arrived a little early. This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!!
