The location is very good, close to Lincoln Road. Staff is friendly and helpful.Bathroom is very small.

I didn't understand this room. Carpeted floor in Miami? Bathroom walls and floor all painted, no tile, and looked like a 5 year old painted it. Bird covered ceiling was slightly creepy. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was a great walkable location

We had again a great time staying at Crest hotel in October/25. The room was extremely clean and the service was amazing . Clean fresh towels daily. Hotel staff Florence, Paula and supervisor Francesco were exceptional. Hotel is lucky to have them. Hotel provide beach towels and 2 folding chairs per room. Complementary coffee in the lobby you can enjoy on the hotel terrace. That is a great feature. Pool is clean and good size. Shower is available at the pool area.
We wish that hotel staff is on site over night instead leaving the hotel unattended overnight from 12 am-8 am for guest safety.
Overall experience is fantastic because of amazing hotel reception team. Kudos to hotel staff for making us feel so special! See you soon again!

Wow. Unbelievable that this hotel is legal to stay in. It was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever been in. Shower tub tiles falling off. toilet has dried urine all over it. Carpets were nasty.

I did not stay as the proterty did not meet expectations. I didn't feel safe and the elevator clamped as it went up and upon exit that same night, it wouldn't work for going down. I feel i was miss informed of this hotels condition and the even though I didn't stay, the property won't give me my money back yet, or even reason with me yet. Perhaps i need to bring a lawyer in to it. Or perhaps I could make this review a little bit better if they worked me on any part of it. Anything would help. Even a partial refund because they should not be there should not be false advertising.

Location is perfect and central. Staff was here to help, but can't do miracles too when it was needed. Regarding the pool, i don't even tried it, it was literally useless, and the floor all around the area was dirty like if it was rusty. Karsher needs maybe ? Anyways, It needs a real update. My Room was pretty comfy, bed was excellent, but also a bit noisy when it comes to drunk people by the pool. No elevator can be a problem too if you are charged and breakfast is not located in the hotel itself. If you are working like me : basically it's ok and affordable, but i won't chose this one for hollidays for its amenities, until your thing is only going the beach.

The air conditioner was installed on the floor next to the window. The creamer in the breakfast coffee ran out and there was no way to refill it. The room cleaning every two days was also very casual, and even the toilet paper was not refilled. 😟

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused.
Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her.
Her persona and presence just told me she didn't value or want this job.

Over a half hour to receive food. Waiter never checked on us. Appetizer never came. Food was salty.

Went twice. 1st time was a terrible experience. Waiter was completely inattentive (waited 20 minutes just for water and to place our order). Fried calamari was good though, so Decided to give it another try because of the food and the Great happy hour deal ($5 for drinks).

Great food! Interesting menu (cooking with Yuca, I get it!) Worth a visit if they can fix that one star issue.
The only star removed was for the smell. Not the food or the cook, but the restaurant itself. It had that musty, mopped 50 times with the same water kind of smell. Yes I know it's Miami and things are damp, but my nose didn't seem to have a problem everywhere else it went, just here.
